We had a great experience with Granite America! Loved that we got to pick out the exact slab we wanted on site and that we were able to select where we wanted each piece of the counter to be cut. The process was easy and our installers did an excellent job!

I absolutely LOVE my countertops. The quality and variety of inventory was far superior to other places in the area. The service was also phenomenal—from order entry to installation, everyone I worked with was kind and knowledgeable. Emily walked me through every part of the process step-by-step and answered all my amateur questions!

We went granite shopping fully expecting to get quotes from several companies but after visiting Granite America we went no further. Friendly professionals who explained the process, showed us their huge selection of stone slabs, set up a lazer measurement and installed all in about two weeks for an excellent price.

Ethan was great! He listened, helped me find what would flow well and even helped me remain as close to our budget as possible! The installation guys were quick and knowledgeable! We did our entire home- kitchen, island, laundry and 4 bathrooms! It took a couple weeks to get it in and they had it all installed within a couple of hours.

Stopped in on a Monday and picked out the granite I wanted, it was measured Tuesday and installed on Friday. Amazing! We were desperate for counters for our kitchen so we were very pleased everything went smoothly and turned out well.

Granite America surpassed our expectations! We worked with Emily, and from start to finish she was great! This was the first place we visited, and came back quickly after going to a few other places! She answered all of our questions without making us feel like we didnt have a clue! GA also had the absolute BEST selection of slabs ever! Not your normal hardware store selection! Each one was so unique and beautiful..we had a hard time making a decision! From choosing a slab to installation, was 2 weeks and the men who installed were professional, and perfectionist! We would and have recommended this company to all!!

A large variety of slabs, full, partial, remnants to choose from in granite. Not as much choice in quartz, but found the perfect fit for vanity as part of a master bathroom remodel. Sales rep explained all options and pricing was very competitive. The top was done in record time, and company wanted to install before contractor was ready (communication?), hence 4 instead of 5 stars. It was not a problem though, and waited until they were given the go ahead for installation. The installers were professional, and the finished product is gorgeous! We have already recommended Granite America to a friend.

My wife and I went to Granite America to locate a very special piece of Granite that meant more than any counter top, in our case and without question the professional staff was more than helpful to help us with our needs . I had 77 sq ft of stone installed. I had my kitchen countertops, kitchen window ledges, and wall caps. I toured 5 stone yards and hands down, they had the most exquisite slabs. I think they are very selective about their inventory. I spent hours hunting at the other stone yards and within 10 minutes had 3 possibilities. The installers are super nice and took the time to explain and demonstrate how to properly seal my countertops. They recommended a sealer and polish. My kitchen remodel has been a pain, but working with their team was a breeze.

Great experience! They have plenty of slabs to choose from! Emily was very accommodating when we wanted to look at the slabs again and then changing our mind on which one we wanted. It was very fast from start to finish! The installation guys did a great job!

Project was finished on time as promised. Crew was prompt and professional. The countertops look amazing!

Probably one of the most frustrating things we had to do. Absolutely no communication after weeks of waiting. Once the installers finally installed my countertop, they didn’t even have all the materials to finish… we planned on getting new countertops installed at another residence of ours, but will not continue our business. Very unprofessional and not worth the wait. Please check out other companies, hopefully they are more reliable.

The first time I used Granite America it was a relatively seamless experience. There was a minor inconvenience because the sales team did not provide details a newbie would need to know like under cabinet should be empty and the faucet would not be reconnected. Other than that, it went well. This time..... regretting it completely. Price changed by 1K after paying the initial whopping 80 or 90% because the images provided were not reviewed. I showed pictures and said replacing the counter which includes the lip which they call a backsplash and a average person does not (paying someone 2K to install backsplash so not the same). Then poor communication and not meeting timelines. Had I not paid I would go with my original quote since they were the exact price after the extra was added on. If I could get money back I would. Moving is already stressful enough and dealing with them is not worth the headache.**Update***After I posted the honest review, not before when asked, I received a call from the office to ask me to remove the review. Again, they did not call because I requested to speak to someone as the information I was told was not accurate and my projects were being pushed back due to their inability to deliver and communicate. I explained, since clearly there is no integrity, that asking someone to remove an honest review was unethical and they really should be ashamed. At any rate, I explained I would not but would update how they attempted to resolve the issue. I was told I would be given a $300 off due to being a repeat customer and current estimate having upgraded edges, which I did not request, but in the end they (again) was not honest and the new quote was the same as the old. At that point, I just wanted to be finished with them FOREVER. The installation crew was loud, one additional guy showed up just to tell stories and talk loudly even after I explained I was working from home and on a call. They damaged the walls and left the bathroom dirty and left with tubing, faucets that were supposed to stay even after I explained it in the beginning of the job. Stay far, far away. Better use a contractor who does installation completely and have better customer service. In my 44.5 years this is by far the worst experience I have had with a business and I shop A LOT. If I could give zero stars I would. If there was one positive, the granite stone looks nice but other than that, nothing good about them.

Interesting place to look for rock counter tops. Good selection. Not enough salespersons in my opinion. Several people waiting.

We had an incredibly good experience working with the folks at Granite America in Indy. Everything from the online appointment registration process, consultation, slab selection, in-home measurement, and installation was seamless. Oh yes, and the price was incredibly reasonable as well! The total time from our initial meeting to installation was maybe 8-9 business days.The installation guys (Bill & Rock) were great! We are building a basement bar that requires 5 individual pieces of granite, 4 of which were very large, awkward shaped, and HEAVY to say the least. These guys were really good to work with. Very professional with their approach to the job and considerate of our home and us as customers. We truly appreciate the fact that they were clean with their work and personable.We could not be more pleased with the results and the entire process of working with Granite America. From the top down these guys are excellent. Very friendly and staff, great selection, fast production times and even a fair price. They provided a fully engaged experience starting with my initial visit to their store in Indianapolis, continuing through the installation. The measurements were extremely precise providing a perfect fit on the first try! The technicians were very skilled as well; the seems are nearly invisible. Beautiful product from a fantastic company.

I am updating a previous review now that my order is complete and installed. During the process, I did have some slight communication errors with the salesman. I brought these to the attention of the owner and they worked quickly to correct the issues to my satisfaction. I went to many places in search of the perfect granite and marble before ending up at Granite America as one of my last stops before going home. I spoke with Kartic who was so kind. We had a great experience with Granite America. There were so many different options to choose from. Someone was there to answer my questions from the beginning, and I had lots of questions. The installers were thoughtful when working in our home and did a great job! We love our new countertops.

Terrific customer service. It was very enjoyable being able to view and select the specific slab that we wanted for our kitchen. All our numerous questions were patiently answered. We then went back and was able to exactly lay out how we wanted it cut so the grain line was just how we desired. From first visit to install was less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend!

From the beginning of the process all the way through to the installation I was completely satisfied; I’d give this company more than 5 stars if I could. The Sales woman was helpful and patient as I searched for the right counters for my kitchen and bathrooms. She described the qualities of each stone along with detailed instructions on the installation process. The installers were the most courteous, conscientious workers I’ve ever had in my home. They worked hard to get precise measurements in order to get a perfect fit. The measurements were perfect as the final product is perfectly flush with my walls. They designed the layout that minimized seams although the one seam that was needed is nearly invisible. You’d have to know where it is and look very close to see it. They use a process that fills in the seam with the exact color of the granite and the seam is so small you could barely fit in a razor blade in it if that were possible. I can’t state enough how much I appreciate their hard work and quality of the products. My family and I are completely satisfied and highly recommend Granite America (Indianapolis). Thanks!!!

We had a great experience with the Granite America people. The combination of great personal and great product is what it takes to have happy customers. I was able to pick out the granite I wanted in their yard. The person who measured was great to work with and accurate. I was able to go back to their yard and place the patterns where I wanted them on the granite. The installers were professional and neat in their work. Run Away, Dont Walk Away RUN away! Worst Customer Service experience I have ever had my entire life. And this was from the Owner. Purchase my stone in early Feb. Paid in full. During Covid I called 2 times just checking in. Finally they were able to come and measure and we schedule install date. So far so good. Then day of installation the owner starts texting me. says they messed up my job with someone else and includes pictures of other Granite. So I dont know if that means they messed up and need to reschedule or should I assume from the photos that he no longer has my granite. Poor communication! I assumed the later and said I am not picking out another stone via Text message. I made a trip back to the shop he wasnt there, I left message with associate for him to call me. He never did. We finally connected via phone. He assured me one of the photos in the Text was my stone but its in KY and he would send to INDY for me to look at. It clearly was not my stone but I agreed to look at it and if I liked it we could get going again and schedule install. I was tired of waiting. He never sent and never called. I called back. He yells at me and says I dont do Charity! What does that mean? I finally realized he wasnt happy with the price I paid and had been lying all along. He offered my money back multiple times to which I said You are not getting off that easy. I was a previous customer even. I did not shop around, the price seemed fair to me $700 dollars for a 22x52 piece. Small vanity. If the salesperson made a mistake that is not the customers fault. He refused to install my granite and I accepted my money back. I have also sent a complaint to the BBB. He does not deserve to serve the public in any capacity! RUN AWAY, THERE ARE SO MANY PLACES OUT THERE TO CHOOSE FROM!

Granite America has an incredible selection of counter-top options. Their client education is also outstanding. Measurement, delivery, and Installation went very smoothly and as expected. I will choose this company for any future stone project needs!

I am very happy with the job Granite America did. The salesmen were nice and took their time with us. We even changed the stone we wanted halfway through the process and it was no problem. The installers did a great job. I am a big “diy” person and thought about trying it myself. After watching them install our countertops, I’m glad I didn’t. Overall it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend them.

Granite America had a great selection of granite slabs to choose from with more coming in every day. Once we made a selection, the process to contract development and installation was quick and easy. We were able to look at a layout of our pieces on the slabs including seams and cutouts. The demolition of existing counter tops and installation of the new granite was completed in one day with plumbing reconnected the next day. Another thing I liked working with Granite America was that they coordinated the demolition and plumbing so that I didnt have to coordinate multiple contractors. The process was easy, the people nice to work with, and the prices reasonable compared to other stone competitors. We would use them again.

We shopped all over Indy looking for the perfect vanity top for our master bath. Granite America has a fantastic selection to choose from! If theres any downside to mention, it would be the delay in installation; but it was only a one-day delay. The good thing about the delay is that it shows they take the time needed to do the job perfectly. The job before us took much longer than theyd anticipated. But they kept in touch with us during the delay, and we received excellent, professional, efficient service. Highly recommend Granite America!

We chose Granite America for our 2 bathroom vanities because their price was competitive and they had great reviews online. Mike was friendly and helpful in showing us their selection and explaining the process to us. However, the vanity top for our master bath was broken twice during install, requiring a third attempt and a new granite selection, as they no longer had our original color in stock. While they made everything right in the end, we were without a vanity top for 6 weeks due to the 2 failed attempts and poor communication from Granite America.

From beginning to end everyone made us Feel very important + they helped us achieve what we were looking for - everyone was helpful, professional + very friendly. The installers were super too!! Thank you Everyone for making a big decision such an easy profess.

I looked at several places for my granite kitchen countertops. I feel like Granite America didnt have a very big selection, and it didnt seem very organized. I picked a slab I liked that was labeled in the $50-60 sq ft range but then when I had them do an estimate they said it was actually $70 sq ft. I ended up going with Surface Encounters. Their slabs were more organized and clearly labeled, they had a bigger selection, and they were just as reasonably priced as Granite America.

These guys are great! They were on time and very professional! The product is great as well as the customer service! Highly recommend.

When first thinking of counter tops we first went to Lowes and Home Depot. The estimates were petty shocking on the granite, so we decided to go with Formica, and then I found the “Granite America” web site and asked for an estimate. It wasn’t long until Kelly Savage called and he prepared an estimate based on our drawings. The estimate was surprising low compared to the others, so a day or two later we met him in Indianapolis, Indiana. What a selection of granite to pick from, will it wasn’t long until Mary was in love. Today it was installed two weeks from the trip to Indianapolis, Indiana, and it is absolutely beautiful. The Indianapolis location has a beautiful selection of stone, and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. We experienced a delay in installation because the first sink was not the color we ordered, but the office kept in contact with us regarding its status, and the counters and sink were installed as soon as the correct sink arrived.

We picked Granite America because of the wonderful deal they had going on at the time. My husband and I were both pleased with the selection and picked out a nice stone. HOWEVER, when we went back to template I noticed that it was not the original piece we picked out. I casually mentioned that it wasnt same stone because I was really surprised. Julia assured me that it was over and over. I had written my maiden name on the stone and Sold when we picked it out so I knew it wasnt. When I told Julia this, she backpedaled and said it was need in an emergency and the other stone was in indeed one of the originals we picked out. Uh, we only picked out one stone. I didnt bother to get into a fight about it.Its not that using our stone in an emergency was such a big deal (although it DID affect our paint colors), we are pretty reasonable people-it was the questionable service and outright lie to our faces! How can you trust that?!Also, they scratched 2 of our brand new stainless steel knobs on our oven while installing. I didnt bother to call, Im sure it would have been a useless argument.Overall, ok price, shady service. We wont use them for the bathroom counters we need.
