Having a friend you never met. This is grand Teton Harley Davidson.I abandoned my 17 deluxe at the hotel. A scare and time ment I couldn’t make the trip and back to work on time.So I flew airline and set my keys and a note at the door of this dealership, 5:00AM in the morning, shuttle to airport.They went and got my scoot and John in service said he’ll put in a quite place while I arrange transport. Very understanding and sympathetic of my situation.Transport arranged, they helped load and strapped. But there’s more.John cleaned my bike!It was beautiful.I offered them money but he wouldn’t hear of it.“It’s what we do.”The point is: Pocatello is shut down so they are slammed with drivers.They accommodated me anyway. On the road from Texas to Washington and I needed an oil change. Got there when they opened and they got me in and back on the road in an hour. John, service, was a great guy who did a great job managing all the bikes and customer requests! Highly recommend these guys! I ride 40,000 miles a year. Great HD dealership.

Returning from a long trip my rear tire was pretty shredded. I limped to their facility and they were the only ones that had a rear tire that fit my bike. Got me in pretty easily and I am extraordinarily thankful.Edit... I made my review originally when they first got me in but after I worked with the mechanic who actually changed my tire I have some other comments. When he went and took off to test ride my bike he didnt verify that my stuff was secure and end up ruining two sweatshirts and had cars running over my stuff because he didnt do his job make sure things were secure before taking the bike on the road. When he picked up the stuff from being ran over by cars he put it in my tour pack and wedge the door pack closed which broke souvenirs that I had from my Nationals meeting. I am extraordinarily not happy about the broken materials in my tour pack because he wedged it closed.

Had a great time visiting this store! Shane was a great resource, I loved chatting about all the amazing features on the new Road Glide. Will definitely stop by again when Im in town.

I was on my way up to Sturgis when a bad fuel line check valve started leaking. The Gold Rush Dealership in Elko didnt have the part but Grand Teton Harley Davidson did. We put my bike in a U-Haul and drove up to Idaho Falls but didnt get there til after 5pm. John in the service department followed me to the U-Haul and dropped me off at my hotel. The next morning I got a call from him before the dealership was open and told me the mechanic came in early so I could be on my way and meet up with my group in Jackson by 11am. I cant thank the entire Grand Teton HD enough!! Thanks for going the extra mile!!! Great dealership!!

So we were from out of state to visit. Went in, no greeting till we got upstairs. No shirts in either of our sizes, mine or wifes... no new touring bikes. The one lady said they sell new below MSRP but had no new in stock.. the used were overpriced compared to Texas used stock.. . on our way out 2 couples came in and were greeted.... really dissappointed. Maybe try again next year...

I don’t do reviews but I had to for Grand Teton HD. I went in today to purchase a used KTM they had for sale. I caught some funny jabs about not buying a Harley from the salesman (very light hearted) but got down to business soon after. I was coming in with a bike to trade and was more than happy with what I was offered. When discussing numbers on the KTM I had to tell the staff how easy a process this was compared to buying a car. There were no secrets about what was happening like that of a car dealership. I was quickly financed and leaving the lot on my dream bike but not before having several members of the staff that had no part in the deal shaking my hand and congratulating me on my purchase. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone at the store at any time and I feel I got a steal of a deal on my bike. I am horrible with names but you guys know who you are, absolute studs at Grand Teton Harley! I’ll be back to visit and drink some coffee before too long!

This place rocks. I limped my bike in. Couldnt shift. The spindle was stripped so the shift peg was all over the place. These guys put me at the head of the line for repairs. Took them only 25 minutes. Thank you for saving my trip.

I had a number of warning lights light up while driving up from Grand junction colorado. I called the service representative and they got me in right away and had everything fixed and ready for me to get back on the road within one or two hours. They were absolutely great, and explained everything to me.

My first impressions of the dealership and their staff were very favorable salesman was very friendly and very knowledgeable and seemed very helpful. So I decided to buy my bike from them continued working with the salesman, salesman told me he would help me find a motorcycle to ship in because they didn’t have the color I wanted seven days later I had heard nothing from the salesman so I went to another dealer in another state and bought my Harley from them. Their salesman actually return phone calls and helped me get the bike I wanted very disappointed considering the grand Teton Harley was where I bought my first Harley Davidson I would suggest going elsewhere to look for your Harley Davidson. I contacted The store manager to let him know what what had happened and that he lost over $20,000 sale because of failure to follow up he apologized but that was it, he tried to get me to come back to buy my bike from them but I had already purchased one from another dealer but he didn’t offer to reduce the cost of service or to do anything to try and make up for the mistake that was made salesman called me back later that day to apologize for what happened but by that time the damage was done. In conclusion if you want good follow up if you want to have a great experience I will suggest going to another dealer to buy your bike very sad for an experience it started out great and then ended up so poorly very disappointed!

We werent really looking for motorcycle when we stopped in it was more of a just looking after we left there we went to another dealer to look and almost immediately turned around and went back and bought bikes the same day. My experience there was top of the line thru 2 personal purchases purchases and 2 family member purchases of bikes very recently. Everyone from sales, finance, apparel, parts and service, were amazing and were friendly and patience through all the questions of bikes, parts, helmets ect. My personal purchases were such a pleasant experience. More so then I have ever experienced before. They make you feel welcome, just like your family to them!

My wife and I were returning back to Twin Falls from a long weekend of travelling. Unfortunately, our bike decided not to cooperate and loss power in Idaho Falls.I knew there was a Harley dealership and I figured I would just have our bike towed over there. I messaged the dealership to let them know what was going on. Mind you, this was on a scheduled day for them to be closed. Within 30 minutes, Jim (General Manager) responded and had me cancel the tow. 30 minutes after that he showed up with a trailer to take our bike back to have it worked on.It was a nice reminder of how great community can be.Thank you so much Jim.

Ive been road tripping on my 2020 sportster 1200 from California and i had some issues with my bike from a previous harley dealership and the general manger completely hooked me up to get back on the road! Everyone is so nice from the girls in the front to the service guys! I cant thank them enough! They will make sure you leave with a smile on your face!! Thank you guys! I went in to get prices from for Service on a couple Harleys Im getting from a deceased relative. I walked in and was greeted with an introduction and a handshake. Told what I needed as I had not been there before I was lead to Service and introduced to John. I felt like John and I had been friends forever. They understand customer service.

Just had a service done on an 01 road king police and feel your shop addressed the issues i asked to have looked at. They were professional and thorough with explaining what maintenance items needed addressed. Had a full service done and they even changed the spark plugs and charged me for the part. Very happy and will be a repeat customer for sure

Always a must stop when we visit the Falls

Last Friday afternoon three bikes and I while traveling around Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho, had a water pump problem with a Tri-Glide. We overheated in Victor and called for assistance. You told me that it was safe to drive the bike there (66 miles) and you would drop everything and take a look at it. We were traveling from MASS, CONN, and New Hampshire and were due in Jackson Hole that evening to meet others. We limped to the dealership around 1:20pm. Your service department jumped on the problem immediatly made the neccesary changes and got us back on the road at 3:15pm. Your tech saved our vacation, and we totally appreciate the effort! Thank you so very much!!

This dealership is truly one of the nicer ones I have seen in Idaho and Utah. The people here are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you come on a Saturday you can get some free food and beer as well. The people in the service department know what they’re talking about and super helpful. First time getting my 08 Sporty 883 custom 5K service done here. My local dealer is Missoula, Montana. I compared the receipts for the same exact service and was astounded by the price difference. Plus, this dealer (Chester Teton) tacked a bogus “Shop Supplies” fee of $15 onto my bill. I paid $218 for 5K service in Missoula, MT and $336 for 5K service in Idaho Falls, ID. I do not recommend this shop, and I won’t be returning.
