Josh was awesome ! He helped us find the best bed for us. He was very understanding when we even changed the size of bed for our son . Delivery was a breeze. The delivery em were super nice and fast.

My wife and I and our son bought beds from this store. After our youngest bought a mattress from here, we went looking because it was that dreaded time. After getting the run-around at several other stores, we ended up back here. The manager talked to us and showed us everything in the range that we wanted to spend; then recommended one. We both ended up buying the I-comfort he recommended plus got a few other extras with the two bed sets. Ive been in the store many times and Gary is always friendly and eager to help us find what we are looking for; even if we dont buy it from them.

Josh did a great job and beat all the competition by almost $400 dollars. He made buying my bed painless as possible, with expertise and support to meet my budget!! We will return for sure.

The salesman seemed disinterested and didnt care about what I really wanted. He had me lay on two or three of the most expensive mattresses in the store and that was all. He didnt discuss the price range I wanted to spend, financing, warranty, or anything. The manager was more helpful, but while the manager was talking to me the salesman still seemed to not care. He wandered away and sat down.

Horrible! We bought a mattress here for my grandmother who was moving into assisted living. They were suppose to deliver the mattress that day. However, due to a lack of communication it never got delivered. So on a already rough day moving my grandma into assisted living we also had to deal with their crap and pick up the mattress. Know six weeks later we still do not even have her head board!
