Robin took my call and since it was windy and my awning was possibly a safety hazard, she asked if I could send pictures. My awning had been installed incorrectly and was not properly attached to the building. It was a really windy day and the wind would make the awning bounce as it was unattached at one end. I e-mailed her pictures and video and a little later she called back and said she could send out 2 guys to fix it same day. The price was very reasonable. The guys who came out knew what they were doing and worked thoroughly and efficiently. The last place I had tried, I had to pull teeth to even get someone out for an estimate and then they never even sent it to me. I was very satisfied with my service from Cool Planet awnings.

Installed my awnings more than 10 years ago and just removed the old fabric and replaced with new fabric. They were very good at customer service, professional and fair pricing. The installers put them up on a day when the weather wasnt so good and we appreciated their hard work.

I cannot rate their product but I can state they would NOT provide me a Certificate of Insurance. This is necessary to verify workers comp, liability, umbrella coverage, etc. Nobody will ever work on my property without a COI naming me as additional insured. The funny thing about this is if they carry these coverages, their insurance companies provide these certificates at no additional charge. They lost my $5000.00+ contact because they wouldnt do something that cost them nothing. It makes me believe they carry no insurance!

Working with Cool Planet has been nothing but a smooth process. Robin has been nothing but professional, patient and overall, just so easy to work with. They provided exactly what we wanted and the turn around time was so fast. We used Cool Planted for my retail store, and if the cards work in my favor, and we obtain another retail store, Im calling Robin for my awning/sign needs.
