How do you rate more than 5 stars?I have been going to Knotts Optometry for the past 6 years and the amazing experience of Dr. Knotts and her team keeps getting better.Dr. Knotts is kind, thorough, and informative. She addresses all of my concerns (even the plastic waste concern I had about daily contacts).From check-in to check-out, every team member is friendly, skilled, super accommodating, and always such a pleasure to work with.The first time I left, I thought wow, that was great.Somehow, theyve managed to make every subsequent visit even better.

Dr. Knotts and her staff do a wonderful job of making patients feel comfortable when coming in for an appointment. Dawn checks you in with a smile and kind words, and Christie takes over for the pre-exam with a ready laugh! Dr. Knotts has worked hard over a number of years to find contact lenses that dont cause me an allergic reaction. I appreciate that she hasnt given up on keeping me in contacts even when the lens choices were pretty small! Shes the best!!!!

Our family visits Dr Knotts annually for eye exams. Dr. Knotts is very knowledgeable, friendly and shows genuine concern for each of us and our unique vision issues. She takes time to dig in to issues and explain her recommendations. We are thankful to have her has our eye doctor.

Really great service for my eye exam and glasses fitting. Everyone clearly knows their info, and I appreciated that each person I talked to took the time to talk through the medical information. Felt very comfortable.

As always in the past 30 years, amazing eye care by Dr. Knotts. My new glasses are wonderful and my neck already feels better from not having to bend the wrong direction so that I can read on the computer, on my phone, etc. The new glasses are also extremely lightweight and give me a whole new look!

Dr. Helton is amazing! She is very thorough, explains everything very well and truly works to figure out the best solution/product for each patient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Knotts for almost 20 years! We moved to Noblesville 14 years ago, but she is definitely worth the drive! She has always provided great service, and even recommended Lasik for both of us several years ago (so obviously not just out to sell contacts or glasses!). Could not imagine a better eye doctor! Highly recommend!

I came in for my first vision test and checkup in many years, and was on a tight schedule. The Knotts team was quick and efficient, and their equipment was state of the art.Dont need glasses yet, but if I ever do, Ill be getting them here.

Dr. Knotts has been my optometrist for over 15 years. The only time Ive not gone to Dr. Knotts in past years was for insurance reasons, but now I would go to her even if I had no insurance. Ive found both Dr. Knotts and Dr. Helton to be super helpful and professional. Theyve always helped me explore all the options for treating my dry eyes, as well as helping with glasses and contacts....and now bifocals. (sigh)

We see Dr Helton and she is very kind an thorough. We moved further away but continue to make the drive because of the quality care and kind staff!

Iam not a patient there yet but will be after the amazing julie went above and beyond to help me out with my insurance and finding an eye doctor that accepted it i def will come here from now on because of the outgoing helpfulness.
