I’ve tried Caribou coffee twice now and I am still disappointed in their beverages. The prices are high, but the quality is very low. The pictures of the drinks do not match the actual drink either!

They dont wear gloves as infection control measure during coffee prep!!!I dont like that at all. The paresta touch the cup cover by her exposed hand!!! And she dont know how to make mocha!

I will always give this cafe five stars. Its my favorite place to get black coffee and delicious food in Indianapolis. Excellent customer service and a cozy, pleasant atmosphere.

My new favorite go to coffee place. Amazing for college students attending IUPUI or for staff. Workers are friendly and get the drinks out fast and easy. Their pastries are delicious too. Would definitely recommend!

If youre looking for amazing coffee, you will be disappointed. Caribou Coffee is just okay. Their sweet drinks are way too sugary for me, and the espresso drinks have a stale-oil taste to them. Its not bad for meeting people on campus, and Id definitely choose it over the Starbucks in B&N.

Great service. Parking is difficult if youre not a student, but is the only one in Indianapolis. I wish there were weekend hours.

Great place, usually not to busy. Barista knows me. Prices arent too terrible for such a shop, beats the fake starbucks downstairs. On the second floor of campus centre next to E&G and the skybridge. 420 University Blvd.
