Weve been going to this optical center for years and we like it a lot. I was a very very little apprehensive this time since wed be seeing a new eye doctor. He was fantastic as the lady doctor that I love, Dr. Turner. They dont rush you when you have questions. He was just as detailed in helping me understand my questions. The support staff is very kind and helpful. Youre always greeted immediately upon entering the offices which have been newly updated. So, so glad they did the updates as it needed it.

I’ve been going to SVS Vision for quite a while many at least 6 years now, just went in on April 8th had an eye exam for myself, my daughter and son. Both my daughter and myself needed glasses, so we pick out the ones we wanted purchased them and when the total came to almost 400.00 I was shocked but didn’t say anything immediately because my husbands job that he’s been employed with for many years just switch to a different insurance company so I waited until I had the claims in hand processed, in the meantime the glasses that I purchased we’re making a sore on my nose because they were just way to heavy and my face is just to thin for them, so I called SVS Vision because the told me they have the 45 day gotta love em guarantee, I was told to make an appointment so I did and when I went to that appointment I was then changed another 84.00 on top of the almost 400.00. So when I went to pick up the new frames today I thought there was glue on them because the glasses were pulling my eyebrow hairs out but when I got home I notice the left lenses is cut way to short and can be popped out and the right side is almost as bad. Keep in mind I’ve now made 3 trips there and that’s a 40 minute drive there and a 40 minute drive back home each time. I also called the insurance company today because I did in fact have the claim for our glasses and we were way over charged by almost 300.00! I’m not going to call my former insurance provider and pull those claims and my bank statements as well! I would advise anyone who goes to SVS Vision to keep track of your claims and what you pay out of pocket! I will say it is an awesome place to get glasses and they do a great job with the exam. They could however do WAY better with billing and how they cut people glasses!

Friendly staff, COVID restrictions were in place and well managed. Frame selection was vast along with the specialty Ray ban cases. The eye exam was straight forward the same you will get anywhere else. Dr Turner was well educated and I could tell the answers being asked were answered genuinely. I hope to receive my glasses in a weeks time. If I do I will update my review accordingly.

The employees at SVS on E. Washington Street have always been polite, courteous and provide great customer service. The main optometrist and manager have been there for years. Its great to walk in and be greeted by name.

Had a great visit. There was an issue with the online appointment but they accommodated me quickly. The doc was fantastic. I used to go to Oppip where I felt like everything was a sales gimmick (including the eye exam).

Sabrina and the crew are always on the ball and very helpful during my visits to SVS!!

I have been going to SVS since 2000. I adore Dr. Turner. She is wonderful! Super friendly staff, always clean environment. And lots of frames to choose from. Always takes me some time to finally pick the kind of frames I want because there are so many good choices. I will be taking my children to her when they are of age! I highly recommend them :)

Staff were friendly and helpful. Sabrina listened to my concerns and helped me find glasses that looked good. The optometrist spent time fine tuning my prescription and helping me find the best option for my contacts. I highly recommend SVS!

Dr Turner did a very thorough eye exam. I was very pleased. Her staff are very friendly and helpful. I was seen immediately. No long wait! The prices are reasonable with a good selection of eye glasses. I have been a patient for 3-4 years now and highly recommend them!

Dr. Turner is amazing and she has a great staff. The store runs like clockwork and they are respectful of your time. Ive been going to them for 5 years and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. Try them!

Greeted when we walked in the door, friendly staff with vast knowledge and assistance. Prompt and personal with quality staff and Doctor exam very comfortable. All these reasons are why my Husband and I drive from GA to get our exams at this location in Indianapolis In😊. Need we say anymore?

Great ladies to help with check In initial tests,and explaining serviced. Doctor is great and was able to put me In multi focal contact . So no need for glasses with bifocals. Have used this office for over 10 yrs

East street store is spotless very organized and Stephanie makes every customer feel special. Doctor was thorough and explained everything. Stepanek made picking frames and accessories super easy. Always a great experience. Like being with family.

Went in to make sure my insurance was still valid. Receptionist said she would be right with me. She continued to carry on a conversation with a gentleman about personal things. Nothing about vision. Was not willing to help me until I was walking out the door. I told her never mind. I have always gotten my glasses here since I worked at Ford motor company. My husband also walked out the last he was there.

I researched several places before deciding on SVS Vision. I was very happy with the service I received. The staff was ready and willing to help. I loved Subrina and her personality. She was very pleasant and welcoming. I loved how personable Dr Heverly was and she was fabulous with my kids. I will definitely return!
