I went in to drop off a wheel and tire to get mounted and balanced as I always have used them. The male I spoke with at the desk seemed very annoyed and said that it’s not something they normally do. I told him that I have always used them and he gave some bs excuse. I will never use them again for any parts or service. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

The absolute worst customer service you could ever ask for. They are rude they’re disrespectful. And will answer the phone while they are talking to you and just quit talking to you and giving quotes over the phone.

4whp is by far the least professional company I have ever dealt with. Their phone support is 16 year old children in California who attempt to lecture you rather than actually deal with your problem. I just cancelled 4K in bumpers and re-ordered on a competitor website. Dont make my mistake and just find someone else to buy from now.

This location is a joke. Big store. Looks empty. Customer service ranges from overbearing to non existent. I’ve come here twice and they’ve talked themselves out of a sale or I had to leave after 15 minutes of not being greeted. No one has seemed interested in giving me what I came to purchase.
