Would give 5 stars but not a single employee wearing masks. Come on tacoma, do your part.Edit - (I added a star) went there two weeks later, everyone is wearing masks now and they have signs up saying masks are required . Still most the customers are ignoring this.

I experienced a mishap while exiting a fuel station causing my travel trailer hitch arm to drag on the concrete resulting in a severely damaged u bolt. the u bolt is a critical component and needed replacement. I contacted a large RV dealer in Idaho Falls - the parts man said you need to order a new leveling arm - we dont stock parts it was not an option for me. I checked with another company that was close with the same specialty without success. Although the gal was very pleasant she was clueless as to what a case hardened u bolt was., adding to my frustration. She directed me to Tacoma.I walked in, frustrated, hoping to solve my problem and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. The store was clean and well merchandised, reassuring me. I was directed to an area with u bots. Although there was every kind of u bolt nothing was the specific size i needed.Reuben asked if i needed any help and I explained my problem to him. We both studied the problem trying to figure out a solution. We ended up making a temporary safety strap out of 40 gauge chain held in place by a case hardened bolt.Reuben could have very easily sent me down the road but instead chose to help me with a simple problem. So many companies lack customer service it was refreshing to experience first class professionalism at TSP.I left Idaho Falls with a piece of mind and very thankful for TSP and the understanding of a great employee. The repair cost was less than a $1.00 but the impression of the company and Reuben was priceless.Thank you.
