I used to love this place. It now is terrible. Always out of product. Told they dont serve ice cream during lunch hours! Asked for a Sundae and told they are out of fudge, and toppings. Tried to order a chocolate peanut butter shake, and told they were out of chocolate and peanut butter sauce. Couldnt they make it with chocolate peanut butter ice cream? Even the coffee that I order every day the same way is inconsistent. Even saw a sign saying under new management, and same results a month later.

My experience was awful. The order was incorrect. The croissant was burned and the bacon was under cooked. My advice is to check your order before you leave.

Always out of product, Lock their doors early, whats the point? Used to be a great location.

If youre looking for some really big scoops, a variety of flavors (including dairy-free/vegan), and friendly staff, this Baskin-Robbins should be your pick!

She couldnt make my smoothie, she was too busy to make something in the blender ... so disappointed

They shouldnt advertise flavors and items that they dont have, they only had like 5 flavors to choose from and chocolate was not even an option.

Not sure why they advertise 31 flavors and have 5 to choose from. None of which were vanilla or chocolate. All my kids wanted was an oreo shake! Good thing sonic is next door.

They cant work with clients

Pleasantly surprised with this visit! Staff is usually surly teenagers that appear to be stoned. Both employees that served us were pleasant and attentive . The ice cream variety is always enough to make sure everyone gets what they want. The doughnuts are excellent and though I have never had it, I hear the coffee is great! There are plenty of seats to stop in and enjoy your order and there are USB ports and electrical outlets near most of the tables so you can charge your phone.

Went to Baskin Robins tonight with some friends at 8:50 we walked in, and they seemed in a cheery mood. Until 9 hit and they checked their watches. There was a sudden shift in the employees attitudes. They started blasting music, and talking amongst other employees about my friends and I. We left and as we were leaving one of the employees was cursing at us. We got home to find our Sunday was completely done wrong with hard chocolate on the top, I called to complain and asked if we could speak with a manager about the employee behavior to find out the lady with the sailors mouth was the manager. Never go here at night.

Stood online waiting for about 15 mins. One worker was busy at the drive through and the other thought it was more important to clean up the Baskin Robbins area instead of taking care of me!! Yes she saw me standing there waiting and still continued to clean!!

They start throwing out their donuts too soon. They always run out hours before close. I understand wanting to clean up early but thats how you lose business and money.Very dissatisfied with the service. Even though I love DD and BR.

Friendly staff and they are always willing to make you a fresh pot of coffee!

This is the second time I have been there in a month. The first time 1 of the ice cream coolers was broken so they only had half as many choices. Today both of the coolers were broken so there was no ice cream available at all. It is summer and it is your job as an ice cream shop to have ice cream available. I will not be returning. The service and quality have definitely been on the decline.

We stood in line 25 minutes only to get one of our three drinks terribly wrong. We got an iced coffee instead of a nice hot drink on this cold night. The servers were slammed! They were trying hard, but had too many customers to keep up!

The black guy working there is disgusting. Scratching his down there and then grabbing a waffle cone with the same hand. He saw me looking and then put on a glove like that was going to make things better(didnt wash his hands before). He looked at me saying YOU so to ask what flavor ice cream I wanted. I looked at my friend like what the crap is wrong with this guy? Even if it were a bad day for him, it does not excuse this kind of mediocre treatment and establishment. Black lady that works there is nice though. At least she seems to care, only reason for one star.

Service was terrible as soon as we got to the window they said what do you want and was very run the whole time, also the service was very slow.

Customer service is HORIBLE. The employees act like punks. They where out of chocolate ice cream....how is that possible? They took 15 mins to make my kids a cookie sunday....they only had 3 cookies total in the store yet offer 4 different kinds but again...out of them. While waiting for all of that to take place, I was handed my scoop of ice cream with a gigantic eye lash right on top. When I asked for a new scoop wo a eye lash on it the little employee Christan laughed about it and then showed all 3 of the other employees like it was funny. This was my 2nd experience here. Last summer my kids and I came in to get ice cream to no AC and the employee told me their AC has been out for 2 weeks.....whoever runs this store obviously could care less about it. Horible place!!

You should go assuming they will not have or be able to make what you want. Very poorly run.

Awesome butterpecan ice crean

This is the absolute worst Baskin Robbins ever! Every time we go there they are out of something, one the pieces of equipment is not working or they have closed early. We will not be going again...Brusters is farther away but they are never out of ingredients and the equipment is always working!

Lines can be way too long and service is a bit slow. Waited 45 minutes in line to pick up a pre-ordered cake.

They regularly get the measurements wrong for the cappuccino blast.

Looked them up on the website, only to get there and the staff said they were closed, 1 hour before the time on the website. All the lights were still on in the store and the drive thru.

The staff seems more intent on chatting with each other than servicing customers.
