I absolutely loved this dealership and the car buying process. I haven’t bought a car in over 4 years and that’s because I worked at a dealership and got a good deal. After my car crashed I was super super spectacle of buying a car cause that’s a big purchase and I have to 100% sure it’s what I want to do. Charles Mey, man thank you so much, he really made this buying process as simple as it could get. They’re quick at responding too and really want to help out. Charles communicated so efficiently that I felt really safe in getting this car. He broke down all the financials and what was going to be needed before I got there which was awesome cause I live in Fishers and I only had 1 ride and that was to get there. The process was smooth, no hidden fees or taxes, it was basically all laid out for me and made me feel real comfortable in signing those papers. I was super ecstatic and my daughter and Charles and everyone at the dealership knew how ecstatic I was 😂😂. We went to this location to purchase a vehicle.Both Cam and Eric were awesome from the beginning. We test drove a 2018 Buick Encore but realized that the down payment required for this vehicle was more than we could afford. We asked about a 2015 Encore that we saw on their website (and really the one we were interested in to begin with). They said the vehicle was at another location so They called that location to put a hold on it and gave us directions on how to get there. We felt bad about going to another lot but they quickly assured us that it was no problem. We went to the location on 38th street and not only did they send us there, they transferred our file to that location so we didn’t have to re-start everything we had already done. We were very pleased with the customer service and the attitude of everyone there. Will definitely refer all friends and family there!!!

CRITICAL********Absolutely disappointing... went here after doing the online approval got approved for 300 and some change down I said cool (came ready to spend more) I had everything they asked for license proof of insurance extra down payment money utility bills (multiple) 3 months of bank statements fast forward I get there ok I need 500 and some change to get the car I wanted cool no problem test drive went cool after I get back I explain that there’s multiple scratches on the back bumper which Eric the sales rep (who had little to no clue what he was doing ) says yeah we should be able to get that out and if we can’t then we will send it to get fixed mind you this was on like a Tuesday or Wednesday so after being at this place roughly 4-5 hours he then tells me they have to send it out so I say cool how long he says by the end of business Thursday of course car not ready not to mention after them saying hey we need more money down because they say the income was low (the down payment jumped to 1150) I said cool paid that and repeatedly asked what else was needed to drive off the male manager at the time and Eric both stated I was good to go when I come back to get car with just a few signatures needless to say I come back today just to be told now I’m not approved and they would need more money down this place is a complete joke and sad excuse for a car lot not to mention now I’m out 1150 for 3-5 business days absolutely unprofessional and very bad business STAY AWAY AND GO TO A REAL DEALERSHIP THAT KNOWS HOW TO DO BUSINESS you don’t tell jerk people around like this straight garbage of a place

My experience with DriveTime was fast and professional. I was able to get approved on their website and they sent me a list of cars that qualified for my down payment. Never again. I was sold a Chevy Equinox that has to be taken in for some type of repair every 2-3 weeks. Silver rock doesn’t cover most repairs. Big mistake coming here

This was my first experience at Drivetime and didnt know what to expect, but I had high hopes. Charles Mey at the West Lafayette Road location in Indianapolis was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He made the car-buying experience great. Sure this place will get a car guaranteed. But they are handing out broken down vehicles. I got an 2017 Cruze and it stopped working after three days later. Took it to CarX and a certified GM they said the engine was totally blown, battery was bad, and brakes became awful. I had an extended warranty as well and they STILL refused to do anything about it. Yet they’re still asking for payments haha.

I BOUGHT AN SUV. AND IT TAKES UP TO 6 WEEKS TO GET BACK. PLUS I HAD TO PAY MY OWN TOW FEE OF $117. $70 OF WHICH THEY WILL REIMBURSE IN 6 WEEKS AFTER MY CLAIM HAS BEEN FILED FROM THE MACHANIC. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT SAVE YOUR MONEY. AND HEADACHE. GO ELSEWHERE.

Bought a vehicle from here 28 days later it blew up. Now they want to act like Im outside of my 30 day warranty. So not only do not have a car but now ive paid 400+ in payments for a vehicle that doesnt run. I would NEVER BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE SHADY

While I was here they seemed so determined to get me a vehicle, but they got me a very basic stock vehicle for a way above price range than it was worth. They wanted close to 400 a month for a car that was barely worth 3 grand total. I went and got a new better vehicle for cheaper payments. This place is a waste of time, and I always tell people to never shop for a vehicle there
