I use this business in a high rise class A office building. They are very knowledgeable on all types of doors not just automatic doors. They are very responsive and caring especially if I have an emergency. Their professionalism is always a plus since most of the time they are working in a busy environment.
I work at Bloomington hospital and ADA is always coming out to fix our doors. Today two guys came out, I believe the ones name is Nick and I didnt get the chance to catch the other guys name. But they did an amazing job. They were very pleasant and worked very hard. They were pretty much there all day to make sure the doors worked again! Thank you!-Trisha Myers
Im not one to complain typically, but I felt compelled to search out AdaUSA on Google and leave this review out of frustration - the driver who operates vehicle 096 drives recklessly, cutting vehicles off in traffic and moving from lane to lane without signaling. I would normally chalk this sort of behavior up to the driver having a bad day, but Ive witnessed poor driving from this same white pickup truck on 3 occasions now (along 465, 74 interstates). Id expect someone driving a company vehicle to show some decency on the roads.
Called this company to have my automatic doors repaired and or upgraded for current safety standards. I had received a quote from a company that suggested that I purchase a totally new door for $8500. I thought I would get a second opinion, glad I did. ADA came out the same day that I called them and within a couple hours they had my doors up to compliance and working better than ever. Service guys were very professional and left my entrance better than they found it. Five stars for sure.Ken LucasKokomo, Indiana
