Worst carrier ever. I am amazed that they are still in business. Every package we get is damaged, insurance is useless they denied all claims. They lied about one package said I refused delivery and sent it back to the shipper, I think they would lie even if the truth sounded better. If you like damage this is your shipping company.

I work at Verizon, and Pedro is a great delivery person. He always gets us our packages on time and is super cheerful and overall a fun person to be around!

They were friendly. A package of mine got delivered at the wrong address and the driver was supposed to go back and get it. On the third day I took matters upon myself and went the the home it was delivered to. Two kids and three barking dogs and after a few minutes of denying they had it one of the kids finally came out with my stuff. They opened the box and who knows what they were going to do with it.

Cashier charge me a tape but didn’t gave me after I finished my entire purchase. When I call back regarding my issue she mentioned I took it with me. It’s a matter of couple bucks, please be honest to customer.

I’d advise nearly anyone against wasting their time here. It was apparently quite naïve of me to assume that a FedEx Ship Center would have the necessary supplies to ship a common item, but they refused to ship an item with a lithium-ion battery (handheld rechargeable vacuum) because I did not bring a UN 3481 hazard sticker of my own. It’s not like I was trying to ship uranium fuel pellets here- even a laptop computer with lithium ion batteries would likely need the same UN 3481 sticker to be shipped.I drove to the UPS Store and they shipped the item without trouble.

The staff was helpful and patient. I got my stuff ready and shipped without fail.

Very helpful. No long lines during the holiday mailing rush at the IF airport location. Great during Covid. Staff wore masks. Mailing costs a bit higher than USPS.

They charged me over $100 for less than what I got at Alpha Graphics for $26.00. The service was less than professional. They could not get me a price on what it would cost to digitize one set of 24 x 36 prints. Kinkos is self-service on machine that you likely do not know how to use and the customer service help is useless. Alpha Graphics is professionally done in a drop off and pick up same day service.

Update: They reaches out to me in person after this review. Nice to know they care.Missed delivery reported after no delivery attempt was made. Not happy with the app and virtual assistant. Tried to arrange pick up after I stayed home all day to make sure I didn’t miss the delivery. As I sat on my front porch I was notified of a missed attempt to deliver. No truck in site no delivery attempt made. Received a message the next day that my shipment was on the truck. Called the 800 number and spoke to a person who repeated the same verbiage as the virtual assistant, tracking information only. My pick up request was ignored. I don’t usually comment but I can’t seem to reach our local office and simply wanted to speak with a person who could help me. Very frustrating experience.

The customer service gal was great, she helped me get my package put together, gave me times and dates for it to arrive, all the while it being crazy busy for the holidays.

Pedro, Tom, and Nate are the drivers I get in my area and they are FANTASTIC! Pedro is is so fast and enthusiastic. Tom is a very grounded and great guy. Nate is like family, so cool and collected. Everyday I see these three deliver packages and I love saying hello and seeing how their day is going.

This is not my first bad experience with fedex. However, they lost my package (which was a very expensive item) never notified me even after admitting to me they were aware of it. Their solution....call the entity that sent the package? Even after showing it was at this facility? Highly disappointed in my experience yet again. Very negative!

After having my sons important package sent to ID with an incorrect address, Fedex delivery driver PEDRO called my number and sought to find the right address. He spent time on the phone with me and had me look up the correct address and text it to him. He then verified the approximate time of delivery. This was so appreciated because this was a time-sensitive package that my son needed today. Great job and thank you for keeping the customer in mind even during one of the busiest times of the year! I hope Pedro and his family has a very wonderful Thanksgiving!

Great staff, fast service, friendly employees available to answer questions and offer assistance. Located RIGHT next to the airport. To find it head to the Idaho Falls Airport, and veer onto Federal Way Drive on your right. Its hard to miss. If you do miss it, circling around the airport- entering and exiting- takes less than five minutes.

They tried delivering a package which required a signature to my neighbor. I would really appreciate it if they could read an address and try to deliver to the correct address. Not to mention, the package was very time sensitive.

So annoyed. They returned a package saying I had refused it. I dont know where the driver went, but it was not to my address. Because at the time they said I refused it I was at home. But because the driver said that it was the correct address he went to I may be responsible for paying return charges to the sender. And if he/she could not read the numbers on my house and had gone to one of my neighbors which coincidentally all have numbers on their houses)they would have directed them to my house or accepted it for me and brought it over to me. I live on a cul-de-sac and we are all very close. So there is no way that this driver was even on the right Street.

They made me buy a whole roll of tape instead of putting one strip to seal my package. Inconsiderate if you ask me.

The box was open and crushed not happy considering that I had lamps inside of this box the lamps seemed to be in good condition but totally dissatisfied with the fact that he did not even knock on the door to get my attention that my package was delivered. They are fast and professional. They only thing is they keep regular business hours so if you get off at work at 5pm dont even bother. You have to wait until Saturday they are open the first half of the day.

So I schedule a delivery time on Thursday for 4:00 PM. They deliver it at 9:30AM. I am working that is why I scheduled a 4:00PM delivery. So I scheduled a delivery for 4:00PM on Friday. They deliver it at 11:30AM. Again, I am working that is why I scheduled a 4:00PM delivery. Why schedule a delivery time if they will not deliver your package at the time that you SCHEDULED???

I would give Fedex 0 stars. My husband had an important package coming in the mail and the Fedex driver couldn’t find our address so she dropped it off at a random house. UPS can find our house just fine. We have never had a problem with UPS. My husband was tracking the package and it said that it was at our house. He checked outside no sign of any package he immediately gave Fedex a call but they said they couldn’t help tell Monday. Monday comes by and they said they couldn’t have their driver go back tell 5 to look for the package we got the address where the package got dropped off to get it ourselfs but no one was home. Later Fedex calls back and says that the homeowner didn’t answer and that they could check one last time on Tuesday. We decided to go back to the house where the package was left and we still didn’t get an answer. Guess what Fedex calls us and says they didn’t get an answer either on Tuesday.... We still haven’t gotten our money back and our package is still lost. This is the worst service I have ever had I will never use Fexex again.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN ALL OF REXBURG, ID. I would have given them a zero if it was possible. We have always used UPS because weve never had a problem with them but the one time we were forced to use FedEx, they not only delivered it to Apartment 602 (the address label said 302) but they also failed to tell us about this slip-up and it took over a week of research on OUR part until they finally contacted the driver who said he delivered it to 602.Weve now contacted 602 and they said they left it on our doorstep. Unfortunately, we were gone on vacation when they left it there so who knows where the package is now. There was a reason we wanted it delivered by a certain date and FedEx couldnt even get one of the steps of delivery right in order to make that happen. My question is, how can the driver know he left it at the wrong address and somehow that information doesnt get back to anyone in the company, let alone the person who spent their money on the order?Weve since heard from our neighbors that the quality of delivery is consistent with the driver, because every time they order something through FedEx theyre forced to walk to all nearby apartments and track down where the package was actually left. Its like the driver is giving no effort and dropping each package at the first apartment he sees.

I was in Idaho Falls and needed to ship home my RC planes. They charged me nearly $100 then delivered it to the wrong address and wouldnt tell me where they delivered it. I shipped from myself to myself yet they had none of my information from the form that I filled out. When I called customer service all they kept telling me is that they shipped it to the address that was on the box, like I dont even know my own address. when I mentioned that I was the shipper shipping it to myself they said no it was the Idaho Falls FedEx terminal that was the shipper on this and I wasnt even mentioned although it was charged to my credit card. So Im going to be out over $400 dollars worth of stuff and a hundred dollars in shipping charges and the only thin I get is a buNch of snooty fedex employees saying its not their fault. Good customer service from fed ex is DEAD!

I am frustrated with drivers stepping in my flower bed because they are too lazy or disrespectful to use the side walk. I wish companies would ship with UPS or anybody else. Today I received a package and was standing on the porch and the driver walked straight across my lawn and went to step in my flowerbed right in front of me! This is so rude!!
