Overall great experience a little fearful from all the other comments I read before going in but they definitely proved them wrong in my eyes our salesman Nick was very knowledgeable and could answer any questions I threw at him also the install and delivery guys were very professional and were all about pleasing me hot tub I bought is amazing a little pricey but for what it does for me you can’t put a price on it thanks family leisure you have a customer for life

We bought our first hot tub with Family Leisure. We love the quality and the fact that it met all of our specifications! But most of all we love the service and help we have received. Miranda, our sales rep, was SO helpful from the first contact to lots of help after we received our hot tub. She spent a lot of time with us explaining everything before we decided to purchase. She was also very efficient in getting the transaction done and giving us the information we needed to prepare the site. She is prompt and helpful each and every time I call with questions, which has happened a couple of times. Thanks Miranda!

Oh my gosh, we had THE best experience at Family Leisure. We bought ours, it was delivered within a week. Two months later they installed it. We got the Lazy Man package with it so they came and back-filled and seeded. We basically did nothing but order the sand (Brookfield gravel was awesome) and order the pool water (a1 pool water). Most places are out of stock now. We bought ours in February and it was installed by end of April. We got the perma salt…no chlorine…chemicals every two weeks and that is all of the upkeep (adding pic of our pool). The installers were professional and did a GREAT job!!

Our overall experience with Family Leisure was fantastic! Salesman Charles was not pushy which we appreciate. A HUGE thank you to the 3 guys who installed the hot tub - we live in Noblesville - they were very knowledgeable and extremely nice!! We definitely appreciated them!!!

Purchasing a hot tub was a breeze. They were very polite and easy to work with at the store. However, it is the customer service after purchase that is incredibly lacking.When you call their number for customer service/delivery, family leisure is either at least 1-2 days late in responding or never call back even if you leave a voicemail. You will find that the customer service line RARELY picks up when you call and you are forced to either leave a voicemail or call back. This is even at times you think the store shouldnt be busy (e.g. middle of the weekday not during lunch).When we got the hot tube installed, they provided us with a piece of paper with instructions for old chemicals they used to carry. They said that there is no updated instructions so we were left trying to figure out how the new chemicals work. The installers helped us with the set up the first time, but without proper instructions the water became unusable despite meticulously caring for it every day. We tried to look for instructions online but there wasnt anything available for the particular chemicals we were provided. We tried calling the family leisure service line and left a voicemail for help, but no one called back. We were left to drain out the hot tub twice since we were never able to get the chemistry right without proper instructions.We will be stopping by the store directly to get proper instructions and discuss these issues directly.

Our family could not be happier with the experience we had recently with Family Leisure! We have thought about getting a pool for the last 3 years and finally decided to move forward this year. The team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Billy M worked hard to answer all of our questions when we went through the process of deciding exactly what we wanted. Cory B was the onsite leader and he set the expectations for us and met each of them. The crew that worked at our house was polite, tidy, and professional. The work was completed timely. During COVID there have been a lot of delays in many industries. The Family Leisure team did a tremendous job of keeping us up to date and addressing any questions or concerns that we had throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone that desired to have a pool installed. We will definitely go back for future needs.

I was looking around for a hot tub and was pleasantly surprised when I went to Family Leisure. This place is huge! The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. The best part was that out of all the other places I visited in person or online had about a 10 week wait to get the hot tub delivered. Family Leisure had many hot tubs in stock, had the best prices of anywhere I had seen, and I ended up purchasing one that could be delivered in 10 days! I fully recommend Family Leisure and not just for hot tubs, they have a giant selection indoor and outdoor items for your entire family and friends. Stop by and see if they impress you as much as they did me.

I purchased patio furniture: a set of chairs and table and a fireplace. Shea was extremely helpful. He was professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. He was able to talk to his manager and get me very good prices on what I purchased. I had them deliver the items and the delivery went extremely well. They helped me set up the fireplace on my patio. It works great! I cant wait to come back in again.

I want to leave a review to praise Samantha in parts and services for her amazing help today. We are new to the pool thing and she was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, kind and so incredibly helpful. She even explained to us they have a pool school for new users on Saturdays. Just got our brand new pool installed and couldn’t be happier! It took a bit longer than expected but we were aware of this fact because our young sales lady Miranda walked us through exactly what to expect through out the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and we were never left in the dark!! We feel very good about the amount of professionalism and attention we got! And now we have an amazing pool!

The installation was right on time. Installers were very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. They took the time to explain how to take care of the hot tub, even wrote on bottles of chemicals when to use. Answers all of our questions.

Our sales rep finished our paperwork and immediately went to speak to other sales people on the floor, bad mouthing us and my appearance (I have purple hair and an undercut). He was in the center of the store and everyone could hear him. In addition, when I called his direct cell number with questions he never returned my calls. The two individuals who delivered our spa, on the other hand, were amazing. They were professional, kind, and did a fantastic job.

I would like to thank Nick for going out of his way to help me to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. Its always nice to have a salesperson who is knowledgeable about the product theyre selling. The whole time I was there I felt welcome. Recently purchased a hot tub and found the experience, from start to finish, to be a pleasant one. LDH installers were very efficient and professional. I would recommend family leisure to others if asked.

Easy experience buying a cantilevered umbrella. Delivery and installation was excellent as well. Noticed soon after that the crank had a lot of friction, and then one afternoon the umbrella failed to fully close. I called service and Nathan handled the issue immediately. He replaced the frame and handled all warranty claims. Very much appreciate the quick and painless process to resolve the issue, especially for a product with significant inventory challenges.

We drove 3 hours to come and pick up a pool. Only place within 5 hours that had one in stock. They are willing to fix any issues you might have. Highly recommended l!!!!

I ordered four very nice patio chairs totaling nearly $4000 on May 11, 2021. First I tried to get some samples of the wood from family leisure by emailing them. No response. Next I emailed them again and ask them to please show me enough respect to answer my email regarding a possible updated delivery date. No response. Keep in mind all this time they’ve had nearly 4000 of my dollars and not one peep. I am just about ready to cancel my damn order.

Went in with my mom to look at some stuff for her pool. We worked with Miranda, who was so helpful! She really knew her stuff and helped my mom find exactly what she needed. Cant recommend enough! Ill definitely ask for Miranda the next time Im in!

Just purchased a hot tub from Charles and Bob at Family Leisure. They were very responsive to my initial online inquiry. I set up an appointment and met with Bob...no sales pressure whatsoever. Very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each spa type and manufacturer. Gave me enough comfort that I bought on the spot. Having done other research, I know I am receiving a very good spa at a very good price. I highly recommend them.

From buying it to delivery, setting it up and cleaning up after. Terrific. Only thing I have a complaint about is the stairs. They gave us a gimpy one. I would like another that is not bent way over.

Does not return calls. Hopefully you dont get a leak on the first day of your new pool. They dont reimburse you for lost water when it is a faulty liner, nor do they inform you of that ahead of time. Poor customer service all around. I wish I would have gone with a different company. I will not be back.

We purchased a swim spa late last year from Family Leisure, and have been very pleased from start to finish with the process. Doug, our salesmen, was very helpful and responsive thru the process. The delivery crew were very good about installation and training us on our spa. Since this is our first spa, we had a learning curve on chemicals and maintenance. Brian has been very knowledgeable and always willing to spend to educating us on when/what chemicals are needed. Overall very happy with everyone we have interacted with at the Indy location.

We live down near Louisville but we ordered 12 containers of chlorine from Family Leisure. It came much faster than we thought it would but when we opened the box, two of the containers were damaged and therefore unusable. My wife called them and they apologized and said they would send out two more immediately. Next day it was shipped and the the second day it arrived. That was good service! Great responsiveness!!

I am writing this review in response to Family Leisures response to an issue I had with a product. I purchased a new product and had an issue with it the second time using it. Their response to this was to address it immediately in what I consider an above and beyond way, relative to todays standard of an automated phone call assistant world. Places that respond in the manner Family Leisure did are few and far between. I will return to family leisure as I have for years.

Ordered another part from here. Gave the guy the part number and description of the part and even with that he sent the part and it took a week to come across town. Of course the part wasn’t even close to the correct part number or even the correct description of the part. Not exactly sure what is required to get accurate parts shipped from this place.

We were in the market for a Hot tub and decided to stop in Family Leisure back in September. This was our third location we went to. When we got there, we talked with Doug. He was by far the most knowledgeable person we talked with about hot tubs. He shared his knowledge with us and helped us decide what would be the best tub for us. We are extremely happy with the tub Doug helped us pick out. It is perfect for everything we wanted to use it for. We were so happy with the experience we had with Doug we have returned and purchased a patio furniture set and a play set for our grandson. We would highly recommend Family Leisure to anyone and would suggest asking for Doug when you go there.

They have the WORST SERVICE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE ONLY MAKING MONEY. Couple month review of this review still customer service is the worst ever. Only way you can talk to someone is to hit option 3 to pay them then get transferred then hung up on. GREAT SERVICE please everyone go buy all you can from them maybe a pool and get it install 1 year after you bought it

I wish I could give a 0 star rating. I purchased a pool a few years ago and the wall with the skimmer attached has collapsed. Not wanting to mess with insurance and wanting to fix it myself I was calling to just get a pool wall. They will not sell me the pool wall individually. They have constantly reminded me that insurance will cover this and that I need to contact them to get a pool replacement kit. Obviously a specific way of doing business to not help the customer solve their problems but getting the absolute most out of an insurance company for a full replacement.

We purchased a swimming pool. Bryan Ball was very helpful to help us decide the option that worked for us. Our experience was fast and efficient. The cashier was great too.

This place is HUGE and has everything. Im going to have to go back spend a day shopping

Overall, this was definitely five stars The sales person was knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Delivery was well-organized, on time, and efficient. My new patio furniture is lovely, and the installers were eager to please and made sure that I was completely satisfied.

4th, FOURTH time we have gone to this store in the past 6 months to try and buy a hot tub, 2 pergolas, outdoor kitchen, grill, and 10 pieces of patio furniture. Salespeople never got back with us like we were told for quotes and today, at least TEN employees completely ignored us for over 45 minutes while they were all moving furniture around. NOT ONE person ever even said hello. Sullivans Hardware thanks you. They just got our $$$$ sales and well NEVER be back to Family Leisure.

The options and variety for patio furniture, pools, hot tubs, gas fire pits, gaming and more cannot be beat. If you are looking for things for outside this is the place to go. The prices however tend to be a bit high compared to many options, but you can pretty well guarantee you can get what you want there if you can afford it

I have zero issues with our salesperson, she was very friendly and did a good job. My issue is with their installation and price practices. As a first time pool buyer, Im going to plead ignorance. When we first purchased the pool, we were told that we were going to be pretty far down the list for installation. I didnt realize however, that I could potentially be looking at a September install (We purchased this in May). I can only imagine what the waitlist is like for people who have purchased after me. I didnt even get an exact number of where I would be on the list until I called (two times) and asked.Next, we were told that we could get our money back for the install if we chose to do it ourselves, or if we had someone else do it. I thought, okay, not too bad. So.. when I asked (after purchasing the pool) how much I would be getting back for the install, I was told 600.00. You know darn well that Family Leisure is paying their subcontractors more than 600 to install a pool. To add to this, on our invoice, there isnt any sort of itemization- just a list of what we received and then a lump sum cost. How much does each item cost? Who knows? Family Leisure is using deceptive pricing..and most likely gouging prices in order to cover the cost of install. Im more or less screwed into having them install because I cant do it myself, and to have anyone else do it would cost me nearly 1500-2000 dollars. I guess its good business for them, but definitely not for the customer. Who knows who have they have to install, and who knows how much everything actually costs. I know that I certainly dont...

We purchased a hot tub many years ago when they were Watsons. Always received good service when needed. Still have our hot tub. We have purchased all our chemical at this location. We were put on leisure time chemicals from the start and have always used leisure time. We were very disappointed when we found out they decided to no longer sell leisure time chemicals. To stay on leisure time we started purchasing on-line. We decided to stop in the store and found out they are again selling leisure time. We are again pleased this decision was made. We will start buying our chemicals a the store again. We will however be disappointed if they quit selling leisure time. Overall the staff has been pleasant to work with and very helpful.

Bad customer service experience. We went in several weeks ago to purchase a grill/island combo with cedar pergola. We could not decide which one we wanted as there were 2 that caught our eyes. We liked the island but wanted the saber grill not the grill in it. Salesman, Doug said it would not be a problem to switch it out and cost would not change. We said we needed to thank about it. He said he would call following Monday. But never called. We finally had time to go in today to purchase everything. Of course Doug was not there, but the salesman said Doug is wrong and said it was their policy that they dont switch out grills, and price would be more if they even was going to consider doing it. He was not a friendly person and felt like we were inconveniencing him by being there. He didnt even ask a manager, or offered to see how we could resolve this issue. He said he worked in the in ground pool section, cant remember his name. But nevertheless they lost out on a 20k sale. Maybe more because we wanted a pool and basketball goal too. I will not be returning.

Shortly after arriving at the store and browsing, met Doug who saw our needs and guided us to the best theater seating for us. Then made a pool table set purchase! Doug was more helpful than any customer service weve experienced in many years. Above and beyond. Delivery was the next week for ALL purchased. When we return, we will look for Doug!!! Thank you.

My husband Harry and I don’t normally make these types of purchases but being the holidays and trying to find something to make this year special after what all we have gone through this 2020 we decided to go with family leisure for something nice and we were not disappointed. Aside from finding a pool table we fell in love with and at very low and competitive prices we were also able to get it installed in a very quick time frame. Very relaxed atmosphere and super friendly people Family Leisure has definitely earned our business from now on we definitely recommend!!

We bought a 43ft by 21ft oval pool May 5th 2020 for our anniversary. We waited until August of 2020 to even get the pool set up. We had purchased the sand as instructed had it ready, had the placement marked off. The water guy was on order as instructed. We had very little usage in 2020. The sales person sold us the top of the line package and said to be sure the pump goes on the corner the wind blows to.The cleaning hoses we were given were not long enough to reach the end for cleaning. They gave us the load of chemicals however the permasalt system never made any sense to us. We called about their pool school and were told we had to watch videos that didnt help. When we closed the pool we had to buy more chemicals because the gallons on the bucket were only for a pool half our size. The cover we were given we have been told was the least quality one not the top of the line, it barely covered the pool. We added clamps and a wrapping around the pool to keep air out the cover still ripped right down the seam. Family leisure said they would replace it with the better cover but it was on backorder. We have not seen the cover and now we have a leak in our pool that we have only been able to use around a month so far. They sent a repair person out who showed up later then her time she called in with, then did nothing because the water had gotten dirty while we waited days to get called back and more days to get someone to show up. What does one think will happen when there is a leak? We have been instructed to fill and clean our pool so they can fix it. We immediately placed a call back to the service department and have not been contacted back. We have lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars in this . The pool cos15,000 dollars the chemicals the water the electricity all just a waste of time and money. If a company cant stand behind their product I wont ever give them another dime of our money. I hope I can save another family from getting taken by a company that I thought was stand up. I am just sick over our financial loss and the oversized pond that my family has to look at evey day as another summer passes us by.

In terms of selection and Customer Service, Family Leisure is Top Notch! What an awesome experience that was! They will literally do anything in their power to accommodate your wants or needs. Just walking through the store and looking at all the cool things they have, is worthy of the trip up there. I urge you to check this place out ASAP. We purchased a pool, spa and gazebo from Family Leisure and are enjoying them thoroughly. There were bumps in the road along the way, but they have been very responsive in correcting any issue that arose. They are a great bunch of people to work with and would recommend using them.

Horrible customer service, ordered furniture the 1st of March was told it would be mid May, started calling around mid May to find status, sometimes you never get to talk to a person. finally June 1st was told it would was in, and would be delivered the 11th, had someone wait around all day no call no furniture, called after 5 was told by sales person that someone in delivery had called in sick, now told delivery is the 22nd of June, I went very ballistic and said I wanted to speak to a Manager ( to this day cant get a hold of one) did get a call later on the 11th from warehouse and was told they had to put it together that night and would deliver on the 12th, that they did. They fabricate a story to fit their needs than forget the story they told you last time. When you have a problem, there is nobody to talk to trying to get it resolved.Their current commercial says if you are getting the run around, cancel your order and come to them. They will take care of you. I found that to be FALSE ADVERTISING. Stay Away.

Without a doubt the worst company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From misogynistic salesmen to poor communications they are horrible. Quality does not come close to matching the expenses. Poor installs matched with lack of warrantees has made for a nightmarish experience & I would not recommend this company or its employees to anyone, ever.

We just got our hot tub delivered yesterday by Les and his crew who did an awesome job. My salesperson Andrew was very up front about the delays going on and we waited longer than we wanted to but it seems to be the case with everything these days. Thanks to all involved, love the spa!

We bought our pool from family leisure 6 years ago and haven’t had a problem. This winter our liner tore and had a problem with all water leaking out . We called to get some assistance and nothing. No help whatsoever. So now we are online trying to find help to find a liner and someone to put in for us. BEWARE. Very good at selling but not good at assisting in troubled times

Rachel was very professional, knew all the details and pointed out features that sold us on a special model. Very professional customer service, enjoyed a huge discount and picked up a couple of bar stools in the process. You couldnt expect any better customer service. We were excited to learn the setup, leveling and color of the felt was basically free. A small fee for transportation outside of 25 mins. Amazing service.

The showroom is like Candyland for adults!! So many options with outdoor furniture and fire pits plus all the indoor pool and game tables. Our priority for the visit was to learn about hot tub options. Andrew patiently guided us from hot tub to hot tub, explaining and educating us about the various models. We didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision on the spot and came back a week later to put in the order. So excited about the decision we made!! I was referred to Family Leisure by my neighbor but had never done business with them before. Doug (Salesperson) was freaking awesome, walked us through all the spa details and once we purchased, gave me his cell phone number (and responded promptly) for any questions. Hot Tub arrived when they said it would and The Kings installers were above professional. Did everything expertly and on time. We had an electrical issue which the installer correctly identified. Had the electrician out within the hour and hot tub working in the afternoon. I will refer this company whenever I can.

First time ever going I remember the commercials from when I was a child but back then it was Watsons. Its pricey but if you got it why not. Brie was very sweet she helped up out. The massage chairs alone are worth a visit alone. Massage was so good I almost proposed to the chair lol. The fire tables omg are soooooo beautiful.

Great store but they need to hire more phone people

Ive always had great customer service and help when there. Ive purchased a pool and spa over the past 3 years. They always take the time to walk me through things in person or over the phone no matter how dumb my question is. I love their free shipping option in case I need chemicals before I can get down there. Their prices (specifically chemicals) are either at the same cost or less than Amazon, in my experience.

Very unhappy with our service in buying a pool! This is the second pool we have purchased in the past 15 years first experience was fantastic this time around is another story. We purchased an above ground pool on May 26th at that time we were told 4-6 weeks for installation which is expected, after calling on my own to do a status check they informed me (very rude) we were 6-8 weeks out from the original date, now we are into September! I can be understanding with weather delays and also with the COVID issues but it is not the customers fault. If there are delays on installation quit selling pools and supply the customers who have already made a purchase.UPDATE:We finally got the pool up one month longer than initial quoted time but one month ahead of second quote time.Marlas at Family Leisure was very helpful and worked with us and the frustration we had with this entire ordeal. I do appreciate her taking the time to listen and help.

What a wonderful place to do business. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The install crew was very professional and helpful. We will definitely be back in the future.

I have always had a wonderful experience with the employees going above and beyond to help me in all of my pool needs. They take the time to teach me what I need to know and have never made me feel unwelcomed. Josh and Zach have been my go to from day 1 and have never let me down. I will never go anywhere else for any of my pool needs. Family Leisure is the best and I will sing their praise every chance I get.

Drove 40 minutes because they wouldnt answer the phone after 3 days of calling. I shouldve known but they were out of what I needed

Terrible company. Dishonest online sales and a to bad attitude. Good luck with this company.
