I thought that finding an Indianapolis sign company who could help me with my vinyl wrap project on such short notice would be impossible but Chuck and his team really took great care of us and handled the job from start to finish on time and on budget.

Nice enough owner with good conversation skills but Very poor communication and follow-up skills! 45 days after deposit and still no sign, no ETA, no return phone calls, no returned emails, I have to call to follow up on the follow ups! When they say theyre going to get back with you, they dont. Tired of wasting my time calling. Been 2 days on a return call for an update. Was supposed to have an ETA 7 days ago and 7 days before that! Ive had 3 channel letter signs done in 5 years in different cities and its never taken this long with such poor service! Im a patient person but at some point cmon... At some point the only thing I want to chat about is when my sign will be installed!
