A neat, organized store with lots of selections. I brought in a couple of clothing items that I wanted to recreate and they helped me figure out how much fabric Ill need. It was a serious blessing to have their expertise!I came in for fabric today, but they have much more crafting supplies! Ive gotten blue-light glasses and hole punches and different kinds of paper goods there as well.

The layout is so clean and organized. I went in for the first time and easily found the fabric dye I was looking for, and some Pez candy I wasnt looking for but defintely got. The cashiers are helpful have a great sense of humor too.

Great selection a bit expensive but not to bad if you factor in discounts and coupons. As someone who loves crafting I gotta admit it has a large amount of almost anything you can think of. The staff are great and the store is well organized.

I went in to Joann’s a few days ago to grab some supplies. I ended up waiting in line for about 20 minutes. There was only one cashier for a huge line and when someone came up to the front I thought they would come help the line move along but instead they said “did you call for a back up?” and the cashier said “no, the line isn’t that bad.” Well the line definitely was bad. I then placed an online pick up order a few days later and when I went in I went to the counter that said it was specifically for in store pick up. I waited there for about 10 minutes while the cashier (who was right next to the counter) kept checking people out and did not acknowledge me or even call for someone to come help me. I should have just hopped in line because 2 or 3 people that got into the line after I got there checked out before I was even acknowledged. I finally had to say something and then was helped. There’s no point in having an online pick up station if no one is going to even help at the online pick up station....

Ive come here a few times and the selection was quite impressive. Like the layout and customer service was good.

Colleen is AMAZING!! We went to the Idaho Falls location in search of a very specific item. The first time we went in, the cashier couldn’t find it. We were bummed but decided to try again. The second time we went in, Colleen went on a search all over the store and FOUND IT!! I gave her a huge hug, she made our day!!

They have a good selection of items of all sorts, lots of arts and crafts and painting supplies. Dont really compete with walmart price wise for what walmart carries, but they have good sales and send out good coupons pretty regularly.

Went in to match a fabric bought at another joanns location, asked the help if the upholstery section was the only place I could find this type of material. She replied yes that it. Walked around and found 2 more sections with similar material. Not helpful. Bathroom was dirty. Only positive is that it is a really big store. Lots of items.

The staff at JoAnns in Twin Falls, Idaho were very helpful ... trying to help get .e the best price for my fabric. When it came time to check out, Even though there was not a long line, a other clerk came and checked me out!

Even though it was super busy when we went because of a sale, the staff was so kind and helpful! I took off a star because it took so long to find an employee, but when we did, she was great at helping us find what we were looking for and answering questions.

I go here to buy most of my craft supplies. I love that their holiday items dont completely replace their usual inventory. They have a good selection of patterns and a great selection of fabrics and lace. They have sales frequently.

Love this place. I do wish they had more DCWV stacks like the Utah stores (especially during Christmas]), because their prices are better than online. That said, theres plenty to shop for here.

The main reason I like shopping at JOANN Fabrics and Crafts is the people that work there. They have people working the departments that are familiar with that department. Whether I am shopping for a sewing project, jewelry making project, or some other crafting project I can always count on good advice and a listening ear anout my specific project.

I honestly just go to Joanns for the decent selection of fleece. The prices are kinda high, but usually they run a sale that makes them 40-50 percent off. I will say the staff are usually friendly and helpful.

Its like every associate thought customers were the plague....wasnt asked if i needed assistance and when coming closing to an employee they scuttled away quicker then uncapping a water bottle. Wish they had a larger or an overall selection of unpainted ceramics pieces....that would be really nice. More ceramic pieces would make for it all.

I can generally find the products I am looking for here. There is a nice variety of sewing and crafting products with reasonable prices. Many coupons offered on a weekly/daily basis...easy to use app!

Fast & friendly. Employees were very helpful all tho they didnt have everything I needed on this visit.

Very few products on hand. Everything is picked over. The store is disorganized and the employees seem far more interested in gossiping about certain customers, or gabbing then helping. When I directly asked about products I could not locate, employees just shrug their shoulders. It looked more like a going out of business sale then a company I once knew for high quality. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I am fairly new to JoAnns, I used to shop at other places. But I LOVE this store now! They have amazing deals and their coupons are even better. You can stack coupons! All of the sales people and cashiers are more than helpful. I wish everyone knew how amazing this store was.

I love the text coupons and ads on their website. The store is clean and organized and offers a variety of crafty products. There have been a few times that Ive been in where they just dont carry certain items, so their supply is limited. But otherwise not a bad craft store.

Helpful staff will go the extra mile to find what you came for.

There is this one employee that has the worst attitude. Her tone and the way she talks to people is unreal. I could not believe my last visit at the Idaho Falls, Idaho store. I have been there several times and she blows me away every time. I understand the crisis that is happening but that really is no excuse. For myself JoAnn’s is an essential place to remain open.

Joanns is fairly easy to get around in for someone with a disability. They have a good variety of merchandise in numerous craft categories and prices are reasonable. They have numerous coupon and discount specials. They also have a 10% military discount, but a newbe behind the counter may not know about it.

Good fabric store, the selection just keeps getting better and better. My only complaint is that it take an impossibly long time to checkout on most days, the single file checkout line is very inefficient and they often only have one cashier on duty even when the line is 10+ people long. The employees are friendly and mostly knowledgeable about sewing and crafts.

JoAnns is a fabric and craft store. They typically have a good selection of fabric and notions. Their prices are higher than Walmart, for the same product. They claim to price match, but when I asked they said they do not price match with Walmart. I tend to only shop at JoAnns if I have coupons or the sale is worth it to brave the long lines at the cutting counter. The staff is friendly, and helpful, so I do enjoy the selection from time to time.

This Joannes will never bring up enough checkers. Even if you ask they all just stand back and talk instead of helping their customers. I waited in line for 20 minutes with 3 people in front of me

I love the service at this location specifically. The lines can be pretty long if you come in the evening and move slowly. They do run really good deals often and have reasonable prices on their wide assortment of products.

I used to love going into the store everyone was so helpful and friendly. That is until I met Julia. She has got to be the rudest off putting person I have ever met. If I go in I avoid her. If shes running the cutting table you can forget about getting out of there quickly and in a good mood. Id love to give more stars but not with the service she provides. Might I suggest putting her in the back or posting her work schedule so we know when its safe to go in.

Top of the line tech, but wooooow the staff are slow! It took SO long to get my two pieces of fabric cut and I was the only one waiting! Then it took another several minutes per person to check out. And this was at 8:30 pm with a totally dead store. Glad this isn’t my usual store.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Sign up for the coupons on the app, since they always seems to have deep discounts on single cuts of fabric and many of their supplies. On top of that, the app is free! I love this location since they are so friendly.

The service at the cutting table was horrid. There were 6 people on the list and 2 employees were working on something and everyone else had to wait in a line that wasnt moving. I left without purchasing what I came for. Poor service. Lots of empty spaces on the shelves, too.

We came to Joanns to look around at all the specials! Lots of great things to look at! We got some great crafting ideas for our next big project! My wife loves looking at the beads and the the paints! Picked up a few paints to refill her collection! Always find what we are looking for! The store was clean and well stocked! The employees were very helpful and courteous! We will definitely revisit this Joanns on our next trip to Idaho Falls!

Great store. Download the app and youll get tons of coupons and can track sales. Teachers get discounts too. The only employees working the floor seem to be the ones cutting fabric so it is hard to get help if you need it but if you get their attention theyll take a minute to help you. Saturday morning are pretty busy. I imagine weekdays are slower. Check out line moves pretty quick overall good store, and Ive gone many times.

Found exactly what I was looking for

They have fabric and yarn and some wicked embroidery/quilting machines that I havent seen anywhere else. Its clean too and organized with friendly staff. Its fine. Its what you expect. Its Joanns.

Always have loved Joanns, but want one desperately in Menifee CA. There are so many folks there begging for it!

JoAnn Fabrics is now the only full fabric store in Idaho Falls. They have a good selection of quilting fabric, flannel, and polar fleece. They also have a nice selection of yarns. Prices can be high, but they have good sales. The line at the fabric cutting counter can be long. Be sure to take a number. The line for check-out can be long, too. Shop when you have time to be patient.

If you need anything to do with crafts this is the place to go. They have everything you will need to complete your craft or even if you want to start a new one. You never know what you will find in there so give it a try.

Waited in line to check out for literally 10 minutes after waiting in a different line for the lady to cut the fabric. Came back the next day to return the fabric and waited in line to return the item before they told me that I needed to go back to the cutting counter to have the fabric measured (It was only a yard of fabric). So then I head back to pull a number and realize that the cutters are dong projects in between calling customers that are literally standing in front of them waiting! They need to get a manager in there that can light a fire under their slow customer service and teach the staff how to treat customers. You can only be patient for so long.

Service is just ok. For a fabric store most of the staff doesnt sew. You have to use the mail or on line coupons to make the price competitive with other retailers.

Great place to get fabric! I do prefer michaels for most other craft items, but Joanne’s has some surprises from time to time. Prices on fabric are great if you get them in a sale!

Shir service in the bullhead, laughlin.. east side of Colorado, staff having chat in rear rather than serving customers, so we left the cut length of fabric by the cash, and walked. Can supply precise time date location if required. Manager needs to be fired.sorry we couldnt give zero stars. Other JoAnns, my wife assures me... Eg Cedar city, Spanish fork etc were excellent.

Today was a frantic frenzy there. Lines were crazy, but moving smoothly. The deals they had on what we were looking for are great.

I have had a very bad experience. I do not like going into Joannes Fabrics at all. I have gone in there 3 times in the last 2 weeks twice Ive had to wait over 45 minutes to get Fabric and then you have to wait in line to pay. I only got one thing today and waited 45 minutes. I will not return unless you figure out a better way of doing things. You definitely need more help! in a grocery store theres a fast lane. There should be a fast lane here and you shouldnt have to wait twice in line. As you can tell I am very upset with this experience!

Theyve just done a full product location change in the store & new signage. It was still confusing & I couldnt find one item looking for. Couldnt get the one person on floor to stop for help. She was more intent on the project she was doing.
