This a typical Harbor Freight, hardware and other types of items. The employees or good and helpful. The store is layed out in an organized manner and not too large. Items are easy to find since the organization is rather common sense. If there is an issue, the supervisors and managers are also great. Overall, it is a great shopping experience.

I love Harbor freight but the works I dont like. Everything I walk in the follow me around like Im stealing. And it makes me mad cause I never have and I always spend money in there

Friendly staff, great products, great prices. I come here first for tools before looking elsewhere. I love all the little buys you can get here from tarps and safety wear, to brushes and flashlights. Its a fun store to browse.

Harbor Freight at the Indiana Mall is like an adult candy store. Thousands of quality tools at reasonable prices. Secret Dad Tip: Its a great place to hang out while Mom goes shopping at the Mall. Next time youre at the Mall stop by Harbor Freight!

It took me a little bit of time to find what I came for, but l didnt mind walking around to look at stuff they had.

They sometimes have some good deals.The biggest disappointment is that they no longer mail out catalogs and coupons

Went to buy the gold ratchet,they couldnt get the security lock off it so they just cut the package and handed it to us. Who ruins package and then expects the customer to take the damaged item. We said something and they seemed not to even care.

I love this store. The item I bought that day had a damaged box. It was the last one one the shelf. I pointed it out to the cashier. She looked it up and there were some in the back and had one brought up so I could purchase it

How can you go wrong with cheap Chinese tools that are they replace when you break them.

They have a wide variety of tools and other things here, inexpensive tools and power tools, after spending thousands of dollars on snap on tools I am not to proud to say they might have some cheap junk in harbor freight but they also have some good things that it just doesnt make sense to rule them out if you need something.As a professional mechanic I was expected to have a huge toolbox full of snap on but now that I have retired I just need tools that work and the quality of harbor freight has improved over the years Im not ashamed to say I buy tools from them. And you can get things that you dont find in most stores that sell tools.

Great store. Harbor freight is none for having cheap tools. But their quality has improved a lot and for a weekend warrior/shade tree mechanic they are well worth the price

Harbor Freight tools will get the job done most of the time and always for a low price. Look for coupons. They are frequently available and will save you even more money.

They have lots of tools, but havent been able to find a table saw or miter saw in close to 2 months.

The most absolutely boring store if your not into tools. Now if you are into tools, this will be your heaven. Excellent quality for the price when you dont need top notch mechanic stuff.
