The store is organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. If something is not in stock, they are quick to help me get it ordered. Im also very grateful for their quick, smart, caring reaction to the pandemic and for how well they took care of their customers and staff.

The staff is helpful, and the store is clean. The selection of items it pretty good, too. I’ve only ever had great experiences with mobile purchases and drive up orders. My only complaint is the checkouts. They might have 2 people working them, and it moves so slowly. The self checkout is great and fast. But if I’m purchasing a lot of items, I’d like to go through an actual line.

The customer service was so nice! It never seems to be that crowded and I was able to get in and out with what I needed in less than 10 minutes this last time. (While trying to help a three-year-old decide which green pen she liked the best.) The checkout girl was super nice and spotted us off the bat. She greeted us warmly and guided us to where we would be checking out without being bossy. She made my toddler laugh and was easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable asking to go without a bag (which is often a weird request and treated as an inconvenience).Its always well stocked and the customer service is friendly, but not in my face. The clothing selection has kind of been meh, but overall its a good place to shop.HEADS UP: You can only turn right when exiting the parking lot, unless you take the east side and go back behind the building onto 25th South. From there you can go whichever direction you need and you get a protected turn at the light. (It is a one way back there, though.)

The Ammon Target is always very clean. They do a great job. The customer service is always very helpful in making returns. They generally have a great selection of items. What else can you say. It’s a target.

Pickup was really easy and service is super quick. Much quicker than most of the other stores offering curbside pickup.

I am writing this while I am the 8th person in the self checkout line because that is the only thing open. O try my best to never come to Target because the do not support Toys For Tots but I could not get what I needed anywhere else. Hopefully it will be another year before I have to come here again!

I love most Targets I go to but this one is definitely one of my favorites. I grew up in the area and absolutely love the atmosphere at this Target. The employees are always polite and willing to help with any problem I might have. The Starbucks team is very sweet and super nice.

The staff and check out experience are all wonderful; I also really like that I see staff disinfecting doors and carts. I also love the app to see what products are in stock and the aisle before I go in the store to save time searching, although team members always direct me perfectly.

Went shopping here for my nieces birthday and the employees were super helpful and polite. My cashier was a very friendly, young man named Aj who was very attentive and I look forward to running into him on my next trip.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. Always clean and organized. There is a Starbucks inside - the coffee smells so yummy! Bathrooms are clean. Staff are so friendly. Checkouts are efficient. Everything was easy to find. Christmas decorations were already out!

While at the Idaho falls location, I had the pleasure of meeting Jake in the electronics department. He took the time to explain and answer our questions about various products. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make my grandmother and I as informed as possible about the Grandpad product from consumer cellular, as well as explain different options he felt could be better suited to our needs. He also made me feel confident in buying my new airpods. Jake is an exceptional employee, who I hope gets recognized for his attention to detail and overall helpfulness. I have never encountered an employee as helpful as Jake in all my years of shopping in and out of Target. In fact the reason I am writing this review is because that is how exceptional of an employee he is. (Jake the red head from electronics department in the Idaho falls location)

Almost positive someone working there is hiding and buying all the sports trading cards Ive been over literally everyday for nearly 3 weeks straight and nothing ever but the website says they are there? Makes no sense.

Picking up my order was very fast and the person that helped me was very friendly.

I used the drive-up pickup for the first time yesterday, and it was amazing! The app automatically notified them when I arrived and I had been parked for maybe 30 seconds before the associate was at my car with my items in tow. She was friendly and I was done about 2 minutes after I arrived, and I didn’t need to get all my kids out of the car! I will definitely use this option every time from now on!

Target is a great place to shop. They have better products than other stores, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I have never walked away feeling disappointed in my shopping trip.

This Target is clean and well maintained. They have a decent selection of items and the customer service is excellent. Hopefully they’ll make it into a Super Target one day so you’ll be able to purchase groceries, but for now it’s great.

Today I had a pick up order and there was lots of confusion. What could have been a frustrating experience, as a customer, actually turned out to be a great one all thanks to the amazing customer service! The manager (whos name was Matt I believe) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond even though I could tell he was busy. Im new to the area and will definitely be shopping there again!

I would do a zero star if I could. I have had the worst experience on multiple occasions. The store is very unorganized and many times I have gone to buy a product and it has rung up as a different price. Their products are always in incorrect places and they do not honor the pricing. We shop here all the time and we love Target but the store manager is unprofessional and rude. She should do her job and make sure everything is in the correct spot. Instead, in a stern voice said, “Well I’m the store Manager, and I will not honor that”. I’m very disappointed and Manager Erin should not be a Manager. I have had great experiences at other Target stores, but this location has always had problems and I recommend shopping online over shopping at this location.

Hi, as a single mother of three. I should know if something is UN safe for my children. There are tide pods in the laundry detergent section, instead of the food section. It is very UN organised, my UN vaccinated children tripped on a box, and caught the flu. I am very upset.

Been here many times. Employees are nice and friendly and its relatively well stocked, seams like they are in the process of re-organizing. The womens bathroom however is always a dirty mess. And I think they know it because on my most recent visit they did something to try and cover the smell up with some sort of air fresher. They could use being checked and picked up at least hourly.

Save yourself some time and dont go here! I bought luggage where a wheel broke the same day and they would not exchange it because they didnt have the same color. Later, my wife bought some baby clothes which we returned some of but we could only get a gift card to the store and not online. You cant find anyone to help, its overpriced, and if you buy something and dont need it, they will fight to make it right.

It doesnt always have everything I need but what it doesnt have I can get online. I dont like that they usually dont have more than two registers open but that is just me. Great at helping you with any registry questions and the employees are pretty helpful. I prefer paying the extra few dollars here rather than going to Wal-Mart.

Me and my wife bought a movie from here that said dvd blueray and digital code, when we got home we tried redeeming the digital code to vudu like we always do and when we put in the code it just kept saying there was an error and to put the code in again, when we looked closer we discovered that the code was only for Itunes. I can say that I wont be wasting my time or money at this store ever again and I would recommend that anyone else do the same

Good selection of clothes and sportswear. It is nice that it has a small grocery section, and some of the prices there are surprisingly cheap. The staff are helpful and friendly. The electronics section seems pretty good too, and they have a great assortment of music, movies, and even video games.

Fast friendly easy pickup

I dont shop there often because its a little out of my way. When I do I enjoy it though. Usually have good prices on their items and friendly staff. Ill usually make the trip there for school supplies or Halloween costumes. Id shop there more often if it was closer.

Good selection of everything between apparel and home use

I no longer shop at Target due to their new bathroom access policy. However, they continue to provide a clean, professional atmosphere with friendly, professional staff who are willing to help customers any way they can. The isles are always free of products, allowing customers to move freely throughout the store, unlike a certain other well-known department store.

Well, its a Target store, so you get all good and bad that comes from that. But despite some of the things that Target does that annoy the heck out of me (like ALWAYS having the wrong product information on their website, carrying obscure brands nobody wants, and always running out of stuff), this particular Target location has some really impressive customer service. Theres a lot of younger kids that work here, but unlike other stores that hire young kids, this Target must have a manager or an HR person who trains them right, because every time I go in here I am always impressed at how helpful, friendly, and professional the kids in here act. Ive had kids go look for items in the back without even having to ask them, they just seem really determined to get me what I am looking for, even if its not out on the shelves yet. Employees here going above and beyond make this one of the few Targets I will shop at.

They helped save us so much money when we went spend our wedding present gift cards! It always sucks being that guy that takes forever at check out but they made it a great experience. Very positive staff.

Went in there to get a card game. The shelves were empty. Asked when they will get more and the guy said that he has some in the back and went and got more. Kudos on going the extra mile.

Target is honestly just the best retail store out there. They have good prices and great customer service.

I was in a rush to pick up some glue for a school project and stopped into this store. The school supplies were being rearranged and product were in many carts throughout a few isles. A few employees were working on the reset and they all asked each other if anyone knew were the glue was but all said no. They didnt bother to help find it, just went about the busy work. I left and purchased my glue at staples across the parking lot.

Target is wonderfully satisfying. Im always impressed by how much stock they have. The Queen would be happy visiting it.

I enjoy walking around this store.A few negatives... This store is currently under construction to rearrange things. So sometimes items arent where you expect them. This particular location did have an incident about the whole gender issue with photos in the changing room. And finally, the parking lot is really hard to get out of. The road in front of it is quite busy. I dont know why there hasnt been a light put in to get into this lot, but there hasnt been, so you cannot turn to the left, you have to drive around the whole building.Some benefits... I found the staff very helpful. I wanted to buy a vacuum and couldnt find the particular advertised one, a team member went and located it. I did my baby registry here and that went well. They even give you a coupon when you get close to your due date. There are many movies marked down for a very low price which is nice.

The employees at this Target are awesome! Every time we go in we get asked 5 or 6 times by different employees if were finding everything okay. The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the refurb they recently did on the store. Everything has been moved around and the new layout is confusing and hard to navigate. Things that should logically be next to each other are now on opposite ends of the store (like moving the books away from the office supplies so they can put house cleaners next to the office supplies. Doesnt make sense to me).

Target needs to get their priorities straight and worry about their major customer base rather than very small minorities. Theyve showed time and time again that they dont care what their customers feel, but care more about being trendy and fulfilling a few of their corporate head honchos personal feelings. I dont shop here anymore.

The Idaho Falls store is NOTHING compared to the Missoula store which is where we moved here from. Increase selection and remodel to include more space! A total reorganization needs to happen in Idaho Falls. Updated: Since new renovations are complete, I must say, Im impressed! - 1 star only for getting involved with politics and political correctness with the bathroom issues.

I recently bought an LG TV from the Ammon Target. Unfortunately the model I purchased has a backlight flaw in it. I exchanged it for another of the same make and model and it has the same problem. After taking the second one back I replaced it with a Samsung. The customer service I received from the Ammon Target was outstanding. They were very helpful and willing to help me out as much as I needed. I was very impressed with their staff.

Its a decent Target with decent selection. It could be larger or be better stocked, but its not bad. It hasnt been updated in a very long time, but I like the old signage. It makes me think of my childhood.

Everytime we go there they are out of stock of several items that we wanted to purchase. And everytime we go to check out with a gift card or coupon with the Target app, it takes about ten minutes and four different employees (not an exaggeration) to figure out how to use it and purchase the items.

Target keeps up with style trends. They have fair pricing and always a friendly staff.

This target store was the least pleasant visit Ive ever had. They were out of stock or low on stock on the only things we were looking for, then when we finally found something that we were looking for. It was marked low on clearance and we were very excited to be getting one of the products for a good price and we take it up to the checkout stand and it rings up for more money than the clearance sticker had, and she couldnt even tell me what the product the sticker was supposed to be on... and the woman at the checkout stand wouldnt change the price for us or wouldnt even help us. So we had to go back to the end of the store and look for a different product that was a better price because the product that we had was not worth the price that it was supposedly clearanced out for. The staff was incredibly unfriendly. I certainly wont be coming back here.

Typical Target store. Better variety and quality of products compared to Walmart (but it is a bit more expensive). The workers here are very helpful and will go out of their way to show you where something is or to help.

I did an online order from this target to come pick it up in store. I was willing to drive the hour to get my item, plus they said it wouldnt charge my card until i picked up my order. However, after placing the order it informed me it was out of stock and still charged me. I called customer service just to have them say well we can cancel it but you wont see your money for 7-10 business days. Very unhappy with it all!

Very unhappy. Ordered the iPhone SE but when I checked the order status today, my order had been cancelled. Waited on hold for an hour trying to speak to a representative only to have them tell me that there was nothing they could do, and the phone was now out of stock. I ordered at 1am, as soon as the sale started. The closest store with the phone available is 2.5 hours away from me. Never ordering from target again.
