WARNING: Do Not buy anything from this company that goes on your vehicle in a place where safety comes first!! I bought the APDTY 536272 Steering Intermediate Shaft in 2018 and it has catastrophically failed causing my vehicle to lose control, lost all steering requiring me to have to close the road down until tow truck driver could get my vehicle out of harms way. I almost died due to the convincing marketing of this company persuaded me to buy an inferior part at full parts store pricing. I will find other ways to get the word out on this company because I cant sleep until Ive done the right thing for my fellow brothers and sisters.

I am very pleased with every transaction I have ever had with APDTY. I have purchased from them since my son learned to drive and clipped his rear view mirrors on a mailbox 3 x!! At 1st they would assist with my part install but now we install ourselves they are very large and knowledgeable. They are absolutely not a shadey company. They were even mentioned in Fortune 500 as an innovative company. I am so pleased that they have my back whenever I need any part.

I found this company on youtube when my window regulator started failing. They do all sorts of repair videos. Anyways, I watched their video and checked out their website. Cheap! Ordered from them and part arrived the same week. I installed the part myself using the video and it worked perfectly. Saved me some money from paying a mechanic! Thanks Joe! Your the man!

Ordered fuel injectors on 11/3/2016. Never got a tracking order so I called 5 business days later on 11/5/2016. Not only was the item not shipped, they didnt even have it in the warehouse. Lonny (the only helpful person who actually gave his name) did his best to help me and mentioned they would try to get it in that day and overnight it. I get a call back 2 business days later that the item is STILL not in stock and they were wondering if I still wanted. The representative wasnt helpful and didnt even seem to care like hey I didnt mess up, why should I help? Youll get your package when you get it. I would never have gone with APDTY if I knew my car would sit here for close to 2 weeks and me having to borrow rides and spend more money on Uber

I purchased a passenger door actuator for my 2004 Acura TSX. I installed the product and it broke. I couldnt open the door from the inside or the outside. I had to take it to the dealer to repair it. The job cost me $236. Auto Parts Direct To You was willing to reimburse me for the cost of the part but not willing to pay for the repair their product caused. Please do not buy from this company. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!

This place is shady. Ordered a hub/bearing for my truck. I told them I had a 2007 truck inwhich they made two body styles, old and new. I told him I thought is was not going to be the correct part since I had the old body style up to 2007. He said it fits 2007-2010 which is the new body style. His reply was you going to trust your gut or go with my 20 years experence (with an attitude)? I ordered the part, paid express shipping and guess what? Wrong part. I called and they said I, ME, I have to PROVE ITS THE WRONG PART!!! I DO!! They want me to call the GMC dealer and get a part number and call them back with it to prove them wrong. I asked for my money back on a new uninstalled part and they say no! IT was there mistake. I will publish this everywhere I can.
