I absolutely love the pharmacy at CVS on Wesley Chapel-Stouts Rd. One pharmacist remembered my name and where I worked after one flu shot interaction. She calls me by name every time now. The manager of pharmacy just saved me $50 because my new insurance was not valid yet but I needed my prescription. I am amazed by the hospitality and genuine care of this team!

Came to this location for COViD testing. Lady that works in the COViD testing shack was very rude and unprofessional. You can obviously tell she hates her job and could care less about testing sick people. She would instruct you on the steps to complete by looking away and talking towards her computer screen. If you ask questions because you can’t hear her, you automatically get a rude response. The best part is CVS then makes you wait for your results so they can bill for a nurse practitioner visit. Gotta love healthcare and the type of money these conglomerate companies are making off COViD testing.

Its an ok cvs. Minute clinic needs better management. 2 staff members taking lunch at the same time? Should stagger start times. And serve customer. Took me all day to get a flu shot.

I recently switched jobs and our insurance foes not start until March 1st. In the meantime, we have prescriptions that have to be filled. The employees in the pharmacy have really tried to help us with coupons to cut costs. We really do appreciate it.

I love the coupons here to save on beauty essentials.

I pick up prescriptions and shop as a few local CVS stores, this one is certainly one of the best.

Despite her rude/ harsh co-worker (whos name I will find out soon) did an amazing thing for me today and I will be sure she is recognized for caring for her customers and going above and beyond. Nice store but dont try to get passport photos here. $15 each! And no you cant print your own.

Ashlyn the pharmacist was super helpful and very kind I really appreciated her help & the way she explained what I needed exactly where it was and what my options were this CVS is kind of far from my house but definitely worth the trip for the customer service

While I wish they still sold cigarettes, the associates are extremely polite and helpful.
