Shout out to Andrea! Me and my sister went into the store looking for a dress. Andrea said hi to both of us right away which was a shock because we had went into 4 other stores prior and nobody had greeted us or even said hi or bye. Andrea was quick to help and asked us questions to get more information about the occasion and what we were looking for to gather a few dresses for my sister to try on. She had went through racks of dresses to find the perfect dress. She had given us her thoughts and ideas which we greatly appreciated. She also helped with dressing my pregnant sister who couldnt zip up the dress. She continued to look for more dresses then checked another store to see if they had it in stock. Honestly i was so grateful that andrea works there. She went above and beyond for us and had an amazing uplifting personality that is hard to find. Even though we didnt find a dress she did everything she could have done to help us. Great customer service i have had in a very long time. This girl is a keeper.

I spent over $200 here and specifically asked about the return policy on the items I purchased knowing COVID is effecting businesses. I was told that as long as everything was in it’s original new condition with tags attached that I could return it for a full refund. Well, of course, it’s only been 5 days and I go to return a couple pieces of jewelry and a purse that I never used because I found cuter pieces at another store that matched the dress I bought from Windsor.. and was told that I could not return any of them. The manager of this establishment needs to make sure that all of the associates are telling its customers the same information. I am beyond irritated and annoyed with the customer service that I experienced today. I would definitely think twice before returning.

Love that no matter what day or time I walk in this store is clean and organized. What I strongly dislike is that they Only PUT THE INCREDIBLE SMALL SIZES in the front. They DO NOT HAVE a good selection for junior plus or curvey women. The stuff they have is in the back and corner of the store. Dont get me started on the shoes I think I went in one time and actually found a pair of heels size 10. I thought we realized that all bodies are not the same size. I say shop here if your a 0 to 11 otherwise dont waste your time

Been waiting outside for 20 minutes. Worker has seen us twice and even opened the gate to hand someone something and gave no update as to when they would open. Should have been open for about 40 minutes now.

The girls are so sweet! I went in 10 min before close ( I know, I’m THAT person ) for a last minute baby shower outfit. I knew exactly what I needed and where it was. The girls never made me feel bad and my outfit was perfect for my baby shower !! Highly recommend this store

I have found some of the cutest clothes here! Prices are somewhat expensive for certain things but they have many sales and those are great. I love shopping at this store.

Awesome customer service experience!! beautiful homecoming dresses!! I enjoyed my shopping experience here....... the only reason why I wouldnt give it a 5 is because I like it when the sizes are together instead of having a rummage through for sizes but this is a great store for young ladies

I came here to look around with my girlfriend. Even though there are a lot of different styles and some nice looking clothes, it is way too small of a store to house all of what they have to offer. Wish they had more breathing room.Still, the people seem friendly and the prices are... okay.

There is one girl who works there and one manager that know me by name and are so sweet. I went in today and tried on a few things. One “supervisor” I’ve never seen Before asked my name to try on clothes then when paying for my stuff made me shower her my id with my debit card I chose credit and she still ran it debit. She was completely and obviously discriminating towards me and my tattoos. I have a business my self and I don’t treat people paying $100s like criminals. I only give this 3 for the employees who are so amazing I give this supervisor Vanessa 0-5 stars for being so unprofessional and treating me like no one else there has before

Found the dress I liked. Went to the front to pay and waited about 5 minutes with nobody there to check me out. I went to the front and all the girls were huddled together talking. I shouldnt have to approach them all and tell them Ive been waiting for someone to help me.

I used to love this store but I went there today with a friend of mine to help her find a dress for her birthday party and we had this little cart with us because I had my 2 year old son and we had been shopping and tell me why this tall guy that works there just said out loud and not even in a nice way at all & didnt say it to my face like how you should approach a customer that we couldnt bring a cart in their store. It was so rude, we just left right away and took our business elsewhere because I didnt want to make a scene. I just wish they would teach their employees to talk to customers how theyre supposed to and not have attitude!

We love the store merchandise and everyone seemed very helpful. We traveled 45 min to get to store. After our purchase, we returned home to find the theft prevention tags were still on 2 articles of clothing. We were unable to contact the store via phone as it only took messages. Disappointing in an otherwise successful shopping trip.

Great place for hoco dresses & cute accessories

Unless you wear a size 7 and below DO NOT BOTHER! We found 4 dresses that were an 11. Customer service is terrible! My daughter and I waited in line for the dressing room for over 30 minutes, and was rudely told that we were in the wrong line...after she had already passed by us 20 times. The layout is absolutely ridiculous, cluttered and HOT! We OFTEN had trouble getting to the racks because of misplaced furniture and manecans covering literally every foot and a half. After an hour and 15 minutes, we finally said screw it and left....will NEVER go back.
