We went with Majestic because of their competitive pricing. We ended up with beautiful granite counters that were professionally installed correctly the first time. The backsplashes needed to be recut, but they came back within a week to install those. We were very happy with Jodi’s customer service and Ruben’s installation.

We have been undergoing a kitchen renovation, and our contractor got the countertops from Majestic. We showed the contractor the type of edge and corner we wanted, but when they were installed the corners were rounded, not square as we wished. Our contractor was unwilling to do anything to rectify this, but I called Kylie at Majestic directly for a solution. She was very agreeable and receptive, and came up with a plan to get us our square corners at what was a reasonable cost. She was very responsive to my calls and texts, despite having to deal with a family emergency. Customer service is becoming non-existent today, but it is alive and well at Majestic. Many thanks to Kylie for her help.

Very very disappointing experience. We went downtown and met with a very friendly salesperson. We had been looking for just the perfect granite to match the rest of our kitchen. We finally found a few options that we really loved and left it that the salesperson would drop a couple samples by our house as she often comes to our area. A month went by no word, we followed up a number of times via VM and text, no response. One time we connected, she was busy and was going to call me back, no call back. A second time we connected she asked that I call her back that evening, when I called, got VM, left message, no call back. Finally connected one last time, she was going to be at the neighborhood directly across the street from mine, she was going to drop off the samples, no show. We are now 2 months in and have no choice but to find another option elsewhere. Very, very frustrating experience.

They were the supplier/installer on granite counters purchased through Lowes and did an excellent job. Not a single complaint about any part of the process from start to finish. The backsplash is not yet installed in the attached pic but the counters look and fit great.

The original install went very well. Here we are 5 years later and I need some service work done. (Out of warranty and I was willing to pay their rates) I believe I made my first call on July 13th. I got the info I needed, discussed it with my wife, and determined we would pay for the repair. After a couple of weeks of leaving messages I finally got someone to help me. (not the service department though, they couldnt return my calls). I sent pics to this person on July 27 and was told they would be in touch. I followed up on August 12th because I hadnt heard anything. Again told I would get a call back. Today is August 25th. I understand delays due to covid, but a month with out a return call is just sad.If you want great looking tops they can help. If you ever have a service issue and need to pay them to come fix it - call someone else. I would not recommend them to others in the future due to this issue.

Terrible company.Tried to install our counter-top four times and never could get it cut right.They agreed upon a dollar settlement and never paid. We are going to court. Save yourself a lot of stress time and money.

Our new granite counter tops look great! Unfortunately when they were installed the installers did not do a great job of making it level. However I voiced my concern and Chris Brown with Majestic Stone reached out to me immediately and apologized and personally came out to my home with his project manager 2 days after installation to rectify the situation and fix the issue. His communication and customer service was top notch. While anyone would want their project done right the first time I am happy that Majestic takes pride in their work and were quick to fix their mistake and leave me with a counter I love!

The money we spent with Pro-Source was premium. The service we received was terrible. Our countertops were defective from day 1. After majestic stone personally inspected. They agreed to a $ settlement instead of ruining our life again and tearing apart our kitchen. Majestic never paid the agreed settlement. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND MAJESTIC STONE. Lawsuit coming.

We worked with Bob and Kylie to redo our kitchen countertops. We are very happy with the quality of the stone and the options. It was a very smooth process at a very reasonable price, and we have recommended them to many family members and friends!

Seriously. These guys have gone above and beyond to make us a satisfied customer. We had a small issue we wanted them to look at and they were not happy until we were happy.With many other contractors etc we had to beg them to come out when they said they would, but Majestic was there when they said they would be. Jodi was great to work with, and the installer was exceptional - I wish I could remember his name. Thumbs up.

Although they were small projects, the installer and service manager treated the projects with the same attention you would expect of a high budget project.
