My husband and I went in last night around 6:30 looking at shoes. The young lady that was working was sitting on the counter with her boyfriend writing on the glass with markers. She did not acknowledge or even look at us the whole time we were in there. My husband and I own a company that employees 40+ people, both of us thought that if that was our employee, she would be fired and that if we were the owner, we would want to know our customers were treated that way. It was very unprofessional and unfortunate because the store was relatively busy and she didnt care at all. Her and the boy she was with was in their own little world and didnt care who came in or left without being helped.

The staff is usually not very knowledgeable about shoes, which can be frustrating in a shoe store but theyre usually very quick to get something when asked.
