Don’t take your car here whatever you do. Before I even took my car here a friend warned me that they have a “reputation” of taking your car in to be fixed and having to come back repeatedly for problems and taking your money. Took my vehicle in 3 weeks ago for a check engine light, they “took care of it” cost me about $900. Literally 24 hours later the check engine light was back on. I wasn’t able to make it back in until that weekend due to work. When I brought it back in they charged me $170 to diagnose what the problem was again which I thought was unfair cause I was literally just there and the problem wasn’t fixed. They held my car from Tuesday-Saturday then told me it would be an additional $740. Drove the car back home Saturday night with no problems at all…woke up Monday for work and the light was back on once again. So I’m down basically $2000 and not a single thing has been fixed…missed days of work due to this and they don’t show any remorse or sympathy all they care about it stealing your $.
I went in for only an oil change. I guess they knew I didn’t know much about cars and they took advantage of that. Ended up buying a WHOLE NEW BATTERY!!!! I’m a student and I don’t make much so I paid over $300 because I thought I needed a new battery since I use my car for school and work. When I got home I realized that the paper said my battery was fine before, so it didn’t make sense that I bought a new battery, especially because I had recently bought the car. I realized they made me buy a new one just because it was a bit used. I hate writing bad things about businesses but this was just heartless. They really scammed me 🙃 GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE. With honest people.

Believe the reviews you are reading, if you need something done in a timely manner I would suggest going elsewhere. I had an appointment at 1:00 for a simple oil change and tire rotation, I was told it would be ready in 1.5 hours. I called back after 3:30 and was told it was on the rack and would be done soon, they said they would call when the job was complete. The next day still no call back, I finally called and was told the job is complete. 18 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation, I understand being busy and shorthanded but this is completely unacceptable. If your business is that shorthanded and behind you should not be accepting additional appointments as people obviously have things to do and could easily go elsewhere. To top it off when I got my car the next morning it was left unlocked all night, nice.
Completed an online service appointment. Received an email confirmation with service registration number, date and time for drop off. Arrived 15 minutes early to appointment after making arrangements for pickup only be told that they were no longer accepting appointments and that online reservations doesn’t register to their system which apparently is an issue the company is well aware of. Incredibly frustrating experience and a complete waste of time.
This place is the reason my car broke down, when I would go for an oil change they would purposely not put the drain washer back on so every time I went to get an oil change, my car would always ask for an another Oil change a week later. And they told me that the reason was because my car had an oil leake. So I checked the car myself with my friend who is a mechanic and there he realized that the drain washer was not put back. They had done this to me 3 times already. In the end my car engine broke down due to the lack of oil. I feel like SUING THEM !!!!
My wife dropped my sons truck off at around 12:00 pm. Was told it would be ready by 3:30 or 4:00 pm as we had something to do this evening. My son is in College and was home for the day. His truck has always been serviced by Firestone and tires were purchased here also. I called at 4:00 pm and was told it would be 5:00 - 5:30. At 5:25 I showed up to pick the truck up a d it hadn’t been brought in the bay yet. Totally unacceptable and this is not the first time this has happened with a car we’ve left at Firestone. We’ll congrats because another customer can deal with you because I’m done. Your word is your word and if you can’t deliver, call. If you can’t deliver twice in the same day call. Totally ridiculous.
This was absolutely the worst service I have ever had. Went in for an oil change, was there for an hour and a half... Took about 40 min to get my car up on the lift because they were doing other stuff under the hood I didnt ask for.the staff didnt seem to be in a hurry to do anything. But in the time I was in there for 5 other people got completed service. Im not sure an oil change takes that long...On the website it had a coupon for High mileage oil change which I went in to do. Ended up costing $57 instead of the advertised $35 after coupon.Apparently I needed an extra quart outside of the quarts offered in the normal cost. None of this was told to me before it was being done, so I had to figure it out at checkout.After waiting for so long to pay more than expected or notified, it was not worth the time, money or energy to come here.
Time management isn’t the best. I came in at 10am to just get brake pads and resurface rotors, waited for almost four hours when the job should only take 30-45 mins. Great people just very slow service.

Never do state inspection this place, they will just try to find things not needed and try to fail and will try to sale their products and take advantage of your situation, very bad. Go to dealership and other local places where they do not have to force sale their products.

One star is way more than this branch deserves. My mother in law went here to have an AC issue resolved. After spending $1000, and multiple trips later, they decided they cant fix it and that shell need to go back to the manufacturer. Also, she only received a partial refund for not fixing the problem. This branch is nothing but oil and lube, and I wouldnt even trust them for that. Beware, if they cant fix an expensive problem, you will not get a full refund for the incompetence.
Made an appointment for a state inspection a few weeks back. The appointment was at 4 p.m. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was told that they were too busy and Id have to wait a couple days for this service. What was the point in scheduling the appointment?!A few weeks later I make an appointment for an alignment. $100 later... My steering wheel is off center by A LOT! The inner tread of my driver side tire is completely worn to the cords and there is a clunking and grinding noise in the front driver side. My vehicle is undrivable now. I called for direction and possibly answers... Nothing tangable of course. Ill have to pay money to get repairs done elsewhere now. Lesson learned.

I wouldnt even have giving them a 1 star only because it will not let me. I went in to get my tire patch and they told me they only do it from the inside out and the technician isnt here. What type of tire place refuses to fix a tire. Never will recommend and never will go again.
This location has definitely been taking care of me. Had a problem with a repair done at another location and they fixed it under warranty with no hassle. I really appreciate the time and patience they have shown in listening to my concerns, and then locating the issue. If they couldnt fix it, they helped me figure out who could.
Went in had new tires on my 2017 Kia Soul. The tires recommended ride like a dream. So much smoother than the factory tires. They also aligned the Kia. Will definitely come back. Great service and communication.
One of the best car care experiences Ive ever had. The lady in front was very friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and correctly. They made some appropriate suggestions, but werent pushy at all. The lobby was very clean and welcoming, in the way many arent.
My 2008 BMW 750li ABS light came on and off. Hendrix BMW quoted me $8000 to repair. Said The entire system needs replacing! Took it to Phil, here, AND for fraction of the cost. A small fraction of the cost. Thanks so much. Our new go to place!!! Plus Phil has the fancy computer to reset all the bells.
This was my 1st time taking my car to this Firestone. It has been many years since Ive had to find a mechanic/technician. I mentioned how particular I am over my vehicles and was immediately referred to one of the technicians. I allowed this to happen after meeting him. I got an oil change/rotation/alignment and inspection. I had an appointment for 11am and my car was taken within 15 minutes of that (which is very reasonable with this type of business). Was out the door and in my car within an hour and a half. That is A+ in my book. Im used to making an appointment and still waiting upward of an hour sometimes more to be fit in... That is unreasonable and makes you wonder what an appointment is even an option for. I met Jessica who took my appointment and came back and worked with Tommy and Caesi... They were professional, polite and LISTENED to my concerns and took action to make me feel comfortable and thanked me and told me that theyre looking forward to a relationship... Im hopeful.
Some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet there is a little short guy that works here he knows all about cars when you go here at this tire shop ask for the older gentleman he has been there for a long time and he also had worked on cars beforeIt was a young lady working here before that had a bad attitude she cost us some money $512.00 for something that was not wrong with the car but of course we went back to Firestone because the problem was not fixed the first time and we talked with a gentleman which is the short guy and he explained that what she said it was it was notBut he promised to straighten everything out this coming Saturday and also adjust the price so we are going to give him a chance to see what he can do I will give anyone a chance and of course we are not mad with the service guy he was just doing what he was told to doAnd no I am not giving you a bad score at this time so I am still going to give you five stars because you deserve itWell good she is not there anymore maybe we can get something fixed Amen
We walked in needing help with a flat tire that we just got across the street. They told us they couldn’t help cause they only had one mechanic. It’s literally over 90 degrees outside and they refused a family of 5 service. My husband was able to change the tire while we all stood on the parking lot in the heat. Very disappointed that they couldn’t help us fix a flat that would’ve taken 15 minutes.
Avoid at all costs, only good at wasting people’s time. 3hrs after appointment and still had not placed vehicle on the rack. Management sucks, Need employees that care

My mother Carolyn recently purchased tires here with a warranty. Now 2 of them have a slow leak they will not replace them without her paying more money. What is the point of the warranty if it doesn’t cover the tires? She will never purchase anything else here and neither will I. Not only do your products suck so does your customer service!
I had bought 4 new tires from here a year and half ago. Super nice and friendly. The manager was great. This past month I had stopped in to see if they could help me get my lock nuts of my wheels, they looked at me like deer in the head lights.( New manager) yesterday I stopped in to see if they could pull a nail out my tire ( that I bought a year and half ago) and they told me it would be 2 hrs,fine. They close in 2 hrs. Then I asked are you open tomorrow (Sunday) and what time. They said yes and 8AM. I show up at 8: 15 AM and again I get the deer in the headlights look. They told me if I want to leave it for the day. Its a tire patch then I ask if I could make a appointment? And come back. Again deer in the headlights look. So it seems like the new management sucks and I will never come back to this store. Its like the guy doesnt want my money.
2 hrs waiting for an oil change, wheel balance and alignment!!! Friendly staff but very poor time management. My car sat in the bay without anyone working on it for a long time.
This is an independently owned shop and the service I received here does not reflect the quality that I have come to expect at other locations (Matthews, Concord Mills, etc).My only issue is that the AM service tech needs to LISTEN to the customer. Know when to give a little, because the customer will typically know their own financial situation best. Please Do Not Discount a customers personal life experiences. Listen to why theyre adamant on a certain point, then move forward with them to an equitable solution.

I like going to this one. If bought many tires from here and if had many oil changes done here as well. I love the fact that if you buy alignment and it gets messed up again with in a yr they will fix it for free and if you buy tires there they will do free rotations. They also take competitor coupons.
I have given them the benefit of the doubt one too many times. Every single time I have gone there they have left dirt and grease spots on the seats of my wifes car even after I have asked repeatedly for them to cover the seats. On top of that... scheduling an appointment is a joke! A few months back I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for when they opened and I always tell them that Im waiting on it. Well, at opening the service techs didnt show up on time and they didnt even have the oil for the car so I had to wait for them to have some delivered. Fast forward to this past Saturday. I had an appointment at 1pm for an oil change and tire rotation and told them again when I scheduled the appointment that Im waiting. I showed up on time and at 1:30 the car was still sitting in the parking lot so I went back in and asked for my keys and told them to cancel the ticket. To my surprise they didnt even ask why I was leaving, which goes to show they could care less about their customers. In the past the Manager would try to make it right when they got the seats dirty, but Im not really into the whole heres $10 off your next oil change thing. All I want is for you to cover the seats and be on time when people have an appointment.
Nope dont go to the one in Indian trail because they do not know what is wrong with anyones car they will tell you anything to make money off of you let me explain to you what happened we came in to get two tires put on our Toyota they supposed to have line the car up cuz we bought the lifetime alignment deal well they line the car up in the tires was still wearing on the outside then they said we needed tie rods well I did not take their opinion to what they were saying I took it to the Toyota dealership to a certified mechanic and they told us we did not need any tie rods so what it all amounts to is they did not want to replace the tires and whoever line it the first time did not know how to line up a car or they didnt line it up from the get go. Well I thought about it let me tell you what started all this off we first went there in the car was vibrating so they said we need it motor mounts so we told them to replace those okay it was still doing the same thing in the lady that was working there the manager she had a nasty attitude and she is the one that told us that it needed motor mounts so when we get home its doing the same thing so we decided to take it back one more time so one of the mechanics that work there toll us it was not the motor mounts it was something else so we had them to put the motor mounts on there and that wasnt even the problem ran the bill look up to five hundred and something dollars so we took it back and they took $200 off the bill well we were still stuck with $300 and on top of that I checked the motor mounts they had only replace two of them instead of all of them now youre going to tell me that to motor mounts cost $300 and then we decided not to go back anymore not everyone that reads my reviews know that I tell the truth I am not going to get anything out of this by stopping anyone from going to your business and anyway we are stuck with $800 because they did not want to replace the tires and on top of that they added all these other parts that we did not need so thanks a lot firstone.
I was just in and really know nothing about tires. Celena was more than able to discover tire size, availability, and was extremely knowledgeable. She was eager to steer us in the right direction with making our choice of tires. Extremely nice young lady!
Went in for a state inspection and everything was handled very politely and professionally. I was able to call in before hand and set up an appointment so my wait time was very minimal. Jason was extremely helpful to me with an issue on my car. He gave me tips and a quote on a replacement starter but never forced me to buy the part. Once I get the extra money I will be going back to this same store for my services. Absolutely worth your time if you need anything done with your vehicle.

They do good work but I had to wait an hour just to get my tires rotated. No they didnt charge because I paid up front when I bought the tires. But still an hour for a job that takes 10 minutes for a noob? Nah...I wont be going back.....
After having a flat repaired and spare put on the automatic tire pressure monitoring system and lane assistance system kicked in as expected. I stopped by the Indian Trail NC location. Celina was at the desk and took over, checking all my tires for correct pressure and added where needed. She made me feel calmer that all was okay until I could get to the dealership on Monday. She also reminded me not to drive over 50 with the spare and 40 mph was best! Her professional and kind manner made my day better!
Ive been using Firestone for tires and alignment for a long time now. This place meet all my expectations and then some. I cant remember the name of the Guys behind the counter. Theres an older Guy who is very knowledgeable . The tall guy that cashed me out was very friendly too . i will continue to come back here and will tell my friends about it too. There where 2 techs inside the day i went that help us figure out what needed to be done to my Pathfinder . I can only remember the name of one of them William if im not wrong . All in all a good experience . Keep up the good work guys.

Went there to replace 2 tires, towards the end of the day. After my tires were changed, they realized they should have moved the newer tires to the back, so i had to wait some more. Would not have been a problem, but by the time i left they were closing. As i drove away only had to take left turns, so not until 5 minutes later (first right turn) realized my car was making a terrible screeching noise. Unfortunately, i was busy at work for a few weeks and knew i wouldnt be able to bring it in before they closed, so i didnt call (should have). But i also didnt think it was a big deal, assumed some bumper component was rubbing against the tire. By the time i got it back they made a big fuzz about the fact that it took me a few weeks and treated me as if i was lying about the trouble starting right after they changed my tires. Then they turned around and blamed my mechanic who replaced my brake pads a while ago and told me i needed new rotors and theyd be happy to do the work ($200+). When i bucked at the idea, they told me to talk to the manager and then i had to wait another 4 days to do so. Meanwhile, i went to my mechanic to check their story. What do you know, the plastic underside of the bumper was warped (i assume it happen while they were changing the tires) and all it took to fix is straightening it out and pushing it back into place (my mechanic spent 30 minutes fixing and then driving around with me and didnt charge me a penny!) Will never go to this Firestone location again!!!

Typical bait and switch. I went online, selected tires it said were in stock, set an appointment and thought all was good. Got a call that they didn’t have those tires in stock (website said differently) so they would honor that price but do 4 different tires. I agreed and thought everything was good. Arrived for my appointment and was told it was a different price, I told them what the gentleman that called me said and she replied she did want to mess anything up in the system. Came back to get my truck and they had lost my keys. 15 minutes later they found them with one of the guys who was looking for them. Everyone just had this slow, don’t care attitude. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Frank is a GREAT guy. He greeted me when I came in, asked what I needed and then at the end of my time at Firestone, he said if theres any problems or I needed anything, to ask for him. Ive always like firestone because of customer service and prices (they also price match). Just a great company all the way around.
.I had an appointment to get tires put on a car. When I got there no one had any record of me making this appointment. After I got the car home I noticed one of the lug nuts appeared to be loose. upon investigation I found the lug nut was cross-threaded onto the wheel stud and the wheel stud was ruined . The anti-theft lug nuts that were on the car were no longer on it. No one ever contacted me about where to get the key or whether or not they could replace these lug nuts. When I took the car back to show it to the manager he did not believe that this had happened at his place of business. I did not inquire about the anti-theft lug nuts as the car was old and the wheels are probably worthless,but eliminating these parts from the car should have been my decision to make. They did fix the wheel stud but never apologized or accepted any responsibility for the damage to the vehicle.

I needed to get new tires on my car last minute. They were the only firestone that was will to do the job last minute and they were very friendly with everything! They also gave me a great discount on my tires and other things😀😁
It was a disgrace. Advertised tire doesnt exist so they said....it is discontinued. The store personnel was respectful, but very uninformed of product availability. They did not attempt to locate the tire they advertised and the tire I came to buy at any other location. I went home and made some phone calls to other corporate locations....fortunately one store manager was willing to help me....I am having the so called discontinued tires installed on 3.3.19 at another location....the location that went the extra step.....thanks to Mark, the manager he showed he cared.

I spent near 2 hours waiting to discuss and have a faulty tire that I paid $200 for replaced due to slipped steel belts. Each employee there shared all the internal issues concerning fired employees, short on help, problem issues with bad checks received and poor jokes. I have had 4 of my cars serviced there. In the end they just made excuses why they couldnt help me and I left. I will NEVER go to that store again. Cecelia was the girl behind the desk. I saw them turn potential customers away. Horrible experience. Dont waste your time.

I have utilized this establishment several times. Sales and techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am a diesel mechanic which they dont know. I never say anything that would give a clue to them. They are always spot on the money and never try to gauge me.

They are slower than Christmas. Dropped my car off early for an 11 am appointment and it took over 4 hours to get my car back. When I called and asked about the status it hadnt even been looked at nor was it next in line. I get that you get busy but to let a car sit for four hours without being looked at is ridiculous. Their response was were doing the best we can. Dont overbook if you cant service people in a timely manner. I will not be going back and my money will go else where.

Also would like to thank him and his staff for taking care of my daughter when she came to have the same kind of tires put on her Liberty Jeep! You guys are great there ! !
Dishonest and dangerous to your vehicle. The manager Nick said Firestone recommended my vehicle get a transmission fluid change based on the mileage. I asked it runs great, does it need to be done now? Chris said no, just before 104k miles & later Nick said 105k miles because there is an insurance policy they have on it in case anything goes wrong. So I came back a couple months later and got their recommended transmission service. When I picked my van up it started hesitating and surging on and off with the rpms going up and down like a yo-yo right in front of the store. Nick said the fluid just needs to move around awhile. But it got worse and he said dont worry we have insurance on that and well fix your vehicle as good as new. They looked at it again and cleared some errors they said were about the air hoses not being correctly re-attached and said it was good. Immediately it started doing the same thing, jumping gear and surging on and off. So they sent me to Mr. Transmission which kept my vehicle 3 days. They said they experienced the problem but said I should take it to the dealer which Firestone okd and I did. Scott Clark Toyota said that Firestone was wrong. You are not supposed to change the transmission fluid and it was definitely not recommended. They said especially it should not be removed by a machine. They spoke with Nick at Firestone and he said they did use a QMI machine and okd doing repair work at Toyota. Toyota wanted to try one more thing before having to do major transmission work, but Nick wanted to save money said hed get Toyotas fluid on Tuesday and bring my vehicle in Friday for the new fluid change and he said by the way the Firestone company credit card was declined so I needed to pay Toyota and get reimbursed from Firestone Friday. I came in Friday and nobody at Firestone said they knew what was going on & Nick had been fired Wednesday and had not gotten the fluid from Toyota. Ernest said he was contacting the district manager Charlie who would call me back from a South Carolina number. Charlie never called me. Ernest said hed have his best guy look at it before 4pm though. I had dropped it off before 8:30am and picked it up close to 6pm and they never even looked at it at all despite being told Monday to bring it in Friday. Ernest apologized and another employee reimbursed the money I had paid Toyota because Firestones card was declined. I called customer service the next day and spent a ton of time on the phone with them and sent them a lot of paper they should have already had. They said theyd have a third party look at it, but the guy who came out was buddy-buddy with Charlie, the district manager that never called me and who seemed very evasive when I asked him his name and if he was the district manager. The other employees just said the third party guy was quality control. The guy was nice but before we had even gone far he seemed to be trying to cover up for Firestone saying he didnt believe in lifetime transmission fluids that are not supposed to be changed and he thought it was just a gimmick by the big car companies. I told him it always ran fine before I dropped it off for the transmission fluid change and immediately had problems after I picked it up. Nothing major happened in his short test drive, but it had problems on the way over and I told him you never know whether it will drive normal or act like its about to break down since the fluid change before the test drive. On the way home it happened again twice and I took a video of my dash which I sent to him. He said go back to Firestone for another test drive. Immediately on that test drive it happened right in front of the store with their mechanic sitting next to me. He said maybe just push the gas harder or less. The rpms went up to nearly 6000rpms, almost redlining it before shifting. Pulling back into Firestone the vehicle hesitated and then jumped hard into gear. He told Ernest it was slipping between 3rd and 2nd gears and had very high rpms. Firestone said theyd contact me but havent 2 weeks later.
This store needs some adults badly. The team was messing around with one kids cell phone playing pranks the whole time. There were four of us in there two getting oil changes, they were all there before me and I sat there an hour for two tires I brought to be placed on the car and a rotation. They accidentally charged one girl someone else’s car repairs and at one point the two teammate’s were talking about how they both use to work at call centers and how bad complaining customers were there, as if they didn’t realize we are all customers too and you sound like we don’t matter. I asked to have my tire sensors checked and the fresh 18 year old new kid apparently did and said they were fine but it’s been about three weeks and my tire light still says “fault” meaning one of them is bad or has an issue. I tried to ask what they thought other replacements or work on the car would cost and all I got was that’s expensive. Well thanks your ball park of “that’s expensive” really helps me when I plan to have it replaced. I’ll stick with the Ballantyne location.
I had an 10:30 appt and Im still sitting here at 12:30. Why have appts if it doesnt matter. Also said I needed a 4 new tires but I just had 1 put on less then a year ago! I will not be back just the time alone is crazy!
Long story short... Prior to going to Firestone for four new tires, there were no warning lights or funny noises from my vehicle. After three separate trips to INSTALL TIRES, I now have a slapping sound, TPMS light on (had never been on in ten years). Couple that with the valve stem that wasnt installed properly (tire completely flat less than 12 after picking up the vehicle). Scheduled an appointment to have everything looked at. They had my vehicle for almost five hours and decided to take a look when I showed up to take the vehicle home. My first experience with Firestone. Needless to say, its also my last. I learned my lesson.
I was sold something by an old manager under false pretenses. The new management was nice enough to honor the old managers promise. I have been a long time firestone fan and this confirms my reasons

I dealt with Frank about a week ago to get an alignment & oil change. Hes a nice guy. He seems honest & he doesnt try to shove unnecessary packages down your throat. Recommended.
I went for new tires and after the work was done i drove my truck on to the highway and it started shaking. I took it back and the blamed my truck for shaking and everything was fine until they installed the new tires. Now i will have to go somewhere else and pay them to replace the defective tire becuase the refuse to acknowledge theres an issue.

I made an appointment for an alignment at 6:00. I spoke with Frank. Then after driving 30 min to my appointment Im informed that there is no one available to do my alignment and that my appointment wasnt in there system. The guy didnt even know the stores phone number. He told me I called the wrong place. Untill I re dialed and he got an incoming call... Im very disappointed that I was Misled and gave the run around...

Reporting this store to Firestone. They dont accept the lifetime alignment customer they dont offer schedule for later. Simply they refusing the plan I paid for.
They suck at time management.Made my appointment at 1 and still havent started working on my car after an hour....After an hour and 35mins of waiting the service man comes to me and suggested me for new tires...
Great service for my first time the store manager was super friendly
I have a company car and I put a lot of miles on it. The service is great, you get the feeling walking out that you got what you paid for. I had an issue with my new brakes.. took it in and it was attended to without charge. Frank, Burt and Eddy are on top of things and I wont be going anywhere else with my company vehicle or my own vehicles.. I like the Firestone app so I can send invoices to my company and keep track of services and miles. You wont be sorry bringing your vehicles here.

Not very happy with the service. They had the car all day and did not have it done when they said it would be done, then they said it would be done in 2 minutes. Just a bunch of BS. I would not tell people to go there for service.
I got my inspection done on my 2004 Honda VTX1300 motorcycle. I had an 11 AM appointment and was done and ready to go before 11:30 AM!!Awesome work, very friendly and great customer service! Special thanks to Tyler and Mifael for doing such a great job!!!
Called in and scheduled an appointment was told 30 45 mins. Drove 15 mins. To get there then told 3hrs. Whats the pint of offering to schedule an appointment. Good to know. Will never go back.

I’ve been coming to this Firestone location for several years. Nikolas, the manager always does the right thing and Steve in the shop greets me like an old friend. I trust these guys implicitly with my car and in today’s world that is rare.

Just pulled in @ 4:10.. The rude guy at the counter told us we couldnt be seen ... They close at 5:00.... We just needed tire balance... They did not look busy... He didnt say sorry have a nice day or anything

I was told it would be 45 minutes for an air check. Really? If they can’t take 3 minutes to check someone’s air then why would anyone bring their vehicle here. Customer service at it’s worst.
Slow service (3 hours) and had to take my vehicle to a different Firestone place the next day and get the alignment right.
