I go in here to get parts allot and the people at the front a very knowledgeable and friendly. 95% of the time they have the part I need In house wich is by far the best in town and if they don’t have it within the week they will get you what you need.

People at cat are the best. they are courteous, kind and they know what the hell theyre doing.

Excellent equipment and service

Ordered parts Wednesday the 8th and requested they leave them in the after hours drop box so I could pick them up. Drove the 2 hours to pick them up and no parts. Luckily theyre was someone around still so they got my parts. Today Monday the 13th I called requested 3 filters and a couple belts they assured me they would be in drop box. Drove down got in at around 900 pm no parts. Had to call after hours number only to have parts man come down and look up parts and get them. Its not been very productive for my business and a big waste of my time.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought a skid steer 259 D on the recommendation of a friend. Although I am happy with the machine I am appalled with Western States customer service. They have zero follow through and their communication is horrible. I am talking specifically about the Idaho Falls location. If you have any other option please go to another dealer or location. You will be sorry if you visit the IF office.

I have been renting lifts from Dan at Cat for 8-9 years and have rented from other companies think I might save a little money. Cat has always delivered lifts that were in tip top shape and I’ve never had to worry about their equipment breaking down. Breakdowns cost money in lost productivity. I will continue to use cat for my rental needs.

In short these guys are badass, I had a problem with my truck after midnight. They answered the phone came in fixed my truck and got me out lightning fast. Thank you seth and tim for the outstanding performance. The world needs more doera like yall. 😎

We were very impressed with our service writer Jade. He had our differential rebuilt by a good company which saved us time and money. We have a 45 foot Motorcoach which had other problems and all repairs were done to our total satisfaction.
