I been to few auto shops before, and this is the best one yet.Nice and cleaning environment, staffs are nice, most importantly, the service is above and beyond!They give you reminder before service, and give you service updates during service.

Was victim of a hit and run. MITCHCO made this horrible accident more bearable. Super easy to work with and their communication was great - got updates via text, calls and website. My car now looks like it did the day I bought it. Couldnt be happier - well, I guess I would be happier if the accident never happened.... but, if you need repair work, use these guys. I cant say enough good things about them!

Slow shop but good painter.Body guys did not put several things back on after reassembly.It is a shame that a few lazy or incompetent workers can spoil the whole shop rating.If someone has quit caring about the quality of work performance...the shop is better off without them. Suggest you work short handed rather than with under performing employees.

Mitchco Satellite Beach did a great job on my VW through 3 visits! 🙂They have great customer service with Yvonne.😇 Ken explained the work before hand & gave post repair instructions. And I noticed the boss, Greg, gives personal service to every car and customer. Their price is very good too!😉 I highly recommend this shop for auto repair. 👍

Wanted to take a minute and write a review for Mitchco Collision Repair. These guys are the best around. I havent had many car accidents, but when my wife got into a fender bender, these guys came to the rescue.They took control of the insurance, State Farm is the worst!! and Mitchco dealt with them directly, solved all the problems. While i am going to switch all of my vehicles over to a different insurance carrier (again NEVER get State Farm, they jack you around to no end, try to give you a fraction of the repair cost) I will never go to another repair shop again. Mitchco won us over for life! They call and text with updates, they fix your problem.. and most importantly do it with a smile on their face. Thanks guys!!!

Thank you, Mitchco Collision Repair for bringing back the only Collision repair shop on the island 🏝. It used to be Beach Autobody years ago. Mitchco came in and re-built from the ground up it looks like. Such a beautiful, clean place. It did not seem like I was in a Collision center to have my vehicle looked at. Yvonne was fabulous, Greg looked at my car and let me know that they would take care of my GLI. Great customer service, I refer all residents on the beachside to go to Mitchco Collision Repair.
