The place is awesome! It’s a small micro brewery in an old, industrial feeling building with exposed brick and a cool atmosphere. Their beer is great, the staff is nice, and they even have an attached event room that was hosting a 75 person wedding later today. Highly recommended!!

Loved this place. It’s a great place to hang out and grab a beer. They don’t serve food, but there was a food truck just outside. They have Latin dancing there every other Tuesday at 8:30pm.

Large space with some interesting blends of beer. Currently not the most extensive list compared to other breweries in the area, but I like their style and the taste of the Will You Shut Up Man of vanilla, orange and coffee blond was very unique. Great brick building with some outdoor space and tables with umbrellas.

Meet little venue for a party. The beer here was a really good and with a variety. They bartender was pretty knowledgeable when I asked about the different brews.

Come here for beer! Nice seating and they have expanded quite a lot. Staff has always been friendly and service is quick. Look for the deal days if you want a great price on some crowlers. There are cats that might demand your affection as well.

Best bartender ever. 4ft 10 inches tall and handled a very busy bar all by herself with a smile. She deserves a raise.

I had a fabulous time at Indiana City Brewing Company and Lachae was a huge part of it. She recommended beers based on my *very basic* preferences and was so fun to chat with. I loved the watermelon sour and my friend loved the ‘would you shut up man’. 12/10 would recommend.

Had a lot of fun at this microbrew yesterday. We are traveling with our dog and they let dogs in the building! We got a chance to be out of the car and stay warm. The bartender was friendly and helpful. The beer tasted pretty good. I would highly recommend this place for a stop while passing through and to unwind after a long week.

Indiana City is hands down the best brewery in Indianapolis. They are constantly innovating and coming out with new beers that are always phenomenal. The brewery itself is in a really cool old building, and its a great space. I will continue to purchase and recommend Indiana City beers whenever possible. Theyre truly in a league of their own.

Cool space that feels like you’re in a cabin, very good beer, and service. They have both an indoor and outdoor space so there is plenty of seating. Everyone always says go to sun king while in Indy, but this place has superior beers in my opinion. Really enjoyed the DDH Secret Life of Microorganisms IPA. Also was very blessed to the Colonel Crushin’ Stout, which was phenomenal. They only made 72 bottles or something really small, so make sure to try it if they ever have it available again!!l

Really cool old building repurposed into this hip brewery. From my understanding it was a prohibition era building which adds to the cool factor for me. Friendly staff and decent parking in small lot or street parking very close by. Neighborhood is up and coming but the beer is really good.

They have a ping pong table! Super chill place. Affordable. Staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. Came here to read and it was nice me time. Parking is always sort of booked here, so I recommend riding there.

Three of Four years ago they were making great beer, Alts, Kolsch, Belgian things like that. Now they are just following trends and making a bunch of Hazy, Fruity junk.

IBC left me impressed. The building is historical, yet comfortable and the service was attentive and helpful. Most importantly though, the beer: solid selection of year round brews, but the seasonals were something else. Hellcat Maggie was one of the best beers Ive ever had. (Purely an aside but they have a record player- you can bring in an album and they will play it!) I will definitely be returning soon

Indiana City is the best! They started delivery services today. I live slightly outside their delivery area and they still delivered! The delivery guy was nice and cognizant of the current health situation. Also, and most importantly, the beer is great! Highly recommend.

This is a cool, urban craft beer spot. The beer is def on point. Great place to come while in downtown Indy.

I give partial credit to Indiana City for my marriage. Everything about this place makes it my favorite brewery. The atmosphere, the staff, the clean bathrooms, the event space, the logo, the board games, the approachable new furniture, the local artwork, and - of course - the beer.Yacht Rock was the first beer my wife (friend at the time) and I drank together. Yacht Rock was the beer we chose to share with our friends and family at our wedding.Indiana City will always hold a special place in my heart.

Perfect setting for a brewery. Inside and out this place is a perfect setting for beer. Large space for large groups of people. The bar is on the small side, only maybe 8 seats available. The IPA I had was delicious. I will certainly return.

Im not a beer drinker and really only have went to this place for events. However, my friends do drink beer and say the beer here is wonderful. Im giving this place 5 stars because events hosted here have all be incredible!

Super cool location with some under rated new england style/ Hazy style beers. I always suggest this brewery when others are asking what beer they need to try in indy. Their artist series beer are very good with an amazing concept for the can art.

Very disappointed with our experience tonight 1st time patronizing the brewery and when we walked in we had no clue how things operate there so we go into the room where the private event burlesque show was going to start there were no chairs at the tables we didnt know where we should pay the $5 we were very confused we walk into the bar area there were two or three bartenders at the bar maybe 6 or 7 people getting beer my husband and I sat down at a table not knowing that there is only bar service we waited about 10 minutes as bartenders were walking in and out of the building passing Us by not acknowledging us at all finally a Bartender came to the table that we were at and said may I help you my husband then replied well my wife is putting this brewery on blast on social media right now due to no acknowledgement or service for us the bartender explained theres only bar service my husband responded how would we know that this is our first time you walked passed our table 3 times prior never said a word to us to even ask if we had ever been there. The the bartender apologized he said that thats not how they do service but obviously it is I would recommend being a business owner myself get to know your customers greet new faces make them feel welcome explain how things work around there then on a night like tonight with the burlesque show you may have had more than just 20 people at your Brewery customer service is the key to a business. maybe your servers excuse me bartenders need to take refresher coarse in greeting your patrons. Not only did this experience spoil our night and the excitement of trying new beer but you lost present and future revenue because I was going to inquire about having our employee Christmas party there .very upset by the way we traveled a distance as well to come .

Beers were brewed with a level of effort and creativity; they are hit or miss. Belgian dark strong ale and double dry hopped IPA were on the hits. Venue is awesome. They were blaring a DJ at 4:30pm, which was annoying.

Came here for a wedding and the venue was really neat! Loved that the barn door separated the wedding from the brewery.

The Black Lantern nice black IPA hoppy but not bitter. Nice space for shows but it isnt air conditioned and the 1 drum fan was initially directed into the tap room. The bar didnt have enough $1s to tip freely.

On Sundays the discounted growler fills is the best deal for beer in Indiana period. This is my favorite local brewery.

I found this place on instagram and had been waiting to visit my next time in Indy. It met my expectations! Delicious beer, friendly staff, and a really cool location. There was a wedding renting out the large banquet room but that didn’t hinder our time there. would definitely go again

It isn’t my favorite brewery and I have nothing memorable to say about the beers I had, but it’s a quality establishment. I pretty much only go for trivia on Wednesday.

We did an Indy Brew Bus tour. When we arrived at Indiana City Brewing, they kicked us out due to a private party at the place. Not sure who is at fault, but poor coordination between Indy Brew Bus and Indiana City Brewing to say the least. I felt bad for the folks on the tour from out of town.
