JCPenney is an awesome place to shop. They have a great selection of sweaters and flannels in the fall. They also have a great selection of off the rack dress clothing and suits. They have there own active wear brand it is quite pricey but I personally have found no issue in the quality of it so I guess its worth it.

Havent been in a J C Penney store in years... I was pleasantly surprised at the store. It was clean and organized, all the employees greeted us with a friendly hello, is there anything I can help you find. Customer service ranks high in this store. The prices for the high quality of clothing is spot on. Would recommend everyone to stop in and check it out.

I have never had an issue with this location. They always offer great deals on good clothing. Just need to find the right time and place to go in and shop there deals. I can always get a full suit and several other clothing items at a good rate. Highly recommend them if your on a tight clothing budget.

So I had an experience with jcpenny last week. I decided to buy some clothes and when I went to check out, the lady asked me if Id like to sign up for rewards. I asked what it entailed and she said just your email. So I agreed and started filling out information. Then it got to asking for my SSN and annual income. I asked her what this was and if I was signing up for a credit card and she said no. So I didnt think much of it. Then she asked to see my drivers license. I didnt not give her some of the correct information but did not think much of it. Then after that was done she said a credit card was going to be mailed to me. She tried to scam me!! She did not say it was a credit card and was very skeptical about the whole thing. In the end, I talked to customer service and deleted all of my information and did not end up saving any money in the end. I did not get discounts and I will not be going back! I am not sure if she was told to say that but thats awful tactics to lie to someone and try to scam you into something that is not their business. Glad I did not give her my actual information. Beware of this! So disappointed in jcpenney for lying about applying for a credit card.

Prices can be a little steep, but is one of the only stores in the mall that will carry larger sizes, if you can find them.

I have read about issues in the past where customers have gotten money stolen out of their account from jcp. I realize now that I just shouldnt of signed up. I am relieved knowing some of my personal information was not correct. I did not put in my SSN. I dont know if they are told to lie but it is a horrible sales tactic that should be known. But I would like to warn customers to not give away information that is not necessarily needed. I will not be going back and it was a horrible experience.

Purchased some Adidas clothing here. Great selection of Nike and Adidas clothes from what I could see. Great service and quick and easy checkout. The cashier engaged in conversation and was kind and was not a robot. The dressing rooms were clean and not an inconvenience. The people working were helpful and friendly. Walked out with a new pair of shorts and a new hoodie satisfied and will definitely go back for my Adidas needs.

Great employees, especially Shellee S. A true delight to gain assistance from. And darn easy on the eyes. Wonderful selection, high quality at reasonable prices. Take your time and you will find some great bargains. Have fun.

Very clean store. But very hard to find any employees for help. I think they were all hiding. The fitting rooms were filled with tons of clothes that other people had tried on. Probably for these reasons I gave it three stars.

To bad these stores are struggling. This location is well stocked and well maintained. I would shop here more if I were closer.

I searched high and low to have an employee assist me. It took 10+ minutes to find someone, and when I did, they were pretty impatient and flustered. I get it, work is hard.

Very nice help. We have a hard time finding a suit in colors that look good on me, but we found a jacket that fit, and surprisingly there was a pair of pants that I could actually wear (most were 10 sizes too big) that matched.

Love the girls at JC Penney Hair Salon. They really know how to please. Its now in the 90s here in SE Idaho, so I got my hair whacked off, went short again. Feels GREAT to be Wash n Wear, works for me! 👍

ATTENTION ANGIE!!!! I bought 3 pairs of diamond earrings which are beautiful. I had a problem with jcpenney.com. I called the store a few times even went in. After I called Jcpenney.com to resolve the issue like 5 times I was told to call the store. I called and spoke with a guy named Mike he said he was a manager. He told me he would call me back he took my number and After 3 days he never called back. I called again spoke with a woman named ANGIE she took all my info told me she gets off work at 5:30 and that if she didnt call me back she would the following day. She called me after her shift around 5:40 the same day. She was absolutely amazing she got everything figured out within 2 hours. I just wanted to write a review and let her know that it made my day and Im very thankful for her fast response to getting my issue takin care of. Keep up the amazing work. Had some great deals going on, so the prices were good. However, a few of the well-known and conveniently-located dressing rooms were closed, without any directions toward the open one, which was out-of-the-way and quite hidden. After asking an employee, however, I found it. Some of the employees didnt seem to be very enthusiastic, so I would guess their work conditions arent the greatest. 4 stars for the good sale, would have been a 3 otherwise.

As much as I really love JCPENNEY I was super bummed when I went in today. Only 1 backpack available. No hoodies that were not cropped for young ladies. I feel like between COVID and their bankruptcy they are loosing the something that made me want to shop there. Makes me sad. I would normally give 5 stars, not so much anymore.

Went to portrait studio. Once we got our pictures taken, the experience was great. But we had a 2:30 appointment and didnt go back until 4:00 very frustrating.

I went to sephora at 5:45 Sunday July 14. There were two ladies working. The lady with Bleach/grey hair made me feel like I needed to hurry and get out. She was in such a rush to hurry out. As I arrived she asked me what I wanted and then checked me out didn’t let me look and as I started to look after I checked out she told me she was closing in 2 min. As I was heading to the door she beat me out of the mall. She made me feel completely uncomfortable by her looking at me while I walked slowly out. Rude rude rude

The prices for mens clothing is very competitive and sales are very good. The clearance section occasionally has and additional 70% off the already heavily discounted prices. This store is great for black Fridays as its not as busy as some of the big city branches. You can get in and get good deals without the crazy rush. We even did it with 3 young kids. I hope Jcpenny is here to stay.

I am always impressed with the employees they hire here. I go in here 3 or 4 times a year for clothing and I almost never see the same face twice, but every time I go in they have friendly and helpful employees. Prices are a bit high on most items, but the quality is way better than the other big mall stores. If you watch for sales, and seasonal clearance, you can get some GREAT quality at good prices.

I like the selection of clothing at JCPenney. I can usually find what Im looking for, and at a good price. However, suddenly refusing to take mobile payments, such as Apple Pay, after accepting them for years means I won’t be shopping here anymore.

You can always find great deals at JC Penney. The item that I went in to buy was the last one left and had a little stain on it. The employee offered me a 10% discount and then gave me an additional discount at checkout. She was very personable and helped make my experience a fantastic one. The only issue Ive had here has been not being able to find my size. They seem to sell out of product pretty fast.

I had to exchange 3 items for Moms gift. They are remodeling and I could not find any of the 3 items.I was just in there 3 days ago. Everything was kind of moved around. That was when I found a saleswomen, her name is Leslie. She was amazing!! She helped me track all three items, plus find the right size. She was so cheerful and friendly, plus helpful, I wanted to let you know I really appreciated her Customer service! Thank you and Leslie!!!

We waited in line to purchase a shirt that I was excited about. When we finally got up to the cashier she told us we waited in the wrong place. We had to get in another line and wait to pay for the shirt. If there is more than 1 person checking they should have signs in view that gives the customer some direction. We didnt have time to wait in line again. So we just left. She didnt apologize or anything. She was actually quite rude about it. When we put the shirt down and left I called management to tell her what happened. She didnt apologize either. If management doesnt care why should anybody else. Ive bought alot of stuff here and they are never very organized but they havent been this rude before.

Overpriced, but good quality things.

The sale prices can be amazing, the clothing quality is good, and the staff is friendly. My only frustration was the lack of available associated to answer questions and assist us. They have something for nearly everyone.

I was looking for a suit for an upcoming funeral. Chris in the mens department was a great resource for.me, I have never had the help that he provided today. For a off the rack suit i came out lookin great, and saved a bunch of cash, which I appreciate as I still have flowers to purchase.

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service! I was waiting at checkout station when the lady told another customer who got there after me that they would help them because I wasn’t standing under the marked sign. I guess it was my fault for not looking up at the ceiling! It would be great if they could hire someone that actually knew how to use a cash register too!

Quality clothes some prices a bit high but if you shop the sales its great.

I love the clothes, and the great offers! I literally saved $250 and spent less than half that in total tonight. It was pretty amazing! The service, however, was absolutely ridiculous! I lost track of how many times I heard the F Word come out of an employees mouth behind the counter while I was shopping in the Mens Department. To top it off, not one word was said to me AT ALL when I approached the counter to pay. Said employee continued her conversion with another employee that was supposed to be on break, without the slightest acknowledgment of my presence. Its fine though, I greeted myself!

I just love JCPenny and their sales, but I need to brag about their customer services. I had ordered some clothes and snow boots online and they had sent me the wrong size to one of the pairs of boots. I took them in, and a very nice young man helped me who super patient and kind. He found out that they didnt have anymore of those boots online, and he said I could pick out any boots that were either the same regular price or less and he would give them to me for the clearance price that I bought them for. Which I was super happy about and they were shipped to my house for free. He made my situation not stressful! Their customer service team is great all the time!

Their coupons are phenomenal. They have some crazy good coupons every week throughout the year! Most of their coupons even work on clearance!! I love everyone working there. It’s never messy and I’m always showed exactly what im looking for if it’s not too busy. Thank you! People that are leaving 1 star reviews on having to wait in line are childish. Learn to understand that not everytime you go into a retail store, INSIDE A MALL. It will be busy at times. Go back to California and tell me which store lines you’d rather be in.
