Friendly staff but several times I have paid for products only to find out they dont actually have them. Very disappointing and time consuming.

Quality product and quality people. As a contractor it nice to talk with people who know what they are doing.

Stopped in & watched the 5 guys behind the counter talk to each other until one delegated another guy to assist me after I waited there for over 5 minutes. Not impressed by my 1st visit. BUT Being a local guy & small business owner who loves patronizing local businesses instead of big box stores, I went ahead, bit my tongue & ordered @ $1000 worth of doors & trim from them, I hope I dont regret it.
