This store is great! it can be expensive sometimes for those who do not understand the importance of smart shopping. check out items online and be sure of the original prices before you buy and for those who buy food stuff, check expiry dates. The only dent to this store is Mr. Fred! I will only give 5 stars to this store if an associate by the name Fred ceased working there. He is very rude to shoppers and always ready fight or throw out shoppers if they do not agree with him....the worst of all, hes very loud and cusses are his hallmarks!.....I do not think hes rational enough to deal with customers.

The store and manager can be a little rough but overall its cool. However i have a big problem with having to dig in the bin there is no where to put the stuff while youre digging. They need empty bins so you can dig better. They wont let you move the stuff to get down in the bins. This is a very big problem.

Went in there 2 weeks ago and they have old Christmas stock thats the cheap plastic type and lighted items (few) and boxes of lights. I thought it was a good deal. I went to the register and he rang me up for a different price, when I questioned him about it... He was like, oh, yeah... Which by the way, he charged me for five boxes, when I only got four. So we brought them home and decorated our tree. After everything was decorated and plugged in, we turn the switch and only one box of the lights worked. Incredibly disappointing.Today, I drove past the store again and saw this chair in the window (that seemed pretty), so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a call. A Lady answers and I asked them about how many are in stock and how much are they individually. She was not allowed, nor willing to give me a price over the phone, after asking if they have two in stock. So whatever that price is, x2... you lost that business deal. Never again!Definitely not a good business, pretty disappointing actually. Good luck with that!

Love this place! Great deals & friendly staff. You have to be okay with the discount store vibe! Of course not all things are going to be in perfect condition, and if youre buying electronics they should be checked. Its totally worth it, youll find some gems!

This store is really fragile and returned stuff try to sale people with no good customer service and they don’t keep their promises with their warranty. The people running the store located 22nd st and Meridian st Mr. Jerry, Is very rude and no hospitality and no customer service at all treat people improperly. So please stay away from buying unsecured stuffs in store.

For the meridian st location - always have a good experience here. The 2 female employees are always working hard. The manager, which I forgot his name but he definitely introduced himself, really goes above and beyond for the customers and gives you the best price for anything in all of indianapolis! I have been coming here for 6 months now very frequently and have never had a problem. Its also very clean for a liquidation store. I will continue to come here. This location is the best!

Great prices and great deals

This place used to be great, but for the last several weeks, they’ve had almost no inventory. Almost all of the big stuff now goes to the other location, which isn’t convenient at all. This leaves the downtown location with a bunch of $5 and $10 bins with nothing I want. Such a bummer!

You can hagle prices and they will allow you to open boxes to check quality of products as long as you do it in front of a staff member. They offer many things like food, furniture, tools and anything kids need or want! Please remember that this place is a liquidator and that not all items are high quality. Do your research!

My husband and I LOVE Bulldogs! Everything & anything you didnt know you needed. Found some really amazing deals too. Went back 4 times in one week, if that tells you anything.

I was in there today to buy a pack n play; I was assured by a new male employee that they have the highest quality control and that all item are taken out and checked to make sure there is no missing parts before selling. I was then quote the price was 10.00 more than what was on the box. When I got home to put it together there were many missing pieces that makes it not useable. This is the second time now in a week that they have sold a pack n play that is missing pieces. I HIGHLY recommend you check and test the item buying before leaving the store. I will be making a trip there tomorrow to resolve this time waster......

In order to ask a question of the staff at the wrap stand i had to loom for a while until the two employees finished their not work related comversation. The woman behind the counter answered my question and was very nice. A few minutes later I had another question.....SAME THING. I had to loom, waiting for their not work related conversation to end.

Drove 1 1/2 hours to check this place out (thinking this place is going to be awesome) and was not at all what I expected. This place is not the size of store I was expecting. There were items all over the floor, customer service was terrible and could barely walk through the store. The pictures are very deceiving!

Its hit or miss but I love going there. You never know what youll find. USB remote, RF Signal scanners, mole removers, led lights, food, furniture lots of stuff like youd find on wish.

Went today. Nothing was organized at all like the pictures show. Could hardly get thru the isles. This was the first and the last time I will be there. Kind of dirty and the help not very friendly. Was overcharged by a dollar on two items but it was raining and we parked so far away it was worth going back in and waiting forever in line.

I have been shopping at this location for about a year and at one point LOVED COMING HERE! But unfortunately its not what it used to be.... this coming from someone who has spent at least $3000 in this store and honestly more. Items purchased are used, expired, missing pieces, and/or over priced! For the prices that they have u might as well go to Walmart to guarantee good quality. They advertise 40%-80% off but unfortunately that is not true!!!!! Maybe $1-$10 off normal price but definitely not the minimum 40% off. Used to tell everyone about this store, now I wont tell anyone. Shopping online is cheaper! The employees they had before were friendly and willing to go out of their way for each customer and made the overall shopping experience WONDERFUL. Now I will take my business elsewhere bc service, quality and pricing is NOT THE SAME!!!!!!

This review is for the Greenwood location...I could not find it on the Google site. We arrived at 6:45pm. Did not realize they were closing in 15 minutes. An employee screamed from the front of the store that they were closing and if you were not in line you would not be able to make your purchase. He was very rude and many customers like us were also shocked. This was our first and last time here. Employees definitely were more concerned with clocking out at closing time than customer satisfaction. Not my kinda place.

The store was Clean and the staff was very helpful and happy! I will return.

Beware of the staff... depending on who checks you out it can be very inconsistent in how they price things. I recently had an item as did a customer behind me, the staff member told me she could not come down from the price marked (although they have a sign posted that you can deal). As I was hanging around to see what the customer behind had to pay for the same identical item I heard the staff member lean over and barely above a whisper offer a discounted price for the item. I then ask why the other customer received a deal the staff member said it was none of my business. Just beware...they are not honest people.

The place used to be a great spot to find great bargains on furniture and electronics, but now its far from being what it used to be in 2015... The variety of merchandise got smaller and sellers are very tough to give you a good deal.

Its sad that we live in a world where u cant enjoy a day..even a day of shopping. Visted the store as always..but was harrassed by a stock worker for being allowed to carry my bag after being told by magr that I could. I brought and item back for missing a piece. I asked if they could hold my bag behind the counter while I located another duplicate item..and was told by clerk and mgr they couldnt place it behind counter I can carry it. Reported incident to mgr..but wasnt taken seriously and nothing was done. Its seem Starbucks-Fever is starting to slowly spread.

I buy pampers at half price. And the hot water heater works like brand new even with a small dent on the side.

Love this place for low prices on great items.

Purchased an item from them that they advertised online as a pot from pottery barn. I picked it up and thought it felt light but I took it home. Once I got home I opened it up and it was a poorly made, small tent. I asked if they would give me my money back if I returned the item they falsely advertised and they said it was my responsibility to check the box before I took it home. HORRIBLE customer service.
