I love this dealership. Customer service and service repair for the vehicle is amazing. My husband and I both get our vehicles through Delaney. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Their facility is always clean,bathrooms included. They have a little kids section which makes life easier with an 8 month old waiting for an hour as the car is getting worked on. Jared was our person this time and he was so helpful and did great work

I made an appointment with a salesman (same day) to test drive a 2015 Subaru Forester that was listed online for a certain price. After test-driving the car and expressing interest, the salesman offered I could pay $500 to hold the car for 7 days until an issue with the car was fixed. Once we started discussing sales price, the salesman disappeared for over 5 minutes and then came back and said The car was just sold. The store manger came out to confirm it was sold over the internet just 2 hours prior. I asked why the salesman had not told me this before I drove over an hour for my appointment, and the store manager apologized I didnt tell him. Then he offered me $100 for my time. When I said okay, he said he cant give me cash, but he could put the money toward a different car, or he can go with me to a gas station and fill my tank. At that point I walked out. At the very least, a customer should be treated with respect and informed of a sold car before taking the time to come in and test drive it. And really, in my opinion this is likely a classic case of bait and switch where a dealer does not intend or even want to sell the car as advertised online, rather to lure the customer to buy a different, more expensive car. And that would explain why he offered to put money toward a different car, and why they never called me to cancel my appointment. Also, had the salesman really been informed of the sudden news of a sale, it is unlikely he would have taken over 5 minutes to get the information and come back, especially because there were no other customers to be seen in the store at the time. I am very disappointed with my experience, and I really hope your business can use this as a learning experience of how to handle customer service in a more respectful and ultimately more successful way.

The most pleasant and seamless car buying experience we’ve EVER had. The entire team of specialists were knowledgeable, experienced and patient . . . and we asked LOTS OF QUESTIONS. Every conceivable option was presented to us and there was NO PRESSURE. Jesse Collier and Ron Pociask were extremely professional and helpful in the decision-making process. Once we made the choice, Mark Moses and Robert Frey stepped in to expedite the sale and it was so smooth. I cannot imagine having a better car buying experience.

Everyone we interacted with at their Honda dealership next door were beyond pleasant also.Thanks guys, you really made us feel like family.Before our first visit to Delaney (3 years ago), we went to four other Subaru dealerships in the Pittsburgh area, and each salesman at each dealership offered us their best possible/lowest price only to the slash that price by like, $200, then $300, and then $600 each day (after hearing we found a better deal elsewhere). So I then reply to them, IF THAT WAS YOUR BEST DEAL POSSIBLE THEN HOW CAN YOU TAKE ANOTHER $600 OFF?? So needless to say, I felt like I was being lied to. After all of the stress and games, I decided to drive an hour to Indiana and check out Delaney Subaru. When we got there, we were not approached with the same stereotypical car salesman tactics. The original price they gave us as soon as we walked in was within $100 of the best price be received from all of those salesman who were cutting each others throat to try to get our business. They won without even knowing they were competing.

I recently visited this dealership in search of a used legacy or forester. Jesse was quick to greet us and give a layout of the different cars they had that might interest me. I found a really clean legacy for the right price and Jesse made the entire process about as easy as buying a car can be. Many of the dealerships I visited didnt have as high of quality used vehicles that Delaney did. Definitely a good car buying experience.

Ordered a new driver mirror told them I needed the entire thing the guy said he could get the backing plate pre painted to match my car so parts come in and the plate isnt painted at all they couldnt get it so they didnt even bother to tell me they just ordered a none painted one also they never ordered the glass for the mirror

Bought a 2020 outback in November of 2019 when I had my 2014 outback in for a oil change. Last week I called the service department about concerns about needing oil change in both outbacks. I do not want anything sprayed or wiped in either car. The girl that answered the phone was very polite and said she would have the service manager call me. The sales manager called and let a message for me and I tried to call him back but he was busy so I let a message. He remembers my wife and I buying the 2020 that morning. As of today neither have contacted me. This is a shame because my daughter drove the 2014 for a week and is going to buy a 2020 however I will recommend she goes elsewhere.The service manager finally called me, however they would not accept any liability for damage done by the products they use reacting with any cleaning products I use and damaging the interiors of my cars. If they are so sure no damage can occur, accept liability. I have seen too many times leather and vinyl products ruined with the careless use of cleaning products and disenfectan and sanitizer contain alcohol or powerful cleaners. I have spoken with other dealers that will not unnecessarily spray anything in my vehicles. So as a consumer, remember, you are liable for their actions.

The Hyundai service department was closed at the time, and I recently went in to try and get some of my service intervals checked on as I ready for winter. The service rep I worked with was super calm, friendly, down-to-earth, and showed me all the prices and what the different service intervals ask for the rep to check. I didnt go with it (it was nearly $500 for a 30,000 mile checkup!), and I asked if there is any way I could actually check them myself, and he told me what I could fix, and that definitely was out of the way of him to do that. He went ahead and did a maintenance check and checked around my car and told me all that needed attention was my front wipers and my front-right CV boot that was starting to leak. But to finish it all, they washed my car! Definitely glad I went to Delaney rather than Laurel because Delaney treats you BETTER than you would expect! Thanks guys for treating me like a valued customer!!!

My husband and I have bought 2 cars at this dealership (one in 2011 and now in 2014). I will be buying another in the future here. Shane LoPiccolo was very helpful, kind, and patient with us. We had our 2 year old daughter with us. She was running around like crazy, in my opinion, and the staff was very kind to her. He gave us the attention we needed, and made us feel at home. We picked out our car we liked, of course it was the one in the show room, and they had no problem moving the car out for us to test drive. When we wanted to make sure 100% that our budget could afford a new car, they let us take the car home that night for an extended test drive. Also, we got home, realized we could afford it after looking at our budget--we turned right back around and signed the papers. We got to the Delaney at 9:15 which is 15 minutes after closing—they stayed to let us sign the papers. I will say that Shane is Amazing, but I would say the dealer as a whole is awesome. We couldnt imagine going anywhere else in the future!

About 6 months ago I walked into Delaney Subaru. My wife and I were looking to test drive a Hyundai Santa Fe and everyone on the Hyundai side were helping other customers. This is when we met Andy Gnibus and for the past 6 months its been such a pleasure working with him. We never felt pressured or like we were being run around. Andy helped us through the entire process. Ive never had a better experience car shopping. I cannot say enough good things about him, but I also need to give props to the ENTIRE Delaney Subaru staff. Everytime we walked into the showroom, weve been greeted, offered some sort of refreshment and small talk. The teamwork between sales staff is amazing as well. When we arrived to look start the paperwork Andy was helping another customer. Josh Fulton stepped right in and helped us fill out the application without a second thought. Mark (the sales manager) made sure that we got the exactly what we wanted. Rob (the finance manager) went into extreme depth explaining everything we were signing. Ive never felt more welcomed or appreciated than I have with with Delaney. When the time comes for me to get another car I will not hesitate to go see them again. My wife and I are planning on moving to the other side of Pittsburgh soon and honestly we will make the trip back to Indiana to see them when the time comes. Have yet to have a really good experience here. Unfortunately they are the closest Subaru dealer to me. Next closest is almost an hour drive.Ive dealt with Cochran in Monroeville and Classic Subaru in Atlanta GA and Delaney does not compare.

If your looking to get a deal better than you would expect, make sure you go to Delaney and ask for Jesse Collier. I had a 2012 vehicle that had me in the hole with debt worse than I would want to post online and Jesse got me the deal of a lifetime. I came in with a bad situation and left in a brand new 2017 vehicle thanks to Jesse Collier, and my debt problem solved! If I could give 6 stars for Jesse and Delaney I would.

I recently purchased a 2016 outback, it had 2 minor problems which were brought to the attention of sales mgr mr. Moses.he personally had things made right, and the car and the whole experience was as great.will visit again !!
Their ad was misleading offering all those discounts and adding them up to show something like $2500 in discounts. Then they get you there and tell you that you dont qualify for them and offer you $1000 discount after talking to you like you are an idiot. The owner did give me more of a discount, but still not what they promised in their ad. And BTW that ad disappeared the night I complained about false advertising.

Horrible and most unprofessional service managers at the Hyundai lot that I have met. They were more concerned on harassing me to get their loaner car back then getting my car completely fixed. Took my car there to get one thing fixed they fixed something else I took it in for over a year ago. I will never do business with them ever again or recommend them.
