May 21st ordered shoes, cam in like 2 weeks later,They gave to another patient with same 1st name,3 weeks later got another pair, but rubber immediately came off the bottom, about 3 weeks later, they came in, have worn size 6 or 6 and half my whole life! They were size 9 and half! Started having severe foot pain, orthopedic surgeon says shoes are too tight across the toes, put me in a walking boot! So here it is near the of October and 6 weeks later, still no shoes! After my finally calling them, they said they want to order a size 7 and half! I told them I want different shoes! So I am totally done with their business! After nearly 6 months trying to get shoes for a diabetic with little or no feeling in her feet!I would not recommend them to ANYONE!

The receptionist that they have there is by far the WORST receptionist I’ve dealt with my entire life. Each time I’ve called to check on my braces, she’s gotten an attitude with me. The crazy part is they NEVER communicated with me. My appointment was MONTHS ago and I still haven’t gotten them. So of course I had to call AGAIN!!! The same woman picks up, and tells me I can get my braces and that they called the previous day and left a message. I kindly tell her I didn’t receive a call or message. She laughs and RUDELY ask me do i wanna set up an appointment. No thanks I’ll go somewhere else. Maybe they’ll be nicer

Terrible customer service. They cancelled the first appointment ten minutes before our scheduled time. Second appointment for our 8 month old was at 11, by 11:30 we still were not back and we chose to leave and go elsewhere.
