Honestly, I havent even gotten the work on my vehicle completed just yet however, the team has been beyond professional and have been very communicative. The price I was given was quite reasonable for the work that is being done. My car will be completed later this week, so hopefully all is well

Ortiz is a great place for auto repair and very reasonable. He was very understanding and quick and thorough. Not a rip off shop. Ortiz has integrity and pride in his work and customer satisfaction. Only 1 I found that doesnt take advantage of females by giving a jacked up price just because you are a woman. Love this guy and much respect for treating females fair.
