Wouldn’t buy a hot tub anywhere else! Lincoln has made my family feel like a top priority. He has always been more than willing to answer all my questions and go above and beyond! Give that man a raise! Great staff! Great hot tubs!

We have been looking at our different options in Idaho Falls-and we’re very impressed with the honesty, information, and the products at Bullfrog. When the time comes, we will probably go with them. Tanner was polite and not “slick” like some “other” places that shall remain nameless….🤫They also have a great showroom.

When I was told that I’d have to wait at-least 6 months for a hot tub, the guys at Bullfrog in Idaho Falls made sure that didn’t happen. From my first contact to delivery of my brand new tub was about a month and a half. I live almost 2 hours away from Idaho falls and they still delivered and installed at no extra charge. The install process was seamless and the crew was very thorough in explaining the operation of the tub. There have been two occasions where I had questions on things that I wasn’t sure about and Lincoln went out of his way to make sure my questions were answered. He even went so far as to text me pictures of some intricate details for an aftermarket WiFi module I was installing on my own late on a Friday evening. I’ve already recommended these guys to everyone in my area and will continue to do so. Thank you for being so helpful! Side note- the hot tub is amazing and has exceeded our expectations.

We just purchased a Bullfrog spa. The service from the Idaho falls store and factory was awesome. They were very helpful when we were picking it out. They were very patient with us when we called to ask any questions about it. They set it up and made sure we knew all the features and maintenance. We LOVE our Bullfrog hot tub!! Tanner was our salesman and was not one of those pushy-types that I hate at other stores. He answered all of our questions and helped us find the right model that would fit our needs. I really like how you can choose your own jet packs and the shoulder one is definitely a favorite. The Bluetooth speaker system sounds really good, and the sensor pad is user-friendly. The guys who came to set up the hot tub were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. 5 stars all the way!

We just got a new spa from Bullfrog Spas in Idaho Falls and would like to express the delight we had dealing with the staff and the pleasure the product bring to us. Lincoln and the rest of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and the installer was efficient and timely. Filled it up and used it the next morning.
