This place is amazing! We were traveling through with our RV and realized that the brakes weren’t working quite right. They were able to fix them in no time. We very much appreciate the help in providing the parts needed to keep the wheels turning!

Realized our water pump was leaking while on the road to Yellowstone. Really didnt want to be worried about it for our entire 2 week camping trip. Called and spoke to Jason from the road about an hour away. His techs were busy but he was able to squeeze us in. Another RV repair shop nearby quoted me a $300 emergency fee out of pocket just to look at it quickly. Perfection replaced the pump in about an hour and got the repair authorized and paid for by our warranty. They even waived our deductible and wished us a happy trip. By far the best rv or auto repair experience Ive ever had. It was a simple problem and repair, but couldve added a bunch of stress to our trip if not fixed. And the new water pump is quieter and better quality than the one it replaced.

Jason (The Manager?) was fantastic and great to work with. We were very frustrated at first and he did everything in his power to make things work perfectly for us. We were so happy to have gin help us out. Thank you!

I was on a trip from Spokane Washington to Arizona when my truck developed a massive oil leak. Perfection auto fixed it at a very reasonable price. I continued my trip with no further issues. The staff is professional as well as personable. Definitely five stars!

Performed work on my RV. Said there was a cap on price if I paid cash, but still kept pushing for more money giving excuses on why. Said this work(costing thousands) would include replacing a leaky valve ($18 part). They told me they had replaced the valve, 24 hrs later, and a state away... valve begins to leak, took it apart myself..old corroded valve still there! Very annoyed. Why lie about an $18 part when getting thousands of dollars to fix the rig? Also, siding that had been reattached by them began to bulge within less than 24 hrs. I felt their mechanic was very knowledgeable about engines, but maybe not so much about cabin work (but did think the mechanic was honest, owners kept discretely hushing him if I asked him a direct question). If they cut out the pushy salesman attitude and followed through with what they said they would do, there would be potential here. Just make sure you get EVERY detail of what they will do in writing before you commit to have them do the work. No matter how honest they claim or seem to be. Simply disappointed and will have to put more money and time into a job that wasnt done right completely the first time.

Took my car here. Had gotten quotes from 3 places and they were literally 1/2 the price of the others. Most places charge for labor time at however long the industry-used computer system says it will take (even if it doesnt end up taking that long) but he just charges the actual time and usually gets it done much faster - in my case it took about 1/2 the time of what the computer system had said. Seemed very honest and my car works great now. The owner was a sweet old man who was there eating lunch with his wife when I first walked in. Highly recommend.

Jason is incredibly helpful! He goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. I needed a car and he was the only one who did everything in his power to get me into one without breaking the bank. I recommend him to anyone I know getting a car especially with terrible to no credit.

Perfection RV repaired an electrical issue on our RV. We just stopped by and they helped us right away. Excellent and friendly service here!

I was having engine problems when passing through. They let me sleep in my RV on their parking lot and gave me an electric hookup. They got me in right away. It ended up being a bigger project then they had time for that week so I went elsewhere but they didnt charge me for the hours of diagnostics! Wow!!! Really good guys

We brought our trailer in to be checked as we were having intermittent electrical issues only on certain outlets. The electrician checked everything out and said that he could not find any problems and explained how even a staple could be coming loose and causing problems. All was working fine, and we were not charged for his inspection. Brought our trailer home and all is good. Thank you!

Amazing services, Great people, I cant believe how much cheaper they were then the other guys around town plus way more personal car and great work. Would recommend them to anybody needing there car fixed, Rv repaired or if you are in the market for a good used car. they are honest and upfront you wont be disappointed

Never thought I could trust a mechanic after so many bad experiences, but these guys are amazing! Evan was very understanding about my situation and worked very patiently with me to get my car running again. From now on he will be my first and only call for auto needs!

Great place!! We were stuck in a parking lot with steps that wouldnt retract. Jason sent out a mechanic to help us, we followed him back to the shop where they fixed the problem. Then they didnt charge us a dime!!

Jason saved our vacation, we were traveling through Idaho when our car died. Jason was very friendly, and gave us a great price on a vehicle, and was very understanding of our predicament. He stayed late after they had closed so that we could finish the paperwork on a new car, and help us get back on the road.

Bought a car from them were able to get me financed when nobody else would, had some repairs that were needed Jason told me he would get them fixed, Next week i took my car into him and he got them all fixed and threw in a service with fully synthetic oil, Great guy If your looking for a car, come see these guys not a big lot but defiantly worth the wait if you let them find one for you.

Im not sue why these guys have a the ratings they do. My daughter bought a car from them and less than three months later the electrical board went out. When she went in there to talk to them they refused to give any kind of quote and started mentioning that there could be other things they may need to do such as brakes! Dont buy a car from theses guys they have absolutely no conscious. My poor daughter.

Highly recommended. Traveling through Idaho with our RV when our fridge died. Googled RV Repair in Idaho Falls and found them listed as # 7 of 8 available places. I liked their name so I called from 20 miles out. She said come on in and gave excellent directions (contrary to my GPS). Within 15 minutes, the problem was solved. We had the mechanics look at another electrical problem with the lights to our tow and all checked out OK. He then volunteered to fix a disfunctional tail light on our Jeep. All this for their minimum 1/2 charge of $37.50. Now we can move on worry free.

Had a tire blow out on the freeway and limped into Idaho falls to a rv Park. After calling perfection rv, Jason sent two of his techs over to assess the problem. It only took them two hours after finding the hydraulic leak to fix the problem. We had another issue and they took it in stride and fixed it. Happy and feeling lucky we found them. Would recommend them for any issues with your rv😎.

We were Traveling through to Yellowstone in our Camper when the hot water tank sprang a leak. we have been fighting a leak inside the camper for a very long time and our home town rv place could never get it fixed we spent thousands of dollars trying to get it fixed and found out that our roof was in terrible condition. they got us right in saved us a lot of money got our new roof and our water heater fixed in less then 3 days we were back on the road for a tenth of what we thought the cost should be. If you looking for somebody to take care of your RV call these guys you wont be disapointnedThey also go our Truck in for a service while everything else was going on Couldnt be happier with Jason and his crew

Amazing people there !!!!!My RV is broken on the way to Yellowstone, but the part I need only can be deliveries after 10 days, I have two kids with me .They let me park there for night, offered me electricity and water .Plus helped me fix another two small issues were bothered me long time .And those super nice guys did not charge me, they said because they did not fixed my RV .I feel So So So So warmed to stay there .Best mechanics I met in US!!BTW I am from China .😁😁
