Had a freezer fridge combo special ordered in fall 2017. The salesman was patient and followed up very well prior to delivery. It was delivered by BSR and it was wrapped very well with no damage outside. As the BSR delivery guy took it off it had damage on the door corner obviously shipped that way. The delivery guy took pics and said he would make note of it and let the store know. I emailed our salesman too with pics and he said he would check with the factory to see what could be done. I followed up 2-3x via personal stop and emails and 3 months later, the salesman is no longer there and the manager tells me it’s been too long and he can’t do anything. Sorry. I tried to buy local and support but next time it’s online due to my bad experience. The manager said he wanted to make it right but didn’t even have any proposal of what he would do to make it right. It was the principal that it was damaged and it should have been addressed and fixed. After this review they followed up and corrected the issue.

Very nice equipment supply store. If you love cooking, this store has what ya need! =)
