1st time dealing with this location and I had the pleasure of meeting with Tiffany in the Pharmacy department and no wonder this Walgreens has bad reviews. Tiffany was ignorant from the very beginning and portrayed herself as someone that was just trying to help with a sarcastic voice while Fluttering her fake eyelashes. She needs to trained on how to treat customers and not cause a scene if front of others when there isnt one needed!
The WORST Walgreens of my existence! I went there twice and wow the cashiers and pharmacies were sooo grumpy and snappy! For no reason at all! I had a Covid vaccine that says if you pay $1 or more you get $5 cash rewards points…. My $1 thing I bought was $1.22 and the cashier DEMANDED I put in my number so I could get cash reward point which resulted my product to be .93 cents…. Then she said, “now it’s less than a dollar and now you can’t get the $5 cash rewards.” (I was about to refuse everything upfront because I was done with her attitude but a sweet old lady behind me gave me a dollar🥺). So I give the snarky cashier the dollar and gave her my other product (separate transaction so I could use the $5 cashier rewards). The snarky cashier then said loudly, “Those are only points!!! You still need to pay!!!”While all of this was happening, my hubby, doing the same thing and purchasing the same products as I am, has no sweat or problems at all!!! Like what the heck! While I’m being yelled at literally in front of everyone. She was so rude. I wish I got her name so I could report her. If you see an old lady on an oxygen tank, don’t go to her.For the vaccine line, be ready to wait an hour.
Totally untrained and unprofessional staff. Ive had nothing but problems at this location getting the same 2 prescriptions filled each month. Every time I get things sorted out, another random problem pops up, leaving me scrambling to get my medication. And the staff always acts like its my fault they didnt do their job. Highly recommend going anywhere but here for your prescriptions.
Every time I have needed something from Walgreens I have always gotten amazing service from this location in 1st street in Idaho Falls. Whether that was the photo pick up, pharmacy, or store! Most recently, I called about 4 different Walgreen stores to get help with a Covid test and results for my upcoming trip. Most other locations have me the impression that they were too busy and didn’t care about my situation. Shawna at the 1st location even over the phone (I think it was her) was AMAZING! She really cared and showed that! We luckily got our results back within an hour and maybe it was a coincident but I give HER full credit for that! I am a fan of this location and their service!!
Was out of alot of stuff
Workers seem pretty grumpy and a little sour you are there at all.
They provide good service and tbe products are good. I waited 15 minutes to get to the drive thru window to pick up a prescription.
Walgreens is 3 times hire on basic prescriptions than any other Pharmacy in town Go somewhere where else when self pay or Good Rx
I’ve always had good customer service from the cashiers and the pharmacy staff, and the store is clean. Not always a big selection, and prices are higher than, say, Walmart, but it’s less crowded, open 24 hours at this location, and easy to grab one or two things needed quickly.
You can never get anyone on the phone and my daughter has ADHD and needs her meds and they never have them in stock. So i have to drive across town to another store to get them.
Young male pharmacy tech is rude on phone and in person. We are moving our family of 6 prescriptions to broulims. They have great customer service. This is not the first time weve been disatisfied with the treatment at the pharmacy but it is the last straw. Looking through the other reviews we are not alone.
I visited this location on March 17th about 9:30 am. The cashier was horrible! It.was an older woman. She should not be in customer service at all! She gave me dirty looks and threw everything at me and was very much inconvenienced that she had to do her job! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!
Absolutely no sense of customer service. I went in to get one thing I needed for that night. I happened to walk in about 5 minutes from closing, and someone (who im assuming to be a manager because she had a striped vest on and the other one had a bright blue on) looks at me and says were closing in a few minutes. Ok? It took me a whole 60 seconds to find my item and get out of the store. How about instead of saying when you close you say something like just so you are aware we are going to be closing in a few minutes, but is there anything I can help you findAnd I wouldve been fine. But basically making me feel like im not welcome is NOT customer service. Absolutely awful.
Pharmacy department lacks customer service manners. They are extremely rude and treat you like youre taking up their time. Go to Walgreens on Holmes and 17th St. Theyre a lot friendlier and actually make you feel good
Cindy the Assisant manager is racist and so was the cashier Wanda. To start off they were making up their own dam policy that doesnt exist ! Extremely unprofessional people, Cindy is a disgusting human being !! I hope if anyone that ever gets treated poorly REPORTS these people to corporate immediately.
Nice store employees are rude
They closed at 9:54pm the sign says 10pm. I pulled up at 9:53 turning to 9:54, I need one item. The assumed manager was locking the doors at 9:54 sharp. Terrible customer service(edit) I just drove across the street to Smiths and got my one item and it now 10pm
Unprofessional cashiers made up their own rules
This typical careless box store is acceptable if youre not looking for efficient help within the pharmacy. It took two weeks for them to decipher our insurance. We assumed it was our insurance, giving them the benefit of the doubt. However we found out from WALMART, that Walgreens does not accept our insurance. We then called back and verified Walgreens does not accept our insurance. We understand it is difficult to understand the giant blue cross emblem on the front of the insurance card, I cant imagine how hard it must be to understand the more difficult portions of your job. Im glad we discovered their incompetence before they caused serious damage.
Absolutely rude and awful. Ordered a prescription only to discover they dont take my insurance. When I told them I didnt have the money they called for the next customer. They refused to help and were all together rude. NEVER going there again
Great convenience store, has the essentials you might need in a pinch
Awful, rude customer service at the pharmacy drive through and on the telephone. The two younger male pharmacy techs need to find new lines of work (not in customer service). They gave me the wrong prescription TWICE. I will never use this Walgreens again!
If you have Blue Cross of Idaho as your insurance carrier, dont bother getting your prescription filled here. They are involved in some stupid feud with them and they will not work with one another. I would personally prefer to use Walgreens rather than Wal-Mart, but, it is what it is. Boooooo!
Typical Walgreens. Bored help. Good in-stock
If u know what u go in for u get what u want or need. Know ur pills and ur grocery list.
Pharmacy is always quick with prescriptions.
Always a great place to stop by
Had every thing I needed
Have used the Pharmacy more than the rest of the store and they always seem to do a professional job.
How can you be American and not take military insurance?
***0STARS*** Please dont ever go to this Walgreens unless you want them to mess up your order.
Horrible customer service in the pharmacy!!!
It is a great place
Worst Walgreens in the entire universe!
