This is the place for you if you want to have harassing phone calls daily. Constant billing issues verbal assaults about not sleeping required time, and having to pay more than you would. I actually had a lady from them threaten me with having to pay for my machine in full because I wasn’t sleeping the required time amount. I don’t sleep a lot. I work two full time jobs. Take care of family of six kids and a wife. I am a firefighter/EMT. I also work at a hospital on my time off. Sometimes I’m not guaranteed to be able to sleep.I did however sleep tremendously better with my machine when I got the time. I am being harassed again. Even though my Dr. has written them and the insurance (Blue Cross) a letter. Before I got my machine I was averaging 3.5 hours a night. Not what they required. I guess I’m going to have to give the machine back. I’m not going to take this abuse anymore!!

Beware!! Local is really nice but all services after are through the phone. Over $700 in over charges on my card, multiple over the phone reps confirmed it... Received a check for $3.54 Just do business elsewhere, its a smart choice.

Went in to purchase an egg crate. I remembered when walking in that I had forgotten my mask. They offered me a mask and I really appreciated that gesture. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Good experience.

The local office is great. Fast delivery and good support. BUT, corporate billingobilling is AWFUL. Failed to bill equipment correctly, then when I had to send payment, they refunded me and then sent to collections without notice for the same amount as they had refunded! I went to pay the bill, and they had already sent me to collections! Even better....it took 10 days for my payment to be applied. No one speaks English, they all have names like Bob or Dave. Now Im stuck calling back every 2 days to see if the payment can be applied. Id seriously pay the bill just to never deal with this DME again! Beyond frustrating!

We have been with Apria for over a year. Their customer service has been above and beyond! Staff have been courteous and knowledgeable about all of our needs and questions. I have greatly appreciated the times when we needed items delivered, it was the same day and within a few hours! Thank you so very much!

This place is an absolute joke. Their on-call personnel have no idea what they are doing. They were THE most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with. My grandmother was traveling and their on call committed to delivering equipment that was damaged through travel, after not seeing them for 4 hours, I called back and sat on the phone with them for another 45 minutes (giving the exact information I had given the first call) where she again guaranteed me they were delivering the equipment) another hour later a different person called me to inform me that they were very sorry that someone from their company offered that, but they would be unable to deliver any equipment so if she needed the equipment she could go to an urgent care or hospital!

Very unhelpful. Seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing and couldn’t answer a lot of my questions. I had to have someone else teach me how to use and set up my equipment.
