The staff was professional and knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I went in for. The prices are not outrageous and the store was clean. I do wish they carried more specialty gases like butane or n-butane but it is what it is.

Very kind and helpful customer service, first time going there an employee showed me around to help me find the stuff I needed. It is expensive, however they make it more than worth it with top tier variety and quality welding gear, consumables, and equipment at prices much better than you would find online. They even sell welders, for stick, mig, and tig!

An eyewash Ive used for years keeps periodically going off the market, so Ive been searching for weeks to find something comparable that I can get whenever I need it. I must have finally put the magic combination of search words into Google yesterday because it pulled up a very similar (and seemingly even better) version of the product. I soon learned that its stocked by Norco, which is mere minutes from my home.I bought a bottle of the eyewash yesterday for an excellent price and used some today with outstanding results. Im absolutely thrilled to know I can easily buy more when this bottle runs out and couldnt be happier. I was also very pleased by the excellent customer service I received at Norco Industrial. My one and only regret is realizing that I couldve been buying this stuff at a much better price point right next to my home (so no S&H) for months and couldve saved myself a ton of money. Live and learn, I guess. Regardless, Im beyond thrilled with the results and will definitely be back. Thanks Norco--youve earned yourselves a loyal customer.
