They took very good care of me. Quickest I ever been in and out.

No they did not help. They said the phone was too old. They also could not refund someones stolen phone!

If I could give less then one star I would. Simple tech questions are far beyond any of the counter helps ability. I wasn’t sure if I was at a phone store or trap house!!

Stephanie the store manager I believe is her name. Shes wonderful and she took her time to be friendly and explain metro service with us. She also was great with my terrible 2s lol. But I would refer Metro pcs service to anybody on this earth. Especially 16th arlington location.

Horrible experience the guy begged me to buy Insurance and phone case on top of that he sold me a horrible pair of generic lg tones said I could listen to music for 14 hours they work for an hour and then it dies its staticky and its constantly cutting out they didnt have any receipt paper the guy had his kids there and he was yelling at him my baby was there I was talking to him and made a comment and said you stink he gave me a nasty face and said I should go change him as if he had a dirty diaper or something bottom line I will never go back and I will never recommend anyone to go there
