Great in-store selection - you can often find items that are out of stock online. That being said, I rarely go to this location because the staff are extremely pushy to the point of interrupting a conversation Im having with my husband in the store. It is nice to be greeted when I walk in, but when I am badgered every two minutes by 3 different salespeople who are circling around like vultures, it is a bit much. I prefer to order online where I can browse and complete my shopping in peace.

I get the Cranberry Relish (pictured) every year at Thanksgiving. Its better than Cranberry sauce. The customer service was a little slow today and not the most friendly. (11/25/20)

I was thoroughly amazed by the 2 women working with me! I will return because they made my experience wonderful. I felt extremely comfortable and I did leave feeling like a new woman! Amazing staff, great store, and beautiful lingerie! Thank you ladies!

Manager was great, however the employees need more training in customer service. In a high end store you expect high end service also, they need a better dress code. They were dressed very causal.

I’m signed up on the Williams-Sonoma website and shop their brick and mortar several times per year. I’m a fan of their on-hand item selection. Their ordering algorithm for off-hand items however can be poor, outright leaving you hanging - use caution and be proactive to ensure you have answers. I ordered this Williams-Sonoma advertised vacuum for Christmas on December 4 having a December 21 estimated delivery date. As days progressed, I noticed order status did not. I utilized customer service email on the 10th and received a canned response on the 12th; the agent advised my order was on track to meet estimated December 21st shipping. Status did not move by the 18th. I called service directly and was advised my item would arrive on the 21st. Upon pressing, the agent stated it was either lost in transit or no longer available - I should cancel. I tried canceling via the website that told me this item was not eligible. On Another call to customer service for canceling, the agent said the vacuum was scheduled for the 21st through 23rd. Upon pressing, the agent told me it was back ordered with no restock estimate. She would cancel, but no guarantee existed the cancellation would reach their vendor prior to restock then shipment. I currently await the results of their cumbersome-time-consuming process. I like the store. I’m shopping there Saturday. In my opinion based on this experience, be very careful about online ordering that requires straight answers against a due date. You might find yourself scrambling last minute from the information darkness for whatever occasion. No trigger mechanism is in place between vendors and Williams-Sonoma that updates fulfillment issues in real time.

Purchased Fortnum & Mason tea for $76.00 on line at Williams and Sonoma. Paid for wrapping & shipping came to $99.00 on Nov 17. Received an email it would arrive between Dec 3 thru Dec 7. I checked with, because email showed it had NOTshipped on Dec3. WS told me it may not ship, because it comes directly from England & they are shutting down due to Covid. I was Not notified by WS. I drove 40 min to WS to cancel my order. They did not take any responsibilty for it and blamed shipping. I told them they took my money and knew this was a problem. Not a fan of WS after this negative experience.

Greeted warmly at the front door, my visit to the Keystone Mall store was perfect as ever. Lovely displays for the holidays and new products made shopping delightful. The stores staff work seamlessly together, and have such great rapport. Thank you for such a lovely store.!

Love this store!! I am a Chef, so I have a natural interest in the offerings, but the quality makes the difference. Dont get me wrong, you DO have to pay for WS goods, but there is quality there. The knife selection is superb, the pots/pan selection is high-end, and the kitchen gadget area is interesting...my wife had to make me leave!😁

I came into the store a week and a half ago to purchase a set of le creuset cookware. They didn’t have any in store. They offered to order it online and have it shipped to my house and that i would have it in 3-4 days. A week and a half later and I’ve received 3 deliveries and none have contained what I ordered.I’ve received 2 sets of dishware (one broken) and a piece of luggage that arrived in a pottery barn box instead of of a Williams sinoma box.Each time the only thing the CS rep has been able to do to rectify it with the fulfillment center is send an email to them. They’re unwilling to upgrade the shipping and I’m expected to return these to a UPS store instead of having a call tag sent to my house for pick up. My car is currently full of Williams sinoma product I haven’t ordered.This is the first time I’ve ordered products from them instead of leaving with them same day and I have a feeling it will be the last time.

Williams-Sonoma offers a great selection of higher end kitchen tools and accessories than you will find in traditional retail stores. The staff is usually fairly helpful and willing to help out as best as they can. The holidays can get a little crowded in there, but the line flows pretty quickly. You will find more unique and specialized tools here, which is great. I would say it is just a little more expensive and higher end than Sur-la-Table up in Clay Terrace.

The W-S store in Little Rock, Arkansas has been instrumental in our kitchen update. From knives to coffee-machines to baking accessories, the store experts have provided the best advice--and products--for our upgrade. Although the W-S store is an hour drive away, we always check there first. Keep up the good work.

I find that no matter what, if I walk in this store, I find something I need. It doesnt matter how much I find here, there is always something I havent seen before that blows my mind. Just to let everyone know...if your going to William Sonoma on Sunday they do not open until 12:00 noon!!! I went there based on this publishing thinking they opened at 11:00 and had to wait an hour...major typo!
