Front desk people not helpful when I asked about digital coupons. I spent $179 and couldnt get credit for a $1 off Starbucks coffee coupon on my phone. I asked if I had to have my wifi on (sometimes doesnt work in the stores) and they couldnt answer the question. I plan to ask again on Publix website. Satellite Beach store generally seems more helpful.

Overall, this store is fine. It is clean and usually has what you need. They have an excellent selection, but the prices are high compared to Aldi or Walmart, so I dont get most of my groceries here. I love to order their subs but sometimes they are put together incredibly and sometimes they are mediocre. You must really be specific about what you want because employees will craft your sub separate ways. On the upside, they are typically happy to accommodate your needs.The meat and seafood are always fresh, and Ive never had a problem with any of the associates working these departments.

Love this store. Best subs, chicken, ready to eat or cook meals and a great local place to buy seafood. Bakery is awesome too. And the Deli has Boars Head products. Highly recommend!

Nice store for one of the larger PublixWell organized & generally has items that I am looking for. However, on todays visit, its sushi Wednesday for $5. Had several options but no tuna. Salmon was also gone. Unfortunately, I prefer no spicy & almost every local Publix pours the sauce over the sushi. Wish the chefs would make plain sushi then provide the sauce if you choose to use it.

Very helpful employees, they enjoy thier work and are happy to help. And the selection is great.

The Subs are awesome, however I work 5 minutes away and there wasnt enough time with just 2 people in front of me to order a sub and get back to work on time. They said they were in the back making subs for online orders. Maybe I need to order online instead? Is there a point to shopping inside a store anymore?

This Publix often has items that cannot be found anywhere else.We have bought Publix Aprons Meal Kits and absolutely loved them.Our favorites were the Honey, Lemon Dijon Mustard Salmon and the Kickin Peach Chicken with Asparagus.

Good store which was remodeled about 7 or 8 years ago which means it is a little bit different compared with other local Publix stores. I find that it is not layed out the same way as many other Publix stores and this makes it more difficult to find some items.Otherwise a nice, clean store with self checkout lanes.

Deli has gotten better, they used to ignore you, now new workers, much better, but for regular shopping save a buck and go to Winn Dixie, get a card, and a lot of buy one get one.

The Publix is okay but I really have two complaints. Certain produce items dont get stocked nearly frequently enough. And every online order we have made here has been late.

Exceptionally clean and neat store. Full service store with bakery, produce, deli, meat department, floral, pharmacy, lottery and much more. Plenty of free parking available. Employees are friendly and very helpful.

There must have been a change at the deli counter, employees are increasing rude, last several visits didnt go so well. Probably will start shopping at a different Publix location.

Sharon at Customer Service was more than helpful. i needed an exchange for one product that was more than the other we settled on a difference in price. It was my fault for choosing the wrong product but I paid the difference and it was a very easy exchange. Always love shopping at Publix :)

What is this Walmart? Two cashier stations open during the busiest hours?..forcing people to use self checkout. This Publix is in a very wealthy area and prices are higher than most Publix stores,, yet they think they are going to save a few bucks by under staffing the front? Why am I paying these high prices if Publix no longer values customer service? No, I am not going to look up the plu number on bananas, I dont work for you.

Staff goes out of their way to accommodate customers. Very helpful. Especially Nick back in the butcher meat department. Nick’s knowledge of meat and sausage, is second to none. He’s told me all about the proper ways to handle my meat to ensure the best taste and texture. He knows which cuts are the right cuts to pick for what I’m doing with my meat that evening.The store has a great selection of cheeses and my girlfriend thoroughly enjoys their wine selection, especially their weekly sales. This is pretty much the only place I do my grocery shopping. Thanks Publix & Nick!

I shop here quite often and I must say everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I’ve seen previous people complain about online orders not being ready on time. However, I find that odd since I’ve utilized that service at least 25+ times and have never had an issue. Love shopping here!
