Sales Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We purchased Super paint for a 6 unit condo on the beach and it is top quality. All the supplies were available and competitively priced. The Indian Harbor store is the best!

I’m new to the area and have just remodeled a house we purchased in Melbourne Beach. Recently the neighbors have been asking me with projects from painting inside to resurfacing driveways and pools. I went in to Sherwin Williams for the first time last week looking for paint to repaint a 3 bed 3.5 bath condo. Logan helped me pick out the best paint for the project and made sure I got the best price available. He was very helpful and I was impressed. Yesterday I went in to get paint for a pool/driveway project. Christopher helped me understand the difference in the H&C products and helped me pick the right stuff for this job. I’m very impressed with the knowledge of the associates and how happy they are to help you with your project! If I had to pick one area where that location could improve I would say staffing. They only seem to have 2 people there on weekends when they are running a 30% off sale. I’ve only been in the store 3 times so far but people have been waiting for help from an associate each time. Great service guys!!

Ive been in this store twice checking paint colors for my home. Not a hard sell store thats for sure. Both times I was there I was at the area where you check paint swatches in full view of cashiers. They saw me but were too busy with chitchat among themselves. Its a great paint.. the cashiers not so much.Guess I would of needed to extract one from their intense conversation if I really needed help.

Although it was a busy day at the store, I felt very well tended to and the woman who helped us, Sue, was incredibly helpful and gracious!

After going to lowes with my same needs and lowes totally failed without regrets I went to your store less than 1000 ft away. Within minutes I was helped and problem solved.

The whole staff is amazing. Every time I go in, there is always a great energy with laughs and good conversation. They have my favorite coffee, Cafe bustelo, which is definitely a plus. Very knowledgeable and helpful and I go out of my way to order from this store.

This is a great store. Marie is fantastic. Have been there many times, she always has a smile, always enthusiastic, very knowledgeable. I cant remember the managers name but she is also very nice and very knowledgeable. Even the young man there is super polite and nice. Also, their color matching blows the big box stores away. I have many wasted samples from the big stores that just didnt quite match the paint but this store is dead on the money each time.

I am giving this store a one star only because of the employee that was working on the day we were there. But other than that, the store was clean and well organized and easy to get to. There were two groups of customers in the store and for 20 minutes, the employee never greeted or spoke to any of us. He just stood by the cash register and was looking down at something.

Love this paint store- easy in & out & expert help with selection & questions about paint. They store your info in their computer system, so no worries about forgetting what you have previously used. Soooooo easy!

Knowledgeable staff with helpful advice, whether Im trying to cover older existing paints, or paint on new surface types. Sherwin-Williams will always be my first choice for this reason. What I miss are the small paint color sample tins that some of the big box hardware stores offer.
