I worked with Cassie and she had me in and out in an hour and a half. I do not have great credit but she was able to find a car that matched what I need in the price that I needed and she even advised on cars that even though I could afford would not be worth it. I love that they include sales tax and licensing and the cost of the car that makes it so easy and Im very happy and have had a great experience and would recommend drive time to all my friends.

I got a car when I was going through my divorce they included sales tax in the loan so that was a plus I pay 443 a month for a 2013 I was paying 430 for a 2018 for a Ford fusion they go through bridhecrest for there loans and the daily rate kills your loan I have a 200 a month interest on my loan and I cant get away from it due to credit problems now I have had my car almost 3yrs I financed it for 15,000 and have put 5,331 on my loan since may and I still owe 9,931 be well aware stay away from bridgecrest who there loans are through

Great and efficient experience! the staff and management team did not fit your car salesman stereotype. They had great sense of humor, playful banter along professionalism. Hector wasnt pushy he asked great open-ended questions that allowed my brother and I to clearly express what we were expecting and looking for. There wasnt a rush for me to hurry up and sign, I wanted to really think about it and come back . I was encouraged to take as much time as I needed to make my decision and to read over things. When I found things that were incorrect or I changed my mind on getting, it was corrected and adjusted with no problem. This was a pleasant experience and very efficient which I appreciate. In all honesty it was not a great experience. If you purchase from them get the vehicle checked out. I ended up taking the vehicle back within stated timeframe. They do stand behind that 5 day guarantee. They returned my down payment minus 10.00 for going over 300 miles. No hassle with return = 2 **

I don’t like feeling like someone is forcing their well onto me. At DriveTime I didnt feel like that. It was busy when I showed up the first time and I had to leave and come back. Once I returned they were still a little busy, but Phil recognized that I was there before and helped me right away even though he was helping another customer. He was able to help us both at the same time. After Phil helped me with the processing part. Hector stepped in and listened to what I was looking for and didnt push what he thought I would want. He gave me a couple different suggestions and let me choose. Then for the pickup process the next day I think I was in there for no more then 30 minutes at the most. Since I had to get to my sons senior night at school. I want to thank those two gentlemen (Phil and Hector) for the service and the professional experience with them.

Went there today to buy a car my son had picked out online. Waited a half hour to get someone to let us look at the car. Came back from a test drive and no one wanted to talk to us about the car. We asked to talk to someone about financing. We were told to wait again. Waited another 20 minutes. Only one other customer in the store while other employees were ignoring us. We left without anyone talking to us.

Sales man Tremon was Fantastic. Im happy with my truck and the service I received. My only negative was the inside cleanliness of the vehicles I saw on the lot. I bought a work truck so I expected the interior to be a little roughed up but not dirty. Over all 5 stars great people.

Everyone that we dealt with at Drive Time was very friendly, helpful and patient. The information on the vehicle we purchased was discussed and reviewed thoroughly. We started out with Phil on our initial search. He was very patient with us since we had to double check certain aspects due to my husband being in a wheelchair would need certain things to access and use the van. When we finally decided on purchasing the van Phil had not yet come into the office so we dealt with Terrance who was very helpful. When we came in with the payment Tremon helped us with the final paperwork. Kristen helped with the trade in value of our old van and Alex with signing all of the paperwork.

I spent months looking for the car I wanted, and I found it at Drive Time. This was the only place that had accurate prices (according to Kelly blue book), and was able to approve me even though I have low credit. Phillip was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and my mother and I basically consider him a part of the family now! Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming, and I didnt feel any stress or pressure like I did at other dealerships.

I was lied to on payment and down payments

So far we have enjoyed our business with Phil and Drive Time. At first when I made the appointment Im pretty sure everyone called to confirm, but I did not feel any pressure once there. I liked that they established my budget and then showed me cars in my range. I had been playing guessing games with other dealers and was really over the whole car buying experience. Phil was simple to work with and was there to show me what my options were. I felt relaxed with him. We were able to get a SUV, warranty, to stay in our budget and also they report so it will help establish our credit. These were every one of our wish list items We have already drove our new Jeep to the lake and love it! Thanks Phil and DT!

This DriveTime car lot tells you one thing over the phone but once you get into the car lot they tell you something else. they told me my down payment was $500 but when I got into the car lot they took my down payment up to a thousand.and we still didnt get the car we ended up going to Car-Mart and the down payment they told us over the phone was that exact down payment when we got there recommend Car-Mart.

By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Tremor, Alex, and Natalie were so friendly and even though they still explained and offered me all of the upgrades, I felt like they respected my wants and needs and never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend the Independence location to anyone looking to buy a nice used car.

I am now stuck in a car that keeps breaking down on me 3rd time in 6 months I have a 2016 Ford Escape last time it did I had my daughter with me in the bitter cold. I have tried to give the car back however I am out of my timeframe And they refuse to let me out of it and trade for another vehicle. Not even 2 weeks after buying it the transmission went out in it. Overall highly disappointing that drive time sold me a broken car very well knowing the problems it had. Please do not buy cars from here!
