Great customer service. These guys will go above and beyond to get you absolutely completely taken care of. They have amazing options like layaway and two forms of financing. This place hands down know what they are doing and what they are talking about. I will recommend this ten times over. They do super flush installs and if they say your speakers are gonna hit, they mean it. They have rims, speakers audio dens reverse cameras and beautiful showroom come down and check this place out! You will not be disappointed!

Unprofessional business with poor customer service and product. Installation of audio system in new car resulted in poor sound and frustration. They failed to install crossover boxes for the front set of component speakers leading to one of the tweeters being blown within a matter of weeks. Instead of apologizing and offering to quickly resolve the situation, they blamed me for not knowing what I was doing with the radio controls and that’s why bass was being played through the front tweeters.Initially, they offered to try and just disconnect both front tweeters altogether instead of actually fixing the issue. They stated they would call after the weekend and let me know if they could warranty the tweeter. I never received a call or notification and will therefore never return to this establishment despite spending a small fortune for a blown speaker system. I’ve made an appointment with a good tech at Best Buy who I’ve had work done in the past. He stated that he is surprised both tweeters were not already blown due to the poor installation.

These guys are awesome!!! Family owned and operated and they really do care about their customers. They went out of their way when I didnt have anything to help me put together a little system from scraps and Ive been a customer ever since. Their store is amazing their products are only of the highest quality!!!!! Now that I got my subs all lined out, its time for my mids!!! And remember, even if you can go online and order a subwoofer for 10 or 15 bucks cheaper, Americans need to be supporting locally owned businesses everyday thats what this country was built on, not communism. Dont let our country turn into China. Support your local owned and operated businesses!!!!

Tim, Lance, and the entire team at Custom Audio Creation are ABSOLUTE pros!!!!!!!!! Tim was always responsive via phone call or text when we needed to discuss my vehicle wrap. I used to see their work all over town not knowing it was indeed theirs, so when it came time to wrap my own vehicle there was no need to look any further. Lances design skills are out of this world. They are extremely TIMELY in their turnaround times as well.I even had a bit of an issue with my wrap (nothing related to their work or skills) and Tim had the HEART to ensure I was taken care of to make the situation as good as it possibly could have been. I can not recommend these guys enough! I will NEVER look anywhere else for custom AUDIO, WRAPS, or BADASS wheels. Id give 1000 Stars if I could.

Bold faces lies to get me in there for a budget remote start they charged me 80 more than official offer for full installation of agreed system, in which all of the pertinent info on the vehicle was provided and used in the offer.. Ive emailed asking what exact hardware was installed on the car and they wouldnt respond. To register for the manufacturers warranty you need the invoice showing what they installed, well it doesnt say on the invoice, just a vague description of the service provided. I need the UPC to register the warranty and I believe the original box.Sketchy and untrustworthy. When looking at the options she said I needed the higher quality starter, and pointed out the remote that she quoted the price on. She didnt mention that it would make the offer she gave me invalid. I decided that since I thought I was getting a good deal on the remote start I threw them a bone and decided for them to tint the car. A lot of numbers were thrown around which confused me a bit and I asked to pay up front, which she wouldnt let me pay for the whole service until it was done. I wanted to look at the full invoice with tax included and everything but I trusted that I would be taken care of. I dont know off the top of my head which remote starter I would need but I am sure the standard one would have worked just fine, and if I wouldve known I was going to get me offer with the starter she said I needed I wouldve asked exactly why I needed the much more expensive and powerful starter considering it was for a 2019 fiesta with a tiny motor. I could understand if it was for a car with a large motor than needs extra cranking power. Best buy sells remote starters by Viper and their prices are way more affordable. The big thing is they will install it for free so you dont have to pay labor on an already overpriced item. I will say the tint looks good and the car does start every time. No problems with the actual service.

I’ve done business with Tim in the past and we had a miscommunication or should I say a misunderstanding and I wrote a negative review.however stand by what I said about the quality of work.his shop does good work.after talking to Tim face to face again and realizing the misstep I agreed to redo this review.Custom audio does awesome work and glad to be doing business with them again.

I was so iffy about getting window tint. Let me tell you, I walked out to my beautiful Sally looking gorgeous. I walked in not knowing what I was looking for Tim was very helpful. Not sure what the guys name who did the tint, but he did a wonderful job. Very satisfied. Oh and the woman who exsplain the after care was a delight, she didnt assume I knew what I was doing. She asked and exsplained. Great staff. Great service 👍

I have to say that this place is awesome!! I brought my car in hoping that they could help me because I was stressed out. I had rims installed at richline and it was a nightmare. Brought my car to this place told him what the problem was and he knew automatically what to do. Had me in and out in no time, fixed the problem and kept it all the way real with me, a real honest guy!!! He offered me wheel locks for wheels that he didn’t even install!! I definitely will be doing business with him from now on and I definitely recommend this place. I’m going back to have my touch screen installed!!!

Im sorry, but I have to give this place 1 star.They did the poorest install on my car stereo, I ended up taking it somewhere else. Which ended up costing me double the money.When I contacted the owner, he didnt even offer a second look to try to fix the situation for the amount I spent here, I could have just went across town an got better quality and service.

First, Tim installed an OEM Audio Plus, Second, scoop light & bed light kit, & third, replaced my shark fin antenna with a thin fin, and currently, he is helping plan and then he will 2 1/2 lift and front fascia cut out for my 17 Inferno Taco. Reasonable prices on window tint and did a great job

Had this shop install a 6 inch lift kit on my truck. Bolts were missing. It was not installed correctly. This caused my to wreck my truck at 70mph. The owner of the company came out the accident scene and admitted fault to the responding officer, told me to tow my truck back to his shop so that his insurance agent could have it fixed. Once the truck arrived at his shop and no more cops were there, he told me it wasn’t his fault anymore and kicked me out of his shop. Do not hire this place for anything. They are unprofessional and inexperienced. I will have to take him to court to try to recover damages which are over $7000.

Walked in to get an updated DVD player for my Yukon since the factory one would only play movies that were super old and wouldn’t play a single Disney movie. They had what I was looking for and stated it would take 2-3 but they were done in roughly 1 1/2 hours! My factory DVD player was longer and wider than the new and they were able to cover up the extra hold from the old one and made it look ver nice!!! Thank you Custom Audio Creations for making me one happy momma with a DVD player that my kids can watch all their movies on!!!!

I asked for a certain percentage of tint on my vehicle and realized the next day it was not what I asked or paid for. Very disappointed due to the 240 dollars I spent. Not to mention theyre was no receipt given. Due to liability.so I guess im fd. Do not recomend. I asked for 5% was told I got that. I know I didnt not.

Im only giving 1 star since they dont seem to be open today (saturday) despite the hours listed as being open on saturday, so I dont really know much about how they operate. On the phone the people were really friendly. Ill update when Im able to get in to the store.*** update to response: post a note on the door. Have one already made for situations like this, along with others, so that at least people arent standing there for nothing. Theres even a cheap way to make remote marquee signs where you can change the text from your phone. It takes very little time to grab the note and stick it to the door on your way out. Looking at other reviews, Im not the only one you havent been around for.

Ive been to them 3 times. The first was last year 2017, they put a remote start and keyless entry in my 2005 ford focus and it worked great. The second time was this summer 2018, I had a remote start and keyless entry put in my 2012 5 speed ford fiesta. It works great and has saftey features on it. The last time was to replace speakers for me. I plan on going back to have my windows tinted. They are great guys. Very polite.
