The service is great at this location as long as the Supervisor doesnt make a surprise visit. The store manager does the work of three people including the rude and discourteous supervisor but makes minimum wage. The supervisor smells of booze and is very unprofessional to the customers that choose to spend their hard earned money at this location. I will make sure to walk out of this location when the Supervisor is here and go to Low Bobs and pay the higher prices for more friendly atmosphere and courteous and respectful staff! The supervisor must have some black mail on the owners because I would have fired her a long time ago. She is not a people person at All!

Nice place to go into when shopping for someone that loves cigars. They have hundreds of them. They also know what they are talking about.

I come in there multiple times a week have good conversation and give my hard earned money to smokers friendly and never get carded to buy wraps today the red head asked me for my id which she has never followed the rules before apparently, now she has lost your store a few loyal customers because my family will no longer be coming there. I live down the street and dont care about going to other smoke shops now thanks to the red head.

Smoker Friendly Tobacco and Vape is a Quaint little Tobacco and Vape shop with cheap prices. I dont even smoke, not that theyve ever had an issue with that, but I have family members who do. Theyre prices are the best in the area.Smoker Friendly Tobacco and Vape also has great incense variety for a great price. Smoker Friendly Tobacco and Vape has knicknacks and other cute little things that are great.You should definitely give them a try if you use tobacco and vape accessorys.

Went in there a little less then a week ago to get some juice and there was a young tall man there and he helped me find exactly what I wanted talk about customer service! He didnt act bothered at all he seemed excited to find the juice I liked the most. Customer for life!
