I just came here and read all the obscene one star folks who CLEARLY havent worked in retail. So, let me address what really happens.1. Just because someone wears a vest doesnt mean they are trained to do frontend or even stocking. There are specific areas that are trained specific ways. And just because they work self checkout doesnt mean they know register. Likewise; just because they may know those two areas doesnt mean they know the customer service desk. Each area requires a different training. So, no, associates cant just jump on a register just because you tell them to.2. We are trying to get back to pre-pandemic statute, as is everywhere. Seeing all the places hiring, kmow that everywhere is understaffed, and most stores and restaurants are having difficulties getting items in due to the pandemic. Please be patient and stop assuming people arent doing their jobs when you dont know what they are trained to handle.3. Have some empathy. Most retailers are being stretched thin, and have been, since Covid started up. Be kind and understand this.Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

This was a surprisingly clean Walmart . I was surprised with the variety that it had for a neighborhood market. With the exception of one horrible cashier my experience there at this Walmart was wonderful. Luckily for me the team lead and the other staff were very accommodating. They help turn around this experience and in general I have enjoyed going here.

Had exactly what I wanted and an employee happily reached for an item on the top shelf that no way I could reach myself 😊

This is a great quick stop for us. Our full Walmart is a few miles further past where we live. This has the grocery, pharmacy items we need. Not the best area, but works for quick stop.

This location is ghetto fabulous. Made the mistake going in here was on my way home from work shouldve drove a little more distance to the next grocery. Most of the cashiers are young and immature talking about customers coming in and out the store. Secretly ( trying to) recording customers talking about there appearance. The selection of food was fair and prices reasonable on most products. Will only return if its a last resort.

We normally order from brownsburg or Avon but I’m gonna start shopping at this store because of the great service I just received!!!!! Great experience just had the most polite employee bring out my groceries. (Maryann Johnson) I had to get her name to give her recognition ......keep up the good work young lady!This is the first time ever that I have received all of my items exactly as ordered she even took the extra time to go to the back and hunt down a specific item and she didn’t know it but that item was the one thing my wife specifically wanted most because all of the other stores are out or forget to bring it all together. Maryann showed just how much she cares about her work by the great customer service the quality of her work, she stacked groceries nicely in my vehicle and did it all in a timely fashion with a great attitude. I wish every younger employee had such a great attitude and work ethic Thank you again Maryann and thank you Walmart for hiring a great employee and for a great experience!

I waited 35 minutes in the drive through waiting for one car I finally called and was told they were doing covid tests through the drive through and it would be a 30 minute wait per car.

Only reason this gets a high stars is to make sure it seen. We waited TWENTY MINUTES trying to get an attendant to help us because they locked up all the baby formula. FOUR SEPERATE EMPLOYEES walked RIGHT BY US and didnt say anything. 3 of them didnt even have anything in their hands. Poor service. This isnt even the first time Ive had problems here. Would recommend never going there 10/10. Never going again neither.

I dont care for lost prevention following me around to the point he almost plowed into me. I worked for Wally World 25 years ago, so I know who they are. There must be a lot of shrinkage at this location because loss prevention here is very aggressive in their attempt to apprehend thieves. Thats all well and good, however, thats far from my character and I find it harassing when shopping for cat litter and cat food. I post Google reviews, so I observe everything! Have a good day!

This was the worst Walmart I’ve ever been too. No one that works there knows anything, the deli wouldn’t serve us stating that they closed at 2:40pm?! And they were rude about it to just said they closed at 2:40 and ignored us after that. Nobody working the registers and bums and drugees hanging out side. No way I would ever want to go back there again.

It would be nicer if a lot of the employees didnt just follow you around the store. It seems like most times we go were followed by employees. Both around the store and hovering right behind and in front of the check out lane. Its so weird and uncomfortable. Weve never given them a reason to follow us, as Im sure most other guests havent, but it seems due to theft they just follow anyone around the whole time. Definitely dont shop here if you have social anxiety because theyll push it to the max and make sure youre aware. I understand preventing product loss but train your employees better.

First time I visited here and it was not busy. Even the employees were friendly and helpful. Walmart employees are never helpful here and are usually talking loudly to one another and/or on their phone. I even received a hello and smile from a couple of workers. This time I almost felt like I was in Meijer. I pray this is only the beginning of bettering their customer relation experiences. Walmart gets too much money from consumers to be so ratchet.

Some of the staff are really polite, but most really arent. You would think they would be more helpful but some of them dont even know where their own stock is... Either way Ill give them a 3.

Surprisingly they have more options, products. Especially the produce is much better than I expected from Walmart. The only complaint is the checkout line.

Its convenient to have close when you need something quick but theyre always missing something that should be there. I stood in the aisle with a blank stare for a few minutes, as if thatll make the decaf Keurig cups magically appear.

I will never do another pick up grocery order at this location. My order was “ready” at 8:40pm I’ve been here since 8:45pm it’s not 9:47 and no one is even answering the phone for the pick up line. Having to wait an HOUR is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend doing an online order here 🤷🏾‍♀️

Its a smaller store so sometimes they dont have a great selection. The employees are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate curbside pickup, very convenient and quick.

This is a store that I stop into on my way home if I need something. Its not my normal shopping store. The store is not laid out well, not well signed. Its difficult to find items and good luck finding an associate working to help.

It always has a wide variety. I also get my dog food thére. Its close to me.

This location (only) is great for just the quick trip-go here instead of a convenience store. Prices are better than other grocery chains, but bear in mind this is NOT a big store (less choices) and they close early.It’s very clean, well stocked and almost entirely SELF-checkout.

I frequent this location often and its a great stop for a quick grocery run. :) Sometimes there are a lot of items out in the middle of aisle ways though. Been less of a problem the past couple of times I went though. Great place. :)

A good place to get groceries and a few essential household items.

There were hella lots of people there, but I guess its because I went in late at night. The line for the self checkout was also very long too.

Apathetic crew. No customer service whatsoever. I was trying to send money and nobody would come and help me after repeatedly calling. Finally I had to ask three to four people and one young man told me that there was nobodys scheduled for another hour. The counter did not have any signed stating the hours of the MoneyGram. Do not recommend this location. Thank you

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is always a mess, in more ways than one! Make sure you check the expiration dates on your items before purchasing, as I have found numerous out-of-date stock, including dairy, on their shelves! Buyer beware!!!

The store has a serious inventory problem. Common products such as ice mountain water and mountain dew zero sugar cannot be found there. This is because the store does not order enough inventory. I can say based on several visits to the store that they have some serious issues to work out before I would recommend them

Went to the Pharmacy and they lost my Prescriptions. I dropped them the day before and never got a call to let me know that order was fulfilled, when I called next day they didn’t know where my prescriptions where!!! Unbelievable!!! Finally the Pharmacist found them and I she said the she was going to have them ready, but I didn’t received the text until three hours later....I think I might switch pharmacy!

Easy access off the highway, self checkout available. Small enough to find what you want quickly.

It was horrible people lining up in the store & no cashier taking care of customers, only self check out machines & those machines are more complicated, asking unnecessary questions, not allowed to pay by credit, only debit, why making things hard for customers while technology is making life easier? Review your management in all Wal-Mart stores...these scenes are almost everywhere in your single store...not good reputation of business...????!!!

Convenient and the pharmacist was the friendliest and so helpful. It is refreshing to see someone who is interested in their job and helping others.

I would like to know why this store has not had Marlboro lights 100s in the box for months they say they cant get them but you can go and buy them anywhere else .

I go here because it is on my way home from work. I dont like going there because it is not clean inside or outside. and does not always have what I want. Staff are not friendly. Customer service staff are so rude. A gentleman in front of me was cashing a check a the clerk ask him for a pen (really!). He didn’t have on so she went to two clerks, no one had a pen. 10 mins later she came back with a pen. Then she discovered she didn’t have any protective gloves left to put on so she left again. In between that she helped someone on the register. Another 10 mins went by, she came back with gloves and helped the man cash his check. I was next in line. I was second in line when I got there. 30 mins later I was in my car to go to Kroger’s.

Doesnt accept cash (except in one line thats so long and slow it may as well not be there).The ONLY reason I shop here is because I basically live next door.

If shopping at this location I would recommend doing so during daylight hours, bring a friend and keep your valuables locked up tight. Dont expect any help from the employees as it may be non existence.

Its a grocery store. If you want to buy food this is the place. If you dont want to go anywhere else.

Definitely a convenient concept if you dont like the full sized Walmarts.

They all but one item that I needed. And was easy getting in and back out again for a Saturday I was surprised.

Honestly the fastest and easiest Walmart experience Ive had (I try to avoid Walmart when possible) but they did have an open beer on the shelf that was still there when I came back three days later. So be diligent w/ your pandemic precautions because I dont have faith theyre really cleaning much, but they will get you checked out quickly!

This store is a mess. Customer service is never open, no one ever answers the phone, lot of things not in stock, lines are always really long. Only 1-2 cashiers with a few self check out registers open. Not the best staff either. They can just do better all around in my opinion.

Great local grocery store! Well stocked ( most of the time), early morning is best time while there restocking shelves. Employees are all helpful and friendly.

The staff is mostly very friendly. I do feel they are understaffed sometimes and it causes anxiety in employees and customers. My pet peeve, items with no price, is often a problem as it is at must Wal-Marts. This causes me to not purchase things I might have had I known the price. But with all this negative I do feel I should mention again, the friendliness of the employees. They are also very attentive even when they are busy. Especially the man at customer service. I think his name is Corey.

Very clean. No waiting in lines. Has officer walking the floor. Lots of cheap sale prices. Very nice speedway community which use this location. Lots of parking. Cameras all around. Ive been going here since 2016. Plus deals on wine-weekly.

Its not a supercenter but if you need groceries and staples its got good prices and easy to get in and out of.

Prices are higher not much in the way of produce or fresh vegetables even pet supplies were low. Shelves were not stocked.

The store has a really bad smell in the entire store. Customer service not friendly at all.

This one is a neighborhood market so it doesnt have everything but staff has always been helpful and it is very convenient!

No life to the inside shopping experience

A lot of the workers are rude. Only a select few are willing to help you. The pharmacy on the other hand is AMAZING. Great pharmacists who are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I live close to this store but only shop here when I absolutely have to since it has basic necessities.

A decent selection of groceries. Some self-checks only take cards, but you dont find out until youve scanned everything and your ready to pay.

Too dark and gloomy. Not like other bright, light, with upbeat atmospher. Too depressing as soon you enter. Floor brown, light, dim.
