Was greeted by an employee as I entered the store. Asked about a certain product and was led to it. Without pause I was given an informative description of the products features. Had a few more questions that were answered promptly. VERY good experience! A well run business.

Will never shop there again. Was looking for an electrical tester and found a Garner Bender brand for $50.00. Thiesens sells the exact same one for $8.00. Asked a employee about it and they shugged shoulders and walked away. Thiesens will get my business from now on!

The most useful store in all of Independence Kansas. The staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. They have a locksmithing Department that can rekey just about anything. Theyve been able to copy a few keys I thought were uncopyable.This store has everything from Mechanic needs from rebuilding a house, to redoing plumbing, even a few things that might be used for car repair. They have a very decent RV section. If you need to fix something, go there first!

Bought my grandparents a replacement part for their heater and the replacement part wasnt the correct one and Joe stated on the phone that it would be the correct part for the heater found out that the part was NOT so my grandfather went to take the part back and get the correct part or even a refund and Joe declined and stated that we ordered the part well of course we did but if the part doesnt fit then something should be done either refund of the $388 or get the CORRECT part after this review Im getting ahold of Better Business Bureau......
