This is where I bought my water, since we have the gallons with them. The quality its good, but it make me on age that the ladies at the register/counter, where not wearing a mask, in this time where Idaho its in a high risk.

We just bought a home in Idaho Falls and were VERY interested in adding a water softener and RO filtration system. The Culligan sales rep was kind enough to come to our hotel where we stayed prior to closing on the new house. However, his presentation was totally predicated on his obvious presumption that the sale was already in the bag. We felt as though he believed HE was doing us a favor to allow us to buy the Culligan systems. We found a better product at a lower price with a company that was glad to have our business. His behavior and attitude totally sent us looking elsewhere. I can NOT recommend this company or their products.

Ive been trying to turn in my water dionizer for over a month and every time I try to send it back they say theyll come pick it up and never do. Whenever Ive called to get the rank refilled though they come out same day. I dont feel like Im a priority except for when its convenient for them. Now Im getting billed for a tank I dont use.

Ive been working with culligans for a DI tank that I have. Im a window washer and need pure water and Ive had problems with the tanks that I own (not from culligans). But they have helped me a ton! Theyve been helpful in solving my problems! Greg is great to work with!
