Nice place to get gym grade exercise equipment at discount prices. The quality of everything they sell is top notch, but you dont get stuck paying full price. I purchased a treadmill from them several years ago and was super happy with the quality. Went back recently and found they have switch to offer more exercise equipment like weight plates, dumbbells, bars, and cages/racks and had a smaller selection of treadmills. Dont get fooled by their pictures online, 80% of their showroom is weights, only 20% is treadmills, bikes, and cardio equipment.

This store has a great selection and the staff is very helpful. Steven even disassembled a machine so we could haul it home. This is a store we will definitely stop by again when we’re back in town.

We purchased weights and a TRUE Performance 300 treadmill from Quality Home Fitness. The staff is knowledgeable and the service has been great. The treadmill needed some minor belt adjustments and they came out and took care of it promptly. Can’t say enough as to how good they have been.

They went above and beyond for us. I wanted to surprise my husband with a home gym for his birthday and this was right before the lock down. They set me up with everything I needed and then some. They helped me load everything and even lended me the tool to put it all together. I highly recommend them for your gym equipment needs.

A logistical train wreck. The attempts at ordering should’ve been red flags as is. I called over and over for more than a week trying to get an order in. Always being told I’d get a call back. Days went by without getting a call back.Once the order was placed, I was told a week. That week went by and when I called to check in, I was told they had no idea, call after the weekend. I called back Monday, told Friday. They didn’t show Friday either. This repeats itself a few times. And communication is severely lacking throughout. When they finally have somewhat of an idea what’s going on, they try offering a couple extra tiles of matting. Although, when they told me who they order from, I did my own research and learned I could’ve gotten them for almost half the price. Therefore, a couple mats mean nothing when you’re charging an additional 80%. Find out where they get their supplies and order it yourself. Cut out the middle man, headache, and disappointment.

The showroom was nice and the employee was very friendly and helpful. We just needed to schedule a repair appointment for our treadmill (not purchased here) and he got us taken care of.

Brandon and Jackson came and moved a treadmill that we did not buy and Quality Home Fitness. They were able to take it apart safely and move it downstairs for us in just under 30 minutes. Excellent customer service!

Kind of out of the beaten path but once youve found it they offer new and refurbished workout equipment. Will definitely go back and buy when we relocate there.

The selection was incredible. They had multiple options for what we were looking for and their prices were great! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I bought a treadmill today. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the inventory they had on hand. Until today, I didnt even know they were in Idaho Falls. If anyone is looking for exercise equipment, theyre the best AND they deliver. Id rate my experience a 4.9 (only because I never give a 5.0)

These guys have been great to work with. The equipment is fixed up and refurbished, but they get it all working just like it should so there’s no problems. Anytime I have had a question they have been right there willing to help. I even had an issue with the heart rate monitor and they came to my house with a new one to make sure it worked and show me the ins and outs of my machine. Great people to work with! I can’t say enough good about them.

Looked online for treadmills and then saw an ad for Quality Home Fitness. Stopped in and they had the treadmill we wanted for $500 less than the manufacture online sale price. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Would go back again.

My wife and I stopped in to look at the treadmills. The young man working there was very friendly and helpful and let us try them out to get a feel for them. They have a large variety of brands and models on hand. Theyre actually new equipment but that arrived in damaged boxes and had to be rejected by the gym they were being sent to. So this place buys those units, inspects them and sells them at a fraction of the original price. A great place to find budget exercise equipment!

We went in yesterday to purchase a treadmill and all of our questions were answered, we were able to test several out on the show room floor, and they helped load it into the truck. Clayton and I have purchased two exercise bikes from Quality Home Fitness. We were very happy with the price of each bike. At first, we purchased the spin bike. Next time we stopped by, they had the upright with a desk. That was just what I wanted! Curtis was both helpful and knowledgeable. I was surprised at the quantity and quality of the fitness equipment there. Curtis also gave us a great deal on iFits. It has been fun to track our fitness progress. We purchased an additional iFit for a Christmas gift.

I like that I saved about a third off the price of new. However the elliptical squeaks something terrible. So bad even with headphones on and the volume turned way up, its all most more than I can take.
